So, I tried using Pilot Freight Services (pilotdelivers.com) for a shipment and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. They told me they would come to collect my package at a certain date and time, but they didn't show up until way later. It was a real hassle and inconvenience for me. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're just not reliable.

It's been a full 14 days and I'm still without my product. I've scheduled delivery a whopping 4 times now, and each time I've had to take time off work to be home to sign for it. But guess what? It never showed up. The first time they told me they couldn't find it in the warehouse. The second time, they forgot to load it on the truck. And the third time? You guessed it - they forgot again.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I mean, just take a look at the rating for this company. How are they still in business? I'm still waiting for my product and it's starting to feel like it's never going to arrive.

I wouldn't recommend Pilot Freight Services to anyone. They completely messed up the shipping of my antique desk, leaving it in pieces. It's been over 120 days and they still haven't responded to our damage claim. This is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They don't communicate with us and nobody answers their emails or phone calls. To make matters worse, they just dumped our delivery in the alley behind our complex, even though they guaranteed delivery into our unit. This company is just plain despicable. So, I ordered a TV from Sam's Club on December 21, 2020. It's been a long wait, but I was finally supposed to receive my delivery today, January 12, 2021. My wife even took the day off work to be home for the delivery, which was scheduled for sometime between 11am and 6pm. But guess what? I got a call today saying that the delivery wouldn't be coming and was handed off to another shipper. Can you believe it? What the heck, man?

Now, I have to wait another week for my TV to arrive. That's just ridiculous. It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still don't have my TV. This is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with in my almost 60 years of life. I mean, come on, Pilot Freight Services, get it together!

It was frustrating because I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery, and they didn't even bother to show up.

Then, on a different day at 2:30 pm, I received an Amazon notification that the item was delivered... at 6 pm. How is that even possible? I was at work and I live alone, so I don't know how they delivered it inside my house and set up the TV. Even worse, they said that I signed for the delivery, which is fraud! I never signed for anything, and they just made it up.

Overall, I would not recommend Pilot Freight Services to anyone. They are unreliable and commit fraud. It's a shame that Amazon uses them as a delivery company because it reflects poorly on Amazon as well. If you want to avoid the headache and frustration, choose a different delivery company.

Now, you might be asking yourself, why do we continue to use these guys? Well, from our experience, all the national providers we've tried suck. So, Pilot, you're not alone in this.

We're still on the lookout for reliable, local, independent delivery companies in major markets who can do the job they're paid to do. It's not easy, but we're not giving up. We need to find a solution that works for us and our customers.

In the meantime, we'll keep using Pilot, but we'll also keep our fingers crossed that they'll improve their service and reduce our damage rates. We can only hope!
