Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Experience with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Website and Customer Service

I recently used Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) to book a hotel stay and I have to say, I was not impressed with the website. It seemed like it was designed to trick customers into booking promotions that weren't actually available. For example, when I tried to book a certain promotion for a hotel on specific days, it wouldn't work. Instead, the website automatically gave me a different promotion without any explanation.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions of the promotions were not clear and seemed to change depending on the hotel. It was frustrating to try and navigate through all the different options and figure out what was actually available.

To make matters worse, when I had an issue with paying for my hotel stay online through the iPrefer website, the customer service team was not helpful. They blamed me for the issue and didn't offer any solutions to fix it.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience using Preferred Hotels (iPrefer). The website needs to be more transparent and user-friendly, and the customer service team needs to be more helpful and understanding of their customers' needs.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) iPrefer Loyalty Program Review: Needs Major Overhaul for Better Rewards and Functionality

I been staying at a hotel that's part of iPrefer for a while now (like 50 nights in the last six months). The hotel itself is pretty good, but the iPrefer program ain't so hot. The page on my phone don't work right half the time. And the rewards they offer ain't that great, plus they don't always come through on 'em. Compared to other loyalty programs out there, iPrefer just don't cut it. They need to overhaul the whole thing, start from scratch.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Experience with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) - Stick to Direct Bookings

I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) (preferredhotels.com). I mean, I signed up for it 'cause I saw it on the Hotel Monteleone website in New Orleans, but it turned out to be a real pain in the butt. You can't change your reservation or cancel it once you've made it, so you're stuck with whatever you get. And let me tell you, that ain't always a good thing.

If you're lookin' to book a room, I'd recommend callin' the hotel directly instead of messin' around with these guys. They're just in it for the money, while the hotel actually cares about givin' you good service so you'll wanna come back. Trust me, I learned my lesson the hard way.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Mixed Experience with Preferred Hotels: Great Stays, Frustrating Points Program and Customer Service

We've been staying at Preferred hotels for a while now, and we've spent a lot of money - over $60K in the last year alone. But we've had some issues with their points program. It's slow and inefficient, and we've had trouble getting credit for two major stays (each over $10k) because of a 6 month limit. We understand the rules, but it's still frustrating.

We tried to make things right by submitting requests with all the necessary information - billing portfolios, reservation confirmation numbers, and so on - for our next two major stays. But we haven't heard back from them. It's disappointing, to say the least.

We also haven't received our membership cards yet, which is another annoyance. And when we've called customer service, we've found the reps to be indifferent at best. It's not a great experience overall.

That being said, there are some great member hotels in the Preferred network. We've had some wonderful stays at their properties. But unfortunately, the issues we've had with the points program and customer service have made it not worth the effort for us.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Experience with iPrefer and Preferred Hotels: Package Not Honored and Poor Customer Service

I recently booked a package through iPrefer on preferredhotels.com, but unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, they had no knowledge of the package and did not honor it. I was quite disappointed and frustrated with the situation. I tried to find a way to make a complaint to iPrefer, but unfortunately, there was no clear option to do so on their website.

After some searching, I found an email address to contact iPrefer customer service. However, when I sent an email asking about how to make a complaint, I received an automated response that didn't address my question at all. Instead, it only provided information about cancellations, which was not helpful in my situation. I was left feeling even more frustrated and confused.

I find it hard to believe that Preferred Hotels does not have a customer service department to handle situations like this. It seems like a basic requirement for any business to have a way for customers to voice their concerns and complaints. I also feel like it's unfair for them to offer a package and then not honor it. It's like bait and switch or false advertising, which is not acceptable.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with iPrefer and Preferred Hotels. I hope they can improve their customer service and ensure that their packages are honored in the future.

well, I just got an unspecified (and unsolicited) notice that my points with iPrefer were going to expire in Mach 2024. We couldn't actually recall the two bookings we got credit for and the description was non-specific ie didn't even say the hotel we were being awarded points for.

