We used this company to spray foam insulate our home. They arrived on time & got to work right away. They did a GREAT job for us and we could see the benefits of the better insulated home the very next day! They cleaned up as they went & did a great job of final cleanup after they were done! I would recommend these guys to anyone who would like to better insulate their home! They are a pleasure to work with and did an AWESOME job for us! Thanks Guys!

Excellent service. Ive used them 3 times. They installed a waterproof system with triple backup on case I lose power, an egress window in my basement to make the bedroom legal, and new spray foam installation in my basement to improve the efficiency of the basement. In all three projects the teams that worked on my home were on time, polite and professional. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and will definitely use them again if I need any of their services.

They were very fast and professional. I had crawl space done. I can slightly tell the difference - my floor isn't as cold. I'll have to see if the Retrofoam provides additional comfort. I was happy with the price. I was about to pay 3 times that amount for the same space. If I had to provide constructive criticism it would be the neatness of the job. It could have been done much better and more pictures would have been nice. I only got a very short video and it was kind of distorted, but from what I could see it was sloppy.

These guys are great at what they do and they do their job well. They're like a well-oiled machine working around the house to inject their foam into existing walls. Team 1 came out to my place and I can say I would recommend them to anyone. They did fantastic work. Not only does the house immediately FEEL warmer because there's no drafts in my old house, but it's also quieter as the house house had such poor insulation prior to them coming out. Great guys, honest and trustworthy, extremely happy with their work.

Our experience with Retrofoam was great. Rian W came to the house promptly and provided a very competitive quote, Rian gave us regular reminders so we knew the project was on track and crew #2 (John, Mike, and Tim) did a very efficient and thorough job. They showed up right on time and were finished in 2 hours, which was amazing. We will be re-siding the house in the near future so they capped the holes with foam plugs that would not be pulled off when our old aluminum siding is removed, which was a nice option for our situation. Clean up was also thorough. I highly recommend them.

This is a very professional company with a major focus on customer satisfaction. The initial appraisal was done in a timely manner and an appointment for the actual application was made on the spot. The service was performed at the time originally specified and completed quickly but accurately. The technicians provided clear details on the planned service and made sure the work area was cleaned up completely. Asked if I was happy with the service and if I had any final questions. Very happy with the whole process. From estimate to final cleanup. Highly recommend this company.

Retrofoam of Michigan did a professional job foam insulating out home in Detroit, MI. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly explained all the costs of the job and various tax and refund credits. All the vinyl siding they had to remove to spray in the foam was replaced without a scratch or dent. They did our single story 4 bdrm ranch in less that 3 hours. They also came on a different day and insulated all the basement walls. Clean up was so good you wouldn't even know if anything had been done. I wish I had done the job years before. I can't wait to start saving money on energy bills.

From start to finish they were very professional, helpful and courteous. The website answered many if not all the questions I had concerning foam insulation and when the team arrived to do the work, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked great together as a cohesive team. You could tell they were an experienced team as they worked comfortability and at a pace which whereby, I could tell they knew what they were doing. When they finished, they reattached the aluminum siding and cleaned up the site to perfection. I'm glad my wife and I decided to go with retro foam and we both look forward to the benefits/savings on our utility bills.

Retrofoam of Michigan came out and quoted our pole barn on a cold rainy day. In a short time, the sales representative, John, and two crews were out doing open cell insulation on our ceiling. A few days later (yesterday) a third crew came out and did the walls with closed cell insulation. It was snowy and cold yesterday and the crew members, Mike, Dave, and Tim, did some great work too! All the crews worked efficiently and as has been noted, cleaned up neatly. The teams took time to answer my questions patiently, and really taught me quite a bit about our pole barn insulation and how it will perform. Let Old Man Winter or 95 degree temps hit us now, and our barn will be ready for it...Thank You

We immediately felt a difference after the installation of the foam in our crawl space and basement. Although the electric and gas we have used since the installation appears to remain the same, the floors are warmer and there is no draft in the crawl spaces.The salesman explained the process for installing in basements, as there are other options like for attics and out buildings. He also explained we could apply for certain rebates like to our power company. The men who came to install it were very neat and friendly. They were able to pull their equipment through the basement window which was a relief to us.We would highly recommend this product and service.

