Richcraft Homes Ltd. is not good at fixing things. We've been waiting for a year and still no action. It's frustrating and disappointing. Don't waste your money on them.

I got a townhouse from Richcraft in 2019. I had lots of issues in my house which they fixed and I'm happy with their after-sale customer care. But, the soundproofing of shared walls is really bad. I can't sleep at night because I can hear my neighbor's snoring. I can also hear them coughing and talking to each other. I think Richcraft needs to fix this issue with their townhouses if they want to keep their good reputation.

The new building at *** has been a disaster to deal with. The building doors haven't been fixed in 2 months, and they're still broken going on 3rd month now. Packages delivered to your door are guaranteed to get stolen, so be careful since anyone can enter the building, leaving people vulnerable. If you have any questions once you've moved in, be prepared to have Richcraft ignore you and never get anything done. In this case, someone ILLEGALLY entered my unit without consent, and Jason B, the property manager, has been completely avoiding my question as to why they allowed this to happen. It's been 12 weeks since it happened, and all the staff have been avoiding that particular question. Be sure to be put straight to voicemail and have your email blocked when you continually ask the same question they keep avoiding. JASON B is the worst property manager, and everyone should avoid RICHCRAFT HOMES at all costs. Unless you like being swindled, lied to, and ignored, then Richcraft maybe right for you!

We moved into our new house that we paid almost $1 million for, but soon after, we had a water leak that caused damage to the ceiling, floors, and walls. We called their emergency number, but the first person who came to inspect the damage was very unprofessional and disrespectful. They even used discriminatory language towards us. We were not happy with their behavior. They recorded at our house without our permission, but when we tried to record our conversation with them, they asked us to stop. We didn't say anything bad or wrong, but we would have appreciated them asking us first. When we complained to the office about the bad attitude of the first person who came, the lady told us that she didn't care and that we could report it to whoever we wanted. She even raised her voice and threatened to hang up on us. They never inspected the drains of our laundry room as we requested, but they focused on inspecting our washer machine instead. They asked us to contact our home insurance and a professional to inspect the washer machine. They never once apologized for the water leak or showed any empathy. The house is beautiful, but there are so many imperfections. The customer service is even worse. If Richcraft employees were professionals and nice, this experience would have been so much less stressful for us. Richcraft needs to look into their warranty employees as they are hurting Richcraft's image big time.

Richcraft Homes Ltd. has been a real pain in the neck. We've been waiting for them to fix a cracked window seal since February , and it's been a total nightmare. They keep delaying and ordering the wrong parts. It's now been over two years, and they still haven't fixed it. They keep promising to complete the work, but it's all just empty words. Don't waste your time with Richcraft Homes Ltd.

I got a call from Richcraft Homes Ltd. on March 20, saying that a new townhome was available for delivery in 2022. The sales rep asked me to email my proof of financing to her personal email address and the sales office email address. I did it right away. On March 24th, I got a sales agreement from Richcraft. The sales rep told me I had 5 days to review the agreement with my lawyer. After reviewing the documents, I realized that it was an inventory home that they hadn't built yet. I couldn't choose any exterior facade or layout because permits had already been delivered for this unit. On March 31st, I told the sales office that I wanted to cancel the agreement (I was still within my 5-day review period). The sales office and Richcraft lawyer said I had to buy it and wouldn't give my deposit back.

I'm 'bout to move into a Richcraft house that cost a whopping $864,568.91, and right now I'm renting from them for $1800 a month. I asked for a month-to-month lease 'til the end of October 'cause the house might be delayed, and Richcraft Rental said it was cool. But then on September 13, they sent me an email saying I gotta vacate the unit by November 1st. The very next day, September 14, Richcraft Design Centre sent me another email saying one of the floors in our new home ain't available and we gotta pick a backup or the closing date will be pushed back. And then on September 15, Richcraft Rental hit me up again saying I gotta move out by November 1st if someone else wants the unit. They ain't even told me the official closing date for the house yet, but they're tryna force me to take their alternatives just so they can kick me out before the end of October. It's a real shady move if you ask me.

I bought a house from Richcraft in 2016 and it's got a lot of problems. I tried to get them fixed, but Richcraft won't help me out. The outside of the house is always getting wet and there's a lot of noise because they didn't build it right. They used these 1" polystyrene walls that aren't strong enough and they didn't protect it from the wind and moisture. Richcraft won't even try to figure out what's causing the moisture and they won't fix the structural problems that are making all the noise. These problems are supposed to be covered by the Seven Year Warranty, but Richcraft won't do anything about it. Right now, I can't even use my master bedroom or bathroom because of all the problems.
