They were top notch even during a pandemic. There were delays in production of materials and they were in complete communication throughout. When the materials came in they were out the next day to get the work done. We were 100% satisfied.

Restiration did a great job replacing the roof and gutters. *** was outstanding and a true professional. My insurance company was being very difficult and not wanting to cover the claim while every other home on my street had roofs replaced. *** was phenomenal in his documenting the damage and creating the narrative for the damages on my home. Based on his efforts, there was undeniable evidence and the insurance company was ultimately forced to settle the claim. Do not hesitate to contact *** as he has your best interest in mind. I highly recommend them. -

Roof was suposed to be replaced
Roof was suposed to be replaced. Company took short cuts around chimny that we KNOW of. Company was gonna fix. But shows up without notice. Also the company stated a man named Jeff would be here when the second repairs were made so he could check other areas for other possible short cuts. ( I have pictures ).

Got my roof and gutters fixed, stucco patched up, and ceiling painted by Rees Restoration, Inc. on 4/22. But they never told us about the insurance stuff. Found out they asked for $64,841.64, while we only got an estimate of $32,939.12. The insurance lady said she'll pay them $50,786.24. Also, the stucco still had moisture on 5/11 and the inside painting never got done. They charged me over $10,000 for overhead and profit, which is way too much. I'm not a youngin' anymore, I'm 57 and I know they're ripping me off. I bet they'll charge even more to someone who's older and confused. They need to be checked out for their prices.

I been waitin' over a year for Rees Restoration to fix my house from the May storm. I been patient 'cause of the pandemic but I can't do it no more. They ain't finished the repairs and what they did do is faulty. The roof ain't straight, shingles fell off, and they caused more damage. I tried reachin' the boss but it's still over a year and nothin's been done. They ain't communicatin' and they tryin' to invoice me for poor work. It's just bad business and they oversold their capability. Don't waste your money on Rees Restoration.
