Message: To whom it may concern,

My name is Alecia Bisch, and I am in need of help concerning my vehicle and my life. I have been taken advantage of by Pundmann Ford in St. Charles and Pundmann Ford Quick Lane Service, also. I am a disabled college student and they know that. I care for my 2 disabled siblings (1 older sister and 1 older brother) I am the youngest of us, and they both need me. They have Cerebral Palsy in wheelchairs, I currently had to help my sister to placement, I have to care for their needs because our mother passed. My brother has passed recently, also. I must drive to help them. My brother was in the Sunset Hills area and the other in DeSoto. I am on a fixed-low income because I am disabled. I do not have money to pay my bills each month, I been reaching out to local charities for assistance because Pundmann Ford and Pundmann Quick Lane Service have taken my money, my grandmother’s money, and my 2 aunts’ money whom all have helped me because I am disabled, and I must help my siblings because they truly have just me. The “repairs” are hurting my family and I. Nothing is ever fixed correctly and other things come up “broken” and they tell me I have to bring my vehicle back to fix whatever they did, (meaning come back to charge me more for the “repairs” and “extra repairs” they did). Pundmann Ford Quick Lane has charged me several times over for the same things. I have spent thousands in the last few months and weeks. Pundmann keeps wanting me to come back for more other things now. I have videos of some of my visits and how they treat me because they know I am a young, student, single, disabled, black, woman, alone. I have receipts for everything they have done that still is not functionally correctly from my first visit after leaving them. My vehicle was fine before I took it to them, I am not sure what all “extra” they did to make me need to come back. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!
