Kitchen Renovations
I bit my tongue for too long. I cannot help but agree with all of the complaints below. Wow, the similiarities are mind boggling.
Over promise and under deliver, taking big deposits with little work to show for (my goodness this is where the problem starts - he now has you by the you know what), impossible to contact, doesn't return phone calls, if he recognizes your tele# he will not answer, the ultimate spin artist (you pay him 90% of the job, he is 4 months over the due date, all the above happens, and he makes you feel like you are in the wrong - he is a MASTER at this! I cannot stress this enough).
Run the other way, BUYER BEWARE is the only advice I can offer you all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Kitchen Renovation Disaster
Trevor Augustyn...unfortunately I did not google his name before beggining my renovation. If you come near this man PLEASE RUN...do not let him into your home...he will take your money and destroy your faith in humanity. He will take your deposits and progress payments while he will do the bare minimum to give you the illusion work is being completed.. Any materials that do show up are the inexpensive components and he will quickly ask you for a large progression payment. He will directly lie to you and tell you things have been ordered and will show up soon when in actuality he has never had the intention to bring them. Once you have given him money he will only deal with you on his terms. If you call him he does NOT answer..If you call him from a number he does not recognize minutes later you miraculously get a hold of him. He has no concept of building codes, he will manipulate conversations to make you feel like you are wrong in complaining...by the time you realize what has happened he has stolen money from you. BEWARE ...better yet stay away. I do not want another family to suffer the loss that we have.
Trevor Augustyn is also going as Trevor Sean. Beware of this name as well. He installed my stove, I later found out there was a gas leak. I couldn't get a hold of him to fix this problem as he nevers answer his phone call. He is a real scam artist for going as a different name. Do not let his Mr. Nice Guy fool you, DO NOT TRUST him.
We had exactly the same experience ... having read all the other complaints it is clear to me that trevor is a fraud
Mark my words ... he will be inside before long ... he is a fraud with a mounting number of people after him ... trevor beware if you reading this ... pay your debts
