My $1000+ Bike disappeared during the installation. After they make me believe they would replace the bike, that never happened. They haven't inspected the system. Bad communication and practices.don't recommend this business.

Eric is our favorite service man. What is not our favorite is having to pay $59 for something that we have never had to do elsewhere. Backflow preventors were always a part of our water heaters inside the house. This annual $59 is just anther tax. Not cool!

Matt F, the service technician, understood immediately my concern and tested the AC unit. He did a professional writer up and facilitated the invoice and payment via email. Matt was courteous and very professional. Highly recommend Matt and Arctic Air for all of your AC maintenance.

Their technicians are usually superb and knowledgeable of repair needs for AC systems. However, our builder selected the AC unit for our new villa and it is the worst AC we have ever owned. Every couple months it breakdown. Arctic Air should have a technician living in our development.

Harry the technician was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the critical items I needed to know about maintaining my air conditioning system, offered me information on his company's maintenance plans, wasn't pushy or anything just informative. He checked the system and performed the maintenance to my satisfaction.

Alex is a pro. He's detailed, articulate and good at explaining options. He was very thorough with his work and cleaning the system and provided documentation by photos of before and after the work. We added the Fresh-Air UV and UV lights to our system to ward off further particle growth and expect easier breathing and allergy relief.

It was a simple water line back flow preventer certification but the tech, Erick, was very competent and professional and extremely knowledgable. It was my first experience with back flow certification and he explained everything and happily answered all my questions. He also fully explained the water treatment system I am interested in.

I was not a customer did not have a service agreement and they came on July 2 2 hours after I called them, they were neat clean and my AC is up and running. I have a service agreement with *** service called them first told me they couldn't see me until next week. I am done with *** now have a service agreement with artic air

Very pleased with service tech and his assistant. They were considerate wearing shoe covers. Got right to work. Explained and showed me the part that needed replacement and options. No hard sell, even in heat of day.
Tech called when he was in his way showed up in time frame he said he be here. My AC is working well! I will use Arctic in future when needed.
Travel and diagnostic fee was given when I made the appointment up front and before he repaired. No surprises.

I live out of the state and rent the house in Bradenton. I've worked with Arctic Air since I've owned the property and have a service agreement with them. I've always be satisfied with the service provided. Most recently Matt was sent to the house because the AC was out. He got the system working again and sent me pictures of the systems current condition. He explained over the phone what I could do to prolong the life of the system. I feel the company is trustworthy and the techs are knowledgeable. I do recommend them!

Arctic Air Services has been my go to for both systems since we built in late 2017. They are professional, knowledgeable and clean. They answer all questions thoroughly and advise on how to help extend the life of the equipment.

Our maintenance service visit had to be pushed back a few weeks due to other customers' outages. We understand the circumstances and when we experience an outage, we anticipate being treated accordingly.

Their promptness and technology is great! They text/email you when scheduling, when on the way, when they arrive, when they leave, when they bill - it's all very organized in the office. The office is fantastic to deal with. Our project is a remodel, so (1) we don't live there and (2) were not able to be there at the time of install, admittedly. This was an install of a brand new unit. Unfortunately, the day of the install, there was a lightening storm. I believe the installers got hurried. We had 2 to 4 issues. Arctic Air was PROMPT and came back to fix them as fast as they could. But also, 2-3 weeks or so later, the new install was LEAKING from the ceiling onto my husband's shoulder! The drip pan wasn't properly installed or something. They were VERY SWIFT to correct this. All in all, i do recommend them. They care and are fast!

Artic/Tech Issac did a great job with our semi-annual Preventive Maintenance today. Per the normal, a review of our system & related performance metric and a diagnosis of any item requiring further attention. Routine bi-annual UV & Quality Air were obvious needs and completed or order of necessary element. Metrics indicated the 3+yr old system had a micro leak that required it be located for warranty purposes. Tech Issac located the leak pretty quickly, and verified with the manufacturer that a replacement unit was needed & covered. Additionally, & totally separate from the leak situation, a couple metrics for electronic consumables units required replacement and was completed. Tech Issac did a terrific job making sure our system will be ready for the next cooling season. Great Job ARCTIC & Tech ISSAC. A few $$$s but many many THANKS!
