PillPack They claim to offer little or no co pay

They claim to offer little or no co pay. I order directly through my insurance's mail order with a true 0 co pay. If I go to a regular Pharmacy such as CVS, my co pay is 3.60 for a 90 day supply. Pillpack charges 3.60 for a 30 day supply and claim that is the rate set by my insurance company. According to my insurance company, Pillpack is a non preferred pharmacy and therefore, they set no rates or terms with them, yet Pillpack claims it accepts my insurance. They actually charge you 3x the normal amount. Beware, and check your copays! Is the extra cost worth the pre packaging?

After not receiving a package filled with my arsenal of pills I need to survive, I asked a supervisor on the phone how I was going to take my pills in the morning. The response I got was that a pharmacist will contact me within 24 hours. 24 HOURS? So what I had to do was contact my insurance co. and get them to ok a 5 day emergency set of meds until I can iron this all out. I'm simply appalled on their non willingness to correct this regardless of my health and how this was all going to get paid. I am on a fixed budget on disability. Never again! I will fight this to it's conclusion. And thank you ***!

I signed up for PillPack earlier this month, was excited to start receiving medication without leaving the house. My first shipment was scheduled for 7/10 however I did not have enough medication to last until that date. I called and was sent enough medicine to last until I get my shipment. First shipment was scheduled to arrive on 7/10. July 10th no package. I called and spoke with a representative who stated it will be delivered 7/13. Here it is 7/13 still no package. I called and spoke with another representative who stated package was shipped however I am out of medicine. I cancelled my services with PillPack and had all my prescriptions transferred back to my local pharmacy. First shipment bad experience. I will not recommend PillPack anyone.

PillPack: Brilliant Concept with TERRIBLE Execution I really want to love PillPack, but just can't after several bad experiences. I have great admiration for the entrepreneurial history of this company, and the convenience of their small "packs" (combining both RX & vitamins) is indisputable, and something I have been unable to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, their service sucks, and as many other reviewers have said online, they are just not yet ready for primetime. In general, I have been mostly pleased with the daily pill packets, and have used that service for over a year. My personal challenges have usually involved anything that is PRN or one-time orders. Most recently, I had checked the availability of a prescription back in March, and upon confirmation of stock, had my doctor submit the script. They kept saying it was "in process" only to finally tell me it was on backorder. I was unhappy and told them I got it filled somewhere else. 3 months later, the order shows up on my doorstep and my credit card got billed. It was a mess to try to get fixed, and in the end, they destroyed any trust they had from me for a mere $5 (telling me that if I would send them details of the calls, they would "listen to the recordings" and consider giving me a credit). No thanks - it was much easier to just take my business elsewhere. Caveat emptor.

PillPack What a terrible experience!

What a terrible experience! I reached out to the CEO, TJ P - no reply. I reached out to Geoff S, Chief Business Officer- no reply. I suppose one could argue that no reply is indeed a reply.

I've canceled my account and returned to Walgreens. PillPack is a great concept but when it doesn't work right, there are no safety nets for customers and, more importantly, PillPack doesn't seem to care.

It is interesting that there are 99 Reviews on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/pillpack.com. 84% are rated one star (bad) yet there is not one reply to a customer. PillPack hasn't even claimed their business. Apathy at its best!

I switched to Pill Pack just over a month ago. I thought I would love the service. I really wanted to. Signing up was so easy but I have experienced a lot of challenges since. Month one did not include one of my prescriptions and there were two daily blister packs instead of one. Okay, I thought we'd work out the kinks. I was looking forward to getting everything straightened out on the next run.

In month two, another drug is not available. I received a call from someone asking me to volunteer/verify my DOB and address (mind you, he called me). That didn't go well.

I also asked to stop the shipment to no avail. As it hadn't shipped yet, I'm not sure I understand why this request was denied or why I wasn't contacted before a partial shipment was made.

Now, I have a situation where some medicines are on the way from Pill Pack. I apparently have no choice but to accept because you've drawn down on my insurance and prescription. And, I must go to Walgreens to get the rest of my medicines. I must also make sure that Walgreens can take care of my needs next month and beyond and that all insurance is in order. All unnecessary work for me.

When I signed up for the service, I also purchased a plastic dispenser for $15. I asked to return the item as I would have no further use for it. PillPack refused to accept the return or issue a credit.

This is not the service I expected from your company. I am most especially surprised by the set of poor customer experiences I've endured while trying to on board as a long-term customer. I won't forget the silence from this brand.

PillPack Constant problems with website

Constant problems with website. Account on hold. CS has no clue what is going on and has given approximately 20 different answers in the past month. The above sums it up fairly well. This is just the latest problem I'm having with the site. I'm happy to do a scheduled call with an actual human vs and IVR that calls me 10xs a say and forwards me to a place where people can't fix the issue. I just want the lifted and I don't want to spend this much time due to broken technogy.

