This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I booked flights on Priceline in November 2023. The departure flight was from Edmonton to Toronto, on December 24; and the return flight was from Montreal to Edmonton, on December 31.

It is shown on the itinerary that carryon luggages are included in the fee (the screenshots are attached), however, when I checked in on the Porter Airlines website, carryon luggages were not included and all of us were asked to pay for the luggages.

I called and emailed the customer service many times and what the agents said varied. Some said it couldn't be solved and some told me to send them the receipts and have the fees refunded.

On January 23, I called the customer service again as asked and the agent told me that they have escalated the issue and that the escalation team would reach out and solve the case within 3-5 business days. It's been 15 business days already and I still haven't heard any news from them, despite the fact that I called and emailed again and again.

The luggage information on the website is really misleading and the service of Priceline has provided was really disappointing.

Claimed loss: CAD 413.56

Desired outcome: Have the carry-on luggage fees reimbursed
