Pr support is amazing. Very helpful. They try to help customers with all issues they may have. Hands down for me one of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

I'm so upset right now. I hosted a party for a friend who is a consultant and won a free product, so I decided to order the Bosom Buddy in Sweet Melon. I received Pina Colada. When I contacted my consultant she said that PR does this when one flavor/scent runs out. I don't want this flavor, it's disgusting. How can I remedy this if the consultant will not help?

I placed an order and received it a week later, that part was great, however the product did not work, I reached out to the company and was told they would send out a replacement within the next few days. Well two weeks went by and I never received anything, so I reached out again. Once again I had to start over explaining the problem, at which point I was told they would send out a replacement, all the same message as before, all I want is my money back for a product that is broken! I have ordered from Pure Romance before and had no problems, I have always liked their products and felt they offered high quality stuff, but I have to say this company has gone down hill very fast, they do not have great customer service and really do not care about their customer. I will not purchase from them again, but I will keep fighting for my refund.

For a business selling such high end products they have absolutely ZERO customer service when said products are received defective. Bought an over $200 sex toy only to receive a product that makes loud squeaking noises constantly when turned on. It's hilarious, but completely unusable. I even recorded and sent a video to the "consultant" who sold me the bogus product and she said she passed it up to "her superiors". Over a month later, I've got nothing... A toy that belongs in the trash and $200+ down the drain. This was my fifth order with the company and my first completely defective product. I can't believe a company of this size has zero policies in place for broken product, especially for loyal customers. Well - this is how you lose them. I will never support this company again and I highly suggest you spend your money with a different company that actually stands behind their products. You can find comparable and effective toys on *** for a quarter of the price and they will actually refund you if you receive something defective.

Money was taken from my bank account for a purchase I never made. I never even heard of this business!

I was improperly charged for a purchase I didn't make, I have never purchased a product from this merchant or one of its consultants or subsidiaries and customer service was non responsive in attempting to resolve the issue.

i have made a order and tried to cancel my roder before i got product and i was told no cancellations this is a concultant based company who ignored my messages and only when i asked for a refund was then returned my messages

I placed a order with Pure Romance 7/13 and paid with ***...it states go back and hit submit on actual website. I have been calling since and was told that they are having issues with *** but *** still has $96.12 of my money authorized for Pure Romance. I have called repeatedly and no results. At this point I want my money back and no further dealings with Pure Romance.

On April 10 I place an order (*** and received the order on April 17. When I opened the package, the item mailed was not the item I ordered. I sent in a request on their website (***) about the mistake. On April 23, I tried *** messaging Pure Romance and got a auto-response that they were experiencing high call volume so I needed to call. I'm an essential worker on the west coast. They aren't open when I'm off work. And I definitely can't call them at the doctor's office. All I want to the correct item that I ordered.

I placed an order on May 17 and received my shipment on May 21 however the item shipped to me was incorrect. I have been attempting to get the correct item by contacting the company. I submitted my issue through their e-mail request forms and have called multiple times to speak with customer service. An agent first told me over the phone that the correct item would be sent to me, but then replied back in e-mail that the item was now backordered. Now they have marked my case as closed on the email response system but this has not been resolved. I still don't have the item I ordered.

Elizabeth B hosted a Pure Romance party in which she sold items from the company's catalog on November 22 ,2019. I ordered an item which totaled $69.96 and was told I would receive the item within the next week. After nearly a month passed, I reached out to Elizabeth via Facebook (where she operates her business) to ask where the item was. She informed me that the package was labeled as sent and proceeded to say I must have "missed it". In January, I asked for a refund which she denied. She exclaimed my package was marked "undeliverable" and I confirmed my address, which is the one I also gave her to send the item. From January until now, April 11th, I still have not received my package. She blames the issue on USPS (and claims it is only an issue between myself and USPS), without ever sending me tracking information during the process. I have still not received my item or have been issued a refund, and Elizabeth refuses to do anything about it. I feel highly deceived and am in need of a refund. I find her practice to be highly unethical and while she operates as a small business, does not uphold ethical practices with her customers.
