they wont give me my deposit back
they wont give me my deposit back. i paid rent on time and left the place nice but they still haven't coughed up my deposit. the staff was super mean too. it's been over 4 months now and i'm still trying to get my money. not cool.

But check this out - they said it ain't been cold enough for long enough yet and to just wait a few days. Ain't nobody got time for dat! I straight up froze my buns off last night and had to resort to rockin' a winter hat to bed. I'm dreading tonight 'cause I know it's gonna be the same deal. And another thing, the dang carpet outside is a freakin' ice rink! I had to bug 'em to lay down some snow melt salt. It's a real hassle when you're a busy nurse and just tryna stay warm, ya know what I'm sayin'?

I was gonna rent a property through PMP realty and due to job circumstances had to end up leaving the state. I was due to move in almost two weeks later to my place and paid a $2k deposit. I contacted the realty place and told them the situation and then spoke to *** and said between work and then the terrible reviews and word of mouth I cannot in good faith stay in *** and rent from them. I hadn't even moved in to the rental yet. I asked about getting my deposit back and she said she'd call me and still hasn't called to this day. It's been days of leaving messages and her in "meetings". They won't refund me my $ nor have they posted the rental property available.

The application costs $50 per person with a co-signer, and we paid Pmp a total of $150. ***, who works there asked us for proof of income from the last 2 years. We gave it to her on Friday, March 4th, and scheduled a showing with her on Tuesday, March 8th at 3pm. But, they did not show up. I called the office and someone else told me nothing was scheduled and they can't do anything about it because it had to be scheduled 24 hours before. We had already scheduled with ***, which he said he couldn't do anything about. We went back on March 15th, 2022 to check our application status, and the lady said they were waiting to contact our current landlord. On March 17th, *** called and told me we were denied for company reasons and she couldn't say more. However, the lady had said something different before. I think they denied me because I had left a review for ***.
