Priceline.com review: Booked wrong room

Back in September 2023 we booked 5 rooms which were all confirmed via email as the following: 1 King Bed - Oceanfront Room (for all 5 rooms). We had reviewed the Hilton Hilton Vallarta Riviera and noticed there are different rooms and price points. The difference in the rooms as per PRICELINE's website it clearly shows the difference between Partial Ocean view with King Bed and Ocean Front Room – King Bed (see screenshot attached), the latter is which we booked King Bed - Oceanfront Room however somehow Priceline booked me the Partial Ocean View Rooms with Hilton and Priceline will not correct the mistakes on the 5 rooms we booked even though the trip is for March 22, 2024.

It seems odd when I call the Customer support, the first support employee states yes that is not the right room booked after speaking to the hotel but then when I go to the Supervisor the Supervisor somehow thinks it is correct and makes up something about the view...

As well the Hilton website clearly defines the rooms the same

PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW ROOM - ADULTS - KING BED

Other amenities include 65-inch smart TV, mini bar, Nespresso, and security box.
