So, I had some problems with my siding and facia falling off my crib. I got some work done by Professional Restoration, but they didn't fix everything and now they're not even honoring their guarantee. They're straight up ignoring me. Not cool.

After a few weeks, they told me there was mold in the bathrooms and they needed to fix that first. I paid them $1,750.00 on 15 Nov and another $1,332.49 later. They gutted one of the bathrooms and left it unusable. I tried to contact them many times, but they didn't give me a timeline for the repairs. They moved the dryer into the living room and didn't clean up the debris. My daughter and grandson went to a hotel as a precaution. I went to Denver in January to talk to the management. The new project manager said he was disgusted by the poor repairs. I asked for the owner's contact information, but they refused. They finally finished the work on 17 February, but I found charges for cleaning that I thought were unnecessary. I think they overcharged me and were unprofessional. They refused to compensate me.
