The user experience is horrible, period. This experience is the exact opposite of the ‘customer-focused’ branding PB advocates, and is in severe need of updates.

Multiple issues encountered when trying to complete pre-check-in, doesn’t allow me to update personal information except my password, and keeps prompting me with a “promo code invalid” when trying to make dining reservations for our upcoming trip. Pages navigation is slow and clunky at best, downright irritating at worst.

I can now see why NO ONE at PB Resorts recommends this app in their reservation details or email communications. Pending how this works out when arriving at the resort, I suspect this will be a quick delete and never look back kind of app. Stay away until someone takes this app more seriously.

I have been trying for months to add our contract to the app. I clicked the contact button and emailed them a note asking for help. They gave me someone’s email address and it was wrong. I finally got the person that is supposed to be able to help me. She said it was a connection error. But I don’t have any other connection issues and I have tried to do this on 2 different Wi-Fis and just on cellular data several times. This error is in Spanish and all the other pop ups are in English. That would be my clue that there is an issue. After several emails back and forth with screenshots. This is her response “ I’ll send it to IT, however, the message reads for you to check the connection and that is exactly what they will tell me.”
By reading some of the other reviews it is clear that there are issues with the app. I am shocked to receive such a response from a Pueblo Bonito employee. All I want to do is add my contract so I can book a stay. I guess I will have to call them instead. So much for technology….

Tried to set up airport transportation to Sunset Beach. Not able to transfer info to shopping cart. What am I doing wrong?

This app is useless. It does not allow to change passwords, cannot enter new reservations and just does not function properly.

Terrible. Would give 0 stars if possible. Completely nonfunctional and gives a terrible overall impression and experience with the resort.

The app is completely useless and doesn’t work well at all. Please just enjoy your vacation and pretend it doesn’t exist. Not worth the trouble

Not enough space to put in an email address to register. Would like to book amenities for my pending trip via the app, but can’t register to even do that.

All I get are the rack rates. No option to include a promotion code which amounts to a rate that is 50-100% higher. Usually stay at Emerald Bay 1-2 times a year.

Won’t let me create an account because I am not an owner- makes no sense, many people who stay as resort guests would benefit from using the app to make reservations!

The concept of this app is great but it won’t let me register and states that I do not have a contract. I log in successfully to pbmbers.com using the same information.

I have tried multiple times to register/create an account and keep getting an error message: “unable to locate contract.” There is no “help” or “contact us” option within the app. Would love to book via an app, but it just doesn’t work!
