RNR Don't do it!

Don't do it! Even if you're desperate, you're better off buying used tires from a junk yard, using a credit card, or saving up and paying cash due to the amount of fees they charge throughout the 6 month duration. This company charges many fees for the 6 mo same as cash promotions and interest also accrues during that 6 months. True, you don't pay the interest during the first 6 months, however you do pay weekly fees. For example: A weekly payment of $28.60 breaks down like this: $18 toward the lease payment, $8 toward the Protection Plan/Alignment, $2.60 taxes, and an "other" fee for $3.50 added to the minimum payment when you pay online. This is weekly. Other initial charges include a $2.50 daily renewal fee, a $10 Processing fee, a $17 "Other" fee, a $5 Roll-Safe Club fee, a $5 Roll-Pro fee, and a $25 Trip Charge. Another example: the cash price for the leased proper is $646 minus the fees/taxes. If you do not pay off the balance within the 6 mo time period, the full term balance then becomes $1,585.40! Their payment system is very inconvenient. The website is very basic and does not provide any information other than the amount of the minimum weekly payment due and the fee they charge. You are not able to pay any more than the weekly minimum online. You must physically go into the store if you want to pay more. If you are one day late, you can expect to be rudely hounded every day and charged a $2.50 late fee for each day your payment is past due. The website does not allow you to see the balance payoff. You are not able to lookup your terms and conditions or any other account information other than your account number and the weekly minimum payment amount. You are supposed to be able to sign up for a pay by text option but the website does not allow you to set this up and displays Error 500. The 6 mo same as cash promotion is set up so that the minimum weekly payments do not cover the full balance within 6 months. They are upfront and honest about this information. If you do not pay off the balance within the 6 months time frame, your balance doubles! They have a very limited brand option. In the past, I've never paid more than $500 for tires. Using RNR cost me almost $800! I will not be using their price-gouging services in the future.

RNR tire purchase

I came in to purchase a tire and was given a use tire that I wasn't really sold on and couldn't really tell the true condition of the tire do to the lightning in the store so I explain to the manager that I wasn't going to put the tire on until the next morning , once I got home to put the tire on I notice cracks in the tire and went back to show them the tire and they try to say it was good even with cracks in the tire that clearly look like it was dry rotten so Iwas given the option of buying a new one in which I did, once the tire came in and I went back to get it put on they refuse to give it to me.

RNR Tires

Eric the manger at the tire shop in tucson az is the very disrespectful and very rude to customers. He is very unprofessional. They charge way too much and they keep telling me different prices.

They like to threaten people with the law instead of them, helping.

How they talk customers just blows my mind. I have text messages from manger eric it’s really unprofessional how he text people. Bully people and harass them about a payment. That’s like 43 bucks.

Desired outcome: not to talk to people with disrespect and he needs to be professional , not want him over my account

RNR Being charged more than what's in contract.

I bought two Vocelli tires from R&R here in Panama City Florida, I put $200 down, and my payments was supposed to be bi-weekly. Somehow in June my payments got switched from bi-weekly to every week. And they start complaining about me missing payments, but the money is coming out of my account directly. So there's no way I can miss any payments, whenever they switch me to every week payments for some apparent reason, it screwed up the whole payment process, so there was a couple of times I had to go to the location to make payments, but that's not the biggest issue. The biggest issue is I'm two weeks away from making my final payment, just to find out they've added 400 more dollars to my bill. They've already received the price of the tires, an additional $300 went to the insurance. My last payment is supposed to be $50, so why do I owe $400

Desired outcome: I either want this bill settled, or this issue corrected. I feel like R&R is trying to pull a fast one
