This fraud company named as SCRUBBI is the fake and Fu***** fraud company, these stupid idiot illiterate dumb people hire people as open contractor for cleaning mess in houses around GTA area for 25$ per hour and never fu*king pays off on time there Bi-Weekly never came on time and always have to email again and again and still never got money untill 27 days from u worked for 1st shift of week, and now this all m writting cz i haven't got paid for shifts done in august and today is 31-oct 2023, almost 3months complete. and still waiting for those $106.59 which were never payed.

so i will say never ever get trapped with this [censored]ty company and those who are already got trapped with these as*ho*** just find a better job somewhere else to get paid on time.

I have worked for this company. The CEO of this company does not pay his cleaners. He uses us and then not reply to calls or emails. Then hires more people and doesn't pay them. I would recommend hiring a company or a private person that cares about you and /or their cleaners. Also this company will sign a contract with their customers and has a no refund policy. So you as the customer you will not get any of your money back. Think about hiring them to clean your home and remember they do not pay and will take your money. You will get nothing in return or poor cleaning jobs

I cannot remember how this business got my contact information but I can say that I have zero interest in a service of this kind. For the last 8 years I still occasionally get an email (spam) about the existence of the service. I unsubscribe every single time. Without fail the emails keep coming, because the business apparently keeps my contact info around and will decide to ignore my unsub request and start sending them again. If that wasn't enough. I now get text messages on my phone from them too. This is not okay. I will NEVER use your service, even if I have a need of a service of this kind. You have lost me as a customer without ever having had me. And I am at the point of frustration now that I will go out of my way to down vote this business online. Are you listening, Scrubbi? STOP sending me spam. STOP texting my phone. DELETE my contact info entirely. This is not a valid way to advertise a business.

If you contact them directly, they will claim there is an problem with their web server and cannot honor unsubscribe requests. But their server has been broken for the last 8 years? They are lying. They are obviously lying. If they will lie about this then you are a fool to trust their services.

I was pretty let down after the initial 3 go-rounds of cleaning my new home in Edmonton didn't meet my standards, so I hit up Scrubbi for some expert help. They charged me quite a bit, considering the importance and urgency of the situation, but professed their willingness to send an experienced cleaner named Joe (though her real name turned out to be Jen) who knew exactly how to tackle the construction dust that plagued my abode.

As it stands, I'm still peeved as heck, because the person they did send to my doorstep had only been cleaning for 2 weeks prior to our encounter, had zero idea of how to operate a wet vac, and only made worse the mess that she was there to tidy. While I'm still waiting on a manager to reach out to me sometime in the next 3 days (which, sidenote, seems like a super long time—and if I have to wait any longer, my construction dust is gonna transform into a castle), they mentioned that there's nothing they can do to refund my moolah.

I ain't one to mince words—if you take someone's hard-earned cash, you better deliver on the goods. As it stands, Scrubbi straight-up filched dough from me. They need to hit me back, like, ASAP.

So, I thought I'd share my experience with Scrubbi. I hired them for an 8-week cleaning service. I gotta say, the cleaning was alright, just not consistent. What really grinded my gears though, was when they charged me $718.68 from my Amex card without even asking me! Like, what the heck! I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to continue their service. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I contacted them about it, they just dismissed my request for a refund. I mean, come on! It's my money!

I even talked to Amex about it, and they only managed to put a temporary hold on the payment. In the end, Amex gave them the money back because Scrubbi apparently has a policy of making automated withdrawals from their clients' accounts. Like, how was I supposed to know that? I sure didn't read all the fine print in their terms and agreement! And to make it even worse, they said it was for my "convenience."

Honestly, I felt like they stole my money. Is this how they treat their customers? It's just not right. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you don't want to risk losing money you didn't even authorize them to take.

This company, Scrubbi, is not one that I would recommend, especially if you're looking for a reliable move-out cleaning service. Although they advertise a premium move-out clean, it's not as it seems. Unfortunately, you'll end up paying a premium price for services that are not all included, despite being advertised as such. They should live up to the expectations that they set on their website, especially since it's supposed to be a set price that eliminates any worries. But instead, you'll find yourself worrying more about what's not included in the service.

During my experience with Scrubbi, I paid over $500 for the premium move-out clean, but was met with disappointment when the stove and fridge were not touched. This is just one of many problems that I faced, and as a result, the buyers are now threatening to sue. When I contacted Scrubbi to ask for assistance, they didn't seem to care at all. It's almost as if they expected me to be stressed enough that I wouldn't notice the things that they missed and cut corners.

