RND National Solutions review: House interior painters

This incident happened in Sep 2021.

We accepted this company's quotation to paint our house. We paid a deposit of R6400.00.

The day that they were supposed to come paint the house, they did not arrived, they had an excuse that their workers were involved in a car accident, we checked for accidents on this particular road on this day and we could not find any records of any vehicle accident.

For two days we could not get hold of anyone in this company, then on the third day, I received a phone call from them, the person that I spoke to had a bad attitude and I ended cancelling this job and asked for the deposit to be refunded.

Till this day, we have not received our deposit, every time we contact them they always have some excuse, this one person is sick, a relative died etc.

I just want to warn others about this company.
