We ordered some printed disposable masks for a trade show: white print on black masks.While it looked quite good on the print proof, the result was disappointing.The printing looked like grey because white on black and therefore the contrast of the branding was not below average, not making it very recognizable.On the event, I saw similar masks with better printing quality.The mask themselves are good quality - hence the 2-star rating, instead of one.

Did not like the matches at all - will not use. Waste of money. Product looks very cheap. Would have been nicer with white background and black logo. Logo is way too big for the actual size of the product. VERY disappointed and would not use this company ever again.

We waited nearly a month for our order, we were then told it was scheduled to ship 6/17, then when I followed up on 6/
We waited nearly a month for our order, we were then told it was scheduled to ship 6/17, then when I followed up on 6/22, I was told they were shipping that day. I never received a tracking number which would have been helpful so I wouldn't have to keep wondering where our order was. After inquiring again about our order on 6/28. We did receive a message back that our order was out for delivery. There was no explanation or apology for the delay, just "this order is out for delivery" On a positive note, we do like the custom tape.

When I called to ask a question about production time the account manager helping me, [account manager's name], was beyond amazing. He sent me specs and templates for my designs, rushed my production order and advised me which shipping options to use- all so I would have my products before my event. Everything came in time and I was very impressed with the quality. Will definitely use Print Globe again in the future. Thank you [account manager's name]!

The final product (branded ribbons) looked great. But the process of getting them to us on time was pretty bumpy. Our account rep had to do a mad scramble when the factory blew the delivery date and did not mention it to us (until the day these were supposed to have arrived) or the account manager really panicked when it appeared we weren't going to have these in time for our charity golf tournament. But ultimately they squeaked them in under the deadline. So A for effort, in the end, but F for the factory's initially ignoring the promised date.