I called iPrefer about this and they actually looked up the mentioned dates and told me it was related to a visit last year to the "Barking hotel" in London, England. Sadly, we've never been there before. (We're in Canada)

I have to wonder if this is just a scam offering to get information or bookings.

Regardless, I doubt that I will be using their services anytime soon!

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Experience with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) - A Cautionary Tale

I had a bit of a rough experience with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) (preferredhotels.com) recently. I was trying to book a room for myself and four other people, but unfortunately, the website wouldn't let me do it online. So, I decided to call and make the reservation over the phone. The person I spoke with was friendly enough, but I had to ask them four times to send me a confirmation email with all the details of the hotel. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I ever received those emails.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were disappointed to find out that the room we had booked with the representative on the phone was not the one we actually got. To make matters worse, we ended up paying twice as much as we would have if we had booked through another website. Needless to say, we were not happy.

I decided to call customer service to see if there was anything they could do to help us out. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was not very helpful and even a bit rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they told me there was nothing they could do to help us out.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) (preferredhotels.com). I don't think I'll be using their site to make reservations in the future.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Experience with iPrefer at Silvermith Hotel in Chicago

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Silvermith Hotel in Chicago for two nights in early February 2022. I was excited to use my I Prefer certificate that I had received, and I made sure to mention it when I made my reservation. The person on the phone assured me that all I needed to do was present it upon check-out.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in and asked for my I Prefer certificate. I handed it over, and they told me that they would apply it to my bill. I was thrilled to hear this news and couldn't wait to see the savings.

However, when I checked out two days later, I was told that the manager needed to review my certificate before they could apply it to my bill. I was a bit disappointed but figured it wouldn't take too long. Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact the manager, I was left with no response. It seemed like they were ghosting me, and I was left with no other option but to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Overall, my experience with Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) was not what I had hoped for. While the Silvermith Hotel was lovely, the lack of communication and follow-through from the manager left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that in the future, they can improve their customer service and ensure that their guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Nightmare Sign-Up Process for iPrefer: A Frustrating and Time-Consuming Experience

The sign-up process for Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) on their website is truly a nightmare. It is unbelievably terrible and confusing. The layout of the sign-up form is not at all clear, and it is difficult to figure out where to put in your password details. When you finally do figure it out, the system auto-fills your password into the enrolment recommendation section instead of the repeat password section. This makes it impossible to see the password in order to copy it. After filling in all of my personal information, I had no idea what my user name and password were.

When I tried to sign in, the system didn't recognize me even though Safari had saved my information. I was trying to book a specific hotel, but the process was unbelievably obstructive. It was frustrating and time-consuming. When I wanted to amend my hotel booking, I had to bypass iPrefer and do it directly with the hotel. This took up nearly an hour of my time.

In the end, I wish I had just paid more and not joined iPrefer. The sign-up process was a complete waste of time, and the booking process was frustrating and difficult. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) iPrefer Loyalty Program: Complicated and Frustrating - Not Worth the Hassle

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the Preferred Hotels program, also known as iPrefer. I mean, it's supposed to be a way of saying thanks to guests for staying with them, right? But let me tell you, it's one of the most complicated and frustrating loyalty programs I've ever come across.

First off, there's so much fine print and loopholes that it's almost impossible to actually get any benefits from the program. I stayed at one of their hotels for over a month, and when I didn't receive any reward points, I reached out to customer service. And what did they tell me? "Sorry, you should have read the fine print and not booked through your company travel agency." Like, seriously? I even gave them my member number at check-in and was told everything was good to go.

Honestly, the whole thing feels like a scam to me. And it's a shame, because as someone who travels for business a lot, I was really looking forward to using any rewards for personal travel. But now, I wouldn't even consider staying at an iPrefer hotel again.