I was hoping that they would be willing to fix the mess that they left behind, or at the very least offer me a partial refund, but that was not the case. They simply pointed out their tricks and showed a complete lack of empathy. It's incredibly frustrating to pay so much money for something that's supposed to eliminate stress and instead, end up feeling even more stressed.

If I had to choose again, I would simply do the work myself. It's far better than being "taken to the cleaners" by Scrubbi. So my recommendation is to stay away from this company and find a cleaning service that values its customers and delivers on the promises that it makes.

I decided to try out Scrubbi for my cleaning needs, and boy oh boy, was I NOT impressed. Let me give you the lowdown on my experience. So, I paid a whooping $600 for their services, thinking that my house would be in tip-top shape when they were done. However, that was far from the case.

On the top floor, none of the windows were cleaned, the bathrooms were still dirty, the floors were untouched, and the walls were un-wiped. Even though I was promised that the walls would be washed! How frustrating is that?

The main floor was an utter mess too. The counters were not touched, only the lower cabinets were cleaned, the top cabinets were left dirty, the floors were cleaned but sloppily done, and the closets were not swept or mopped, and of course, the walls weren’t washed here either.

And to top it all off, the basement was COMPLETELY ignored. Yup, they didn’t touch it AT ALL!

When I finally got around to complaining about their shoddy work, I was met with their “24-hour policy,” which basically meant that they would rectify the situation within 24 hours. But, because of various reasons, I wasn’t able to accommodate this policy. So, they casually offered me a $194 refund, shrugged their shoulders, and washed their hands off the problem. Honestly, a refund was the least they could do considering the SERVICE WASN’T even completed!

So, take it from me, stay away from Scrubbi. I would opt for another cleaning service if I were you. Trust me when I say that going with Scrubbi will only lead to disappointment and anger. Save yourself the hassle and find a better company for your cleaning needs.

I wanna share my thoughts on Scrubbi (scrubbie.com). Well, this cleaning service is really impressive! Actually, I have been using different cleaning companies for almost 10 years, but for the past 4 years, I've been sticking with Scrubbi. And I can say with confidence that they always deliver excellent cleaning experience.

Of course, there were times when they made last minute changes that made me a bit uneasy, but they always confirm with me before making any changes. It really helps me a lot, especially that my schedule is always up in the air. I tend to reschedule or cancel a lot since I'm always away. But you know, every time these last-minute changes occur, their team never made me feel bad about it. That's really important to me because I get anxiety. They have always been friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that so much.

Now, let's talk about the quality of their cleaning. I have seen several cleaners over the years, and I just have to say that Christine was the best. Although every new person who came in did a fantastic job, hands down. However, there were times when they have missed a spot or two. But when I called to complain, Scrubbi just sent another person to finish the job and make sure everything was tidied up to my satisfaction.

Overall, I have to say that Scrubbi has always been helpful to me. I have a lot of things that take up my time, and it's just great to have a reliable cleaning company that you can trust. Thanks, Scrubbi!

The service may be great. I havent had them yet. I am commenting only on the price.
I was quoted 30.00 an hr. Okay, then I was quoted 165 for just the bottom floor. ( a backsplit). I explained that I only use the kichen. I dont even use the bathroom.
I told him I thought it was high, but, I would try it out. I have emails quoting

Not once did he say Plus the sales tax. I have NEVER been quoted a cleaning price without including the sales tax. I gave him my credit card and again asked him what the total was. His response: 330.00.
When I got the confirmation email, I was shocked that sales tax was added. By the way, I had to commit to 2 months. ( I wonder why).
When I sent an email questioning the sales tax, he turned it back on me and said its against the law not to pay sales tax. I accused him of pleading ignorance and that he knew what I was referring to.
I then asked him via email if he belonged to the better business bureau. I have not had a response yet.
I am a disabled senior citizen so vulnerable people be aware.
I do have some proof, but, It is probably a he said, she said and I lose.

We had a really bad experience with Scrubbi when we hired them for a deep cleaning of our empty condo before showings. We shelled out a hefty $400 for the job and had high hopes for a sparkling clean place. Unfortunately, it wasn't to be.

On the day of the scheduled cleaning, the cleaner arrived promptly, but the results were far from satisfactory. The carpets were still dirty and littered with bits of paper. There were also several areas left untouched like the top of the fridge, the oven, and the blinds. The tub had even been cleaned, but it was left with visible streaks from the bleach.

