On the 16th of the 10th 2023 I contacted Red Rooster and spoke to the dayshift manager at 12:25pm name Unknown that the online ordering it’s not accepting my account details I did not continue with Ordering.
On the 16th of the 10th 2023 at 1:20 pm I call red rooster again about four payments x3 $39.31 an one payment of $51.85 total amount $169.78
Bank west believes money was taken from my account by red rooster Kalgoorlie by eftpos purchase.
The manger name unknown said to me that it is not his problem just his job to take the money and that I was a stupid idiot [censored]head for giving out my card details at this point I have terminated the phone cool I haveRecord the transaction to the police to the bank and my account along with your managers comments
When Red Rooster started delivering in Kalgoorlie my brother and I have been one of your biggest multiple males day week and we have never been mistreated or had a problem with our food I would like to continue being a loyal customer so with my brother however I would like money returned and manager disciplined for his choice of words towards a costumerI am sure he was just having a hard day not wish for him to lose his job

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the money that was taken Abbey excepted by red rooster I would like that apology from the manager in question