A 30 day supply would be 150 needles and when I called they said that they cannot break up packages. I pointed out the fact that it was not a 90 day supply and offered to return the product for a refund since I felt the copay was excessive. I then receive an email telling me that my refund is denied. They should not send out a 30 day supply and in writing show that it is a 90 day supply

In June , I placed a hold on my prescription delivery (I had an excess of two months of drug) online. In July, I was told it was shipping. In June , online, I placed a HOLD on my Rx with PillPack. (I had an excess of two months supply and wanted to stop for a month). July 3rd, I received notification that a shipment will be sent out. To add insult to injury, the Rx was incorrect and I was going to be billed $36.08 for an incorrect dose of medication. I contacted PillPack and was told that the doctor ordered this and they had overridden the HOLD online. What am I supposed to do with an incorrect dose? Why am I being billed when I specifically placed a hold on medication delivery.

Fraudulent billing without permission Refund of $29.22. Signed up for the service on 8/22 with Heidi in Salt Lake City. I explained to please not ship or bill until I decided if I wanted to do business with the company. On 9/16, they shipped UPS and billed me without my permission. This is fraudulent. Misty who I spoke with today even said the notes indicated the noted reflected that I did note want service until I gave permission. This is underhanded and unprofessional. Spoke with Jackie a supervisor and she said it was ok to charge me. This is not the case. I did not authorize this. Jackie provided horrible service. She would not give me the CEO name. She was very unhelpful and unprofessional. I did not authorize this order.

My medications have arrived late almost every month I've had this service. I have called customer service 3 sperate times and they have not fixed this Every time I have called customer support (4) UPS was blamed for the delay but it's the same delay every month. I have asked that they ship my medications 3-7 days prior to my renewal but have been told they can not change the date they are sent even though I keep getting my medications after I run out. I take medications 3 times a day and missing them would be very dangerous for me. The last time I called customer support I was told they would forward my complaint and suggestions but I never heard back from anyone and my next pack is going to be late again. I'd like to continue using this service but I can't keep getting my medications late.

They say they don't charge for service or shipping and there is no copay with my insurance. Either they're advertising falsely or charging my insurance wrong because I shouldn't have to pay for my prescriptions when they're completely covered under my insurance.I contacted customer support and they blew me off saying they did nothing wrong. THEN WHY AM I HAVING TO PAY FOR PRESCRIPTIONS WHEN THEY'RE COMPLETELY COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE?

PillPack My August medications did not arrive and they are over a week late

My August medications did not arrive and they are over a week late. When I contacted Pill Pack they say I have to pay for an replacement delivery. Pill Pack says that a replacement delivery is my problem if insurance does not cover it. So in essence they do not guarantee delivery. If they send a replacement and insurance covers it, I have paid double the co-pays. If insurance does not cover it, then the cost to me for the replacement is 4 times my copay. My medication is not life critical and not that expensive, but what about those people who have really expensive medication. The agent says that most insurance pays 2 times for lost medications. This means to me there are a lot of lost medications for her to know that. But Pill Pack is not taking that chance. They are forcing the customer to. bear the burden of the USPS not delivering.

PillPack 1/27 Signed up with Pill Pack, LLC

1/27 Signed up with Pill Pack, LLC. 2/3 Called Pill Pack to check status of my order. They had no record of my account because a "clerical error created two accounts under my ID" resulting in no action taken on processing my order. I instructed them to cancel my account. 2/3 Under the assumption my account had been deleted and my original paper script was valid to fill at a local *** I submitted it to *** 2/10 I called customer service at Pill Pack because I had received a text from them saying my medications were shipping that day. I called and alerted them of their mistake - that I had been cancelled. Customer service promised to cancel the shipment and this time would for sure delete/cancel my account. 2/14 I went to CVS to pick up the prescription dropped off 2/3 and they said Pill Pack had jurisdiction over it and it could not be filled. Finally after *** called Pill Pack did they release my prescription and truly cancel my accounts.

For 3 months I have not been able to determine if the service fits my need and put on hold but I keep being billed for partial or wrong meds. STOP! The company fails to communicate internally. Nothing I pass *** seems to be recorded. I am not allowed to speak to anyone with the authority to do anything about this. They billed me over $60 for meds I cant use and cant return. I am not allowed to speak with their discrimination executive or anyone with the authority to resolve the problem. Today I asked Francis the supervisor on duty to please refund my $60 and delete my account. She refused. Asked to be transferred to the CFO, highest person on duty and to the legal compliance officer and all was denied. They tell me wrong information like my second insurance is terminated, and not, contact wrong doctors for wrong meds and doctors call me questioning what I am trying to do and they even were sending ma a dibetic med that could have killed me. Every phone call is recorded so they have this as truth.