We were absolutely disappointed, especially since we had trusted the company. We demanded a refund, but we were informed that they didn't provide them. Instead, they offered to send another cleaner to fix the problem, but it was too late since we had showings coming up shortly.

As sellers, we had to take matters into our own hands and spend three hours cleaning the condo ourselves. It was a waste of time, money and most importantly, our nerves.

We found the service quality of Scrubbi to be really poor and completely unacceptable for the price they charged. We strongly discourage anyone from using their services. We would advise that Scrubbi management take a good look at quality assurance and staff training to ensure that their customers receive the level of service they are expecting.

Overall, it was a terrible experience and we wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. In fact, we advise that you look elsewhere and save yourself the stress and hassle of having to deal with this kind of poorly delivered service.

I wanted my house to be spotless for the Thanksgiving weekend, so I decided to try out Scrubbi cleaning services after having negative experiences with three different cleaners in the past. However, to my great disappointment, I was once again let down by a cleaning service provider.

I am not sure if they train their staff properly or not, but each time I have hired them, my house has not been cleaned to my satisfaction. I have sent photographs of the areas that were not cleaned well, and yet, during the remedial visit, the cleaner managed to soak my wood floors while still leaving some of them dirty. On their most recent visit, the cleaner did not even attempt to clean my kitchen or appliances, and several floors remained dirty. Even dusting had not been done, and to top it all off, the main floor bathroom was not cleaned.

I cannot believe that such a large house, with all hardwood/tile floors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large kitchen, could be cleaned in just over two hours. As someone who has cleaned a home before, I know for sure that this is an impossible task. When I called to speak to a manager and negotiate what should be expected from a cleaning service, I was told that they were unavailable to speak to me.

Finally, I requested that the cleaner return to my house as my guests were soon going to arrive for the Thanksgiving weekend. However, it turned out that there were no cleaners available for the weekend. I am so disappointed and frustrated that once again, my trust was misplaced in a cleaning service provider. I highly doubt I will be booking Scrubbi cleaning services again.

We were in a spot of bother when it came to cleaning our house for sale and we decided to hire Scrubbi for a Deep Clean. We were asked to pay $350.00 upfront for their services and we also asked them to clean our fridge thoroughly. We were under the impression that only one cleaner would come to carry out the task of deep cleaning and fridge cleaning. Our house, which is approximately 2100 sq. ft. had three bedrooms, one full bathroom, two half-bathrooms, and a powder room. Besides these, our house had a kitchen, family room, dining room, and living room. Recently painted, the walls and baseboards didn't need cleaning. The young lady cleaner arrived and seemed worried about completing a deep clean in the allotted time of four hours and asked for an additional hour of cleaning. Finally, after five hours she had to leave as she had another appointment lined up for her. As a result, a substantial amount of work was left incomplete. Scrubbi has promised to send someone to complete the job in four days, but that would mean a great inconvenience for us.

We certainly feel that Scrubbi has not done a satisfactory job, especially as a proper deep cleaning of a 2100 sq. ft. house would take more than four or five hours. It is unfortunate that our cleaner was paid less than $20/hour by Scrubbi, but it is perplexing that Scrubbi was counting on making almost $90/hour and expected our cleaner to finish the job in such a short time. Additionally, the cleaner is expected to buy their own cleaning supplies and also pay for their own transportation. We were shocked to learn that Scrubbi performs minimal screening of their cleaners and they are not bonded or insured.

In retrospect, we regret not having done more research on Scrubbi before signing up. It was a mistake, and we would caution others not to make the same mistake. We have no plans to use Scrubbi's services in the future.

This leaves a lot of room for error and inconsistency. The worst part is that if the cleaner breaks anything at the client's home, the cleaner has to pay for it all.

The cleaners also work long shifts alone, over eight hours. To make matters worse, the pay is not even enough to cover basic expenses such as transportation and cleaning supplies. The unfortunate thing is that if anything gets stolen from the home, there is no protection for the client. The best the company will do is to credit the amount onto the account.

I highly recommend reading the terms and conditions before accepting a booking as there are many issues that could arise. Furthermore, I suggest not paying upfront for a year as they have been known to cancel bookings last minute. Quality is just not up to par with this cleaning service.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of service Scrubbi provided, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had an appointment booked this morning for the cleaning service and no one showed up. I have been trying to call the company multiple times without any response from them.

They demand that you provide all your own equipment, which is annoying. Plus, the girl they sent was completely unreliable. And their guarantee was just plain useless! Don't even bother using them, and definitely don't pay in advance! Trust me folks, you're better off finding a different cleaning service to take care of your home.