I cannot express what an amazing company this is but the people are truly the poster children for excellence. Jeff contacted me within less than 24 hours of requesting and turned me over to Erin to set me up for the first available appointment. In less than 12 hours I received an email with a video of Brian showing what they were coming out to do to my house. when Brian showed up with crew Denny, Andy, and Josh they got right to work. From start to finish it took them about an hour and a half to complete the project. Talk about clean, they left the area a lot cleaner than they found it and you would never have known they were ever there and I have never seen a crew work so well together. I swear you would think this was a family-run business. I wish all companies were like this.

It's been about 3 weeks and I am so happy I did this foam insulation in my exterior walls with RetroFoam of Michigan. The office was quick to reply to get an estimator over. The Estimator was very helpful and gave me some options. The crew worked so well together, and were so professional. Every one I dealt with is an asset to this company. After the crew (#1) was done and cleaned up, they showed me around to make sure everything looked good. I can't hear the wind chimes outside my door anymore. I can't hear my phone vibrate on my kitchen countertop when I'm in my screened porch - outdoors. The temperature in my house feels so much better! No wind blowing through my electric outlets. I had a great experience from start to finish with RetroFoam of Michigan. I have referred them to several people, and will continue to.

It was a waste of $4,000. There has been no difference in my utility bills. I have drafts coming through my windows. They had to come out twice to do my basement joists because it wasn't done right the first time. After they left, the next day the corner siding came off my house and a corner of my porch was broken. It took them almost a month to come and fix it. As far as the leaks from my windows they sent someone back out who reeked of smoke. They did a blow test which was supposed to have been done before and after the installation which wasn't done. The guy said oh it's your windows. I told him the windows were not that old. He said Well windows only last about ten years. I looked up on the internet and windows last for 20 years. I told him the drafts were not like that before and I just kept getting excuses. I saved up for a very long time to have this done. I am on disability, and I could have used this for other repairs. I would not recommend Retrofoam of Michigan.

I definitely recommend Retro Foam to anyone looking for foam insulation. I am so glad I went with all foam over the blown-in and messy cellulose. I had 3 other quotes when I decided to go with Retro Foam; the employees I spoke with were professional, well spoken, and polite. I met approximately 9 workers over the 3 day project and was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. At no time did I have any doubt I was getting quality work. I was provided a no-haggle price I felt was fair based on the scope of the project and compared to the other quotes and options. The removal crew worked very hard all day, I had 3 layers of rolled and blown-in cellulose which was a major challenge due to the small space in the attic. They protected the area with plastic and swept up after the job like they were never there. The installation crew arrived right on time and explained how the foam would be distributed and what I could expect. I am one very happy customer.

Listen. I dont review companies. Its a joke, usually. This one is legit. You can look me up and call me if theres skepticism. Retrofoam of Michigan and Team 3 showed up yesterday at 7:50 for their 8:00 appointment. I didnt get there until 8:00- running late from my job. I was greeted with a handshake by Retrofoam of Michigan whom then walked me around my house to discuss and confirm the plan. Every single one of his crew were polite and greeted my as Retrofoam of Michigan were quick and professional. Retrofoam of Michigan came up to me several times if I had any questions or concerns. While doing this, one guy found a pair of my reading glasses outside that I dropped. He not just brought them to me but also cleaned them. Oh it gets better. My chickens got on the other side of the fence. Two of the guys stopped what they were doing to help me wrangle chickens without being asked. Then- my sons bike chain came off and I look outside and one of them is helping them put it back on. You cant make this up. I dont know who these guys are, personally, but holy c*** did they do a good Job. Corporate needs to shadow them to see how its done. All new guys need to shadow them to learn customer service. I have never, EVER, had such an amazing experience with a company I was paying- EVER. OH- and I turned on the Retrofoam of Michigan yesterday and the house stayed cool long after the Retrofoam of Michigan was off. I am extremely impressed. I have looked for something negative in this equation. Nothing. I give them a solid 10. That crew was top notch. That Retrofoam of Michigan has one solid work crew. I hope Retrofoam of Michigan knows what they got with this guy, cuz someone needs to pull him into the office and huddle around him and hear what his secret is- because whatever hes doing its working.