My advice? Save yourself the headache and find another place to stay. This loyalty program needs a lot of work before it's actually worth anything.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Beware of iPrefer Loyalty Program: No Points for Pre-Membership Stays

Me and my better half had a real good time at a preferred hotel last weekend. We spent a cool $3,000 and it was worth every penny. We had such a great time that we're already thinking about going back. But, let me tell you, when I asked about their loyalty program, they told me to go online and sign up with iPrefer and submit my folio for points and membership. So, I did just that. I submitted my folio and application for points, and then I got an email saying they don't reward points for stays before joining iPrefer. What the heck? How was I supposed to know this hotel was part of the iPreferred network before checking in? I ain't no psychic! I've been a member of every major hotel program out there, and I never heard of iPrefer. If iPrefer wants to encourage loyalty, they're doing a real bad job by penalizing a "new" customer like me. I mean, don't they want me to come back? Isn't that what loyalty is all about? So, be careful when you're making a reservation at any of their properties. You might need to put on your psychic hat before you do.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing VIP Treatment at Preferred Hotel: Customer Service Needs Improvement

So, I stayed at this hotel that was supposed to be fancy and all that jazz. But let me tell you, they didn't treat me like a VIP. I asked for an upgrade and they had rooms available, but they wouldn't give it to me. Can you believe that? And when I called up the customer service people, they didn't do anything to help me out. So, I'm not too thrilled with this whole Preferred Hotels thing. Maybe they should work on their customer service skills a bit more.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Poor Customer Service and Website: My Experience with iPrefer Hotels

iPrefer, or Preferred Hotels, ain't the best when it comes to customer service. I mean, if you need any help, don't even bother calling them up. They just ain't interested in helping you out. And don't even get me started on their website. It's a mess. I've had so many problems with it, it's ridiculous. I don't know why they can't get it right. It's definitely not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) iPrefer Review: Check Kayak First for Better Rates and Beware of Rude Customer Service

iPrefer, or Preferred Hotels, is a website that you can use to book hotel rooms. If you're thinking about using this site, you might want to check out Kayak first. I did this recently when I was looking to book a room in Hawaii, and I found that Kayak had a rate that was $100 cheaper than the rate on iPrefer. I decided to call the 800 number for iPrefer to see if they could match the rate or cancel my booking, but I found that the customer service representative was very rude and didn't want to help me at all.

It was really frustrating to deal with this kind of attitude, especially when I was just trying to save some money on my hotel room. I think that iPrefer should do a better job of training their customer service representatives to be more helpful and friendly. If they want to keep customers coming back to their site, they need to make sure that people have a good experience when they use their service.

Overall, I would say that iPrefer is an okay site to use if you're looking to book a hotel room. However, you should definitely check out other sites like Kayak to make sure that you're getting the best rate possible. And if you do end up booking through iPrefer, be prepared to deal with some less-than-friendly customer service representatives if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Customer Service Experience with iPrefer Hotel Booking

So, I was trying to book a hotel on preferredhotels.com, also known as iPrefer. I finally found one that I liked and went through the booking process. But when I got my confirmation email, I noticed that the date was wrong! I was pretty upset about it, so I called iPrefer to see if they could fix it for me. But guess what? They wouldn't help me! They told me that I needed to contact the hotel directly to fix the mistake that iPrefer made. I was so frustrated with their lack of customer service that I decided I won't be using iPrefer again. It's a shame because I really liked the hotel I was trying to book, but I guess I'll have to find another way to book my stays from now on.

Preferred Hotels (iPrefer) Disappointing Rewards Program Experience: Not Worth the Hassle

So I signed up for the rewards program when I was booking a fancy boutique hotel, but I didn't get any points for it. I had to call them up a bunch of times just to get it sorted out. It was a real pain in the neck, let me tell you. And then, when I tried to book another hotel through their website, I didn't get any points for that either! I had to call them up again to get it fixed. The person I talked to wasn't very helpful, either. All in all, it was a real headache. I don't think it's worth the trouble.
