I went to order food on Monday the 27 th a public holiday. At the Burleigh Waters shop. They only had the 10% surcharge displayed at the pay window, after the order was made at the drive through. This is misleading. This should be displayed at the drive through entry so customers are aware before they make the purchase there will be a surcharge. This left me having to use my card and then a debit was to come out and I had insufficient funds, which I then incurred a fee.
