I gotta say, Sean from Pro-Home Services Inc. was on the ball when it came to giving us an estimate. He didn't waste no time and got right to it. And the work was done pretty quick too, which was nice. Peter was also pretty chill to work with. He didn't give us no trouble or anything like that.

One thing we did notice though was some black tar marks on the sidewalk after they installed the new shingles on the roof. We didn't say nothing about it though, 'cause we don't know if anything can be done about it. But other than that, we're pretty happy with the work they did. Sean even took some pictures before and after so we could see what was done up there.

Another issue was that they left nails in my driveway. I ended up getting a few nails in my car tire, which was a major inconvenience. However, I will say that they did take responsibility for this and deducted the cost of the tire repair from my final bill. I appreciate that they owned up to their mistake and made it right.
