served assignments for court An Individual was scammed Lost $125.00 A guy from Premier legal services called me on October 13, 2022 after calling my oldest son he threatened that I would be served with a civil suit called a SE 100 which is incorrect because it's called an SC 100 if was real I didn't know that at the time he calls like real debt services knowing all your information from your name Social Security number at least the last four digits of it and your birthday and a debt
Desired outcome: They are scammers that need to-get caught and get my money back
Ed Trexler- called me as well threaten me with a summons and a felony over a payday loan I know I paid back- The loan was from 2012 WTH- It is 2024- he has an officer of the court call you first from a private number and if you listen well, it is Ed Trexler voice. And what lawyer is going to tell you to pay by Venmo- Cashapp- will not except anything else I spoke with my lawyer he stated I ignore them it is a scam.