PillPack I was a customer of PillPack Pharmacy services

I was a customer of PillPack Pharmacy services. PillPack has been negligent reckless and creless when handling my account. Every single month there was/is an issue. Either they do not have the medications- or vitamins- or insurance information. They constantly try to push GoodRx and promote paying out of pocket. I can provide the MULTIPLE emails I have received. Most recently- I tired to cancel this service after a multiple issues- from where I was never notified about a medication not being shipped to PillPack running out of vitamins. I requested all my prescriptions be transferred over to my local pharmacy. Only ONE of my many prescriptions was transferred over. This is negligent. I had NO idea. Why would PillPack only transfer ONE? I have had medications held up in billing- and sitting in that department without being notified. Every single month my medications have been jeopardized by Pillpacks RECKLESS behavior. I cant express enough the danger this causes- financially and medically. I tried to pay the overdue balance on my suspended account yesterday but PillPack keeps declining my payments. I called into customer service multiple times yesterday to pay off my overdue balance on my suspended account. The representative was able to charge most of the balance to my card but it would not go through again for $0.26. I immediately called my bank because I have more than enough money in the account to cover that transaction. The bank verified that and told me they took a closer look at the transaction and it shows that PillPack is declining it on their end - not Bank of America's end. I called back and spoke to Betty (who was awesome by the way) and she tried everything she could think of but alas we could not figure it out. Now I sit here waiting to hear back from customer service while my account remains suspended over 26 cents that I am more than willing to pay but your system keeps declining to charge me. I have new medications that my doctor wants me to start like the Zofran and I cannot get that until you release my account.

PillPack Had to resend medication and did so prior to the date authorized by me

Had to resend medication and did so prior to the date authorized by me. Overdraft fee incurred due to this mistake My March prescriptions were delivered on 3/18 according to tracking info from UPS. However, my prescription was not in the mailbox that day nor was it delivered to the door by the driver. I was admitted to the hospital on 3/19 and was not released until late in the day on 3/24. I called PillPack on 3/26 and spoke to Matthew about the issue. He told me the only options I had were to pay my copay again if the insurance authorized them to reship or pay *** cost of 128.00. I told them I would not want to pay *** cost and if the insurance would not reauthorize to not ship anything. I also told Matthew on the same day that if the insurance authorized reshipment to not ship until 3/31 since I did not have the money in the bank before then. I reminded him four or five times of this and he confirmed every time that he made a note on my order to hold until 3/31. I received my prescriptions on 3/28 and was charged $20.44 the same day. This put my account into overdraft and the bank charged me an additional $35 overdraft fee. Another payment of $3.25 for a monthly service, which would have been covered by the balance in my account was taken out of my account on 3/29 and cost me another $35 in overdraft fees. I spoke to Donald at PillPack today, 3/30 and was told that there were no notes to hold the shipment on my account and that they would not reimburse me for my overdraft fees, They could however change the ship date for future prescriptions so I wouldn't be in that situation again. Long story short I am not very happy to have lost $70 of my hard-earned money because PillPack's customer service does not do what they said they would do.

I called PillPack and told them NOT to take the $477.30 out of my account and they said they wouldn't and still did and now won't refund! I received an email stating I had 10 days to contact PillPack regarding a huge amount for my medication than the prior order. I contacted them immediately and they said they would stop the money and that nothing would be taken out. Due to the large amount I was so concerned that they would that I even went as far as to tell the young lady to get with a supervisor if she had to but to MAKE SURE NOTHING GETS TAKEN OUT! She reassured me it would not. June 30th they take $477.30 out of my account and I needed to pay my bills with that money! I immediately called and they said they would have to forward to a billing specialist and I talked to a supervisor. She said she would have a billing supervisor handle it. They said they kept trying to call me but my iPhone screens calls and if it isn't on my contacts it recognizes it as spam so I replied to the email of the billing specialist. I have attached that email and have another where she says they can't process my refund unless I reach out to my insurance company! Why should I have to do anything for something they shouldn't have done in the first place! I even told them I don't want that medication because it caused all this mess and they still won't release my money unless I contact my insurance! I DONT WANT THAT MEDICATION THROUGH PILLPACK SO WHY DOES CONTACTING MY INSURANCE MATTER AT THIS POINT? Calls are recorded and the girl even said they didn't send a notification out in a timely manner to begin with. I am so stressed out I can't pay my bills that are necessary to keep my light and basic necessities and they want to hold my money for a quid pro quo really? That's not good business and that's not right especially when it was their mistake!

PillPack Each month I have difficulty with prescriptions at Pill Pack

Each month I have difficulty with prescriptions at Pill Pack. Before transferring my prescription for Dexcom G6 sensors to Pill Pack I contacted them to find out if they could fill the prescription and the cost. The sensors are sold in a fixed quantity in a box and are not sold separately. I explained to the representative that the sensors are sold in a box with 3 sensors each sensor last 10 days so 1 box is equivelent to a 30 day supply. She provided me the cost of 1 box for $70.00. After having the prescription transferred Pill Pack i provided my DexCom G6 Savings Card to be applied. The pharmacy charged me for 3 sensors which totaled around $195.00. I requested to speak to billing but never received a call back and when I contated them I found out that they closed each of my request for a call back and stated that they spoke to me which was a lie. You can look at each of my chats to verify all of the problems that I have. For instance. This month my doctor called in 3 vitamins Vitamin D and Magnesium and told me i could purchase the quantities over the counter if they were cheaper than prescription. Pill Pack automatically charged me the higher cost and the only way to get cost is to contact them and ask. Your dashboard does not list the cost of the medication and Im sure that no one in their right might is going to order medication or anything without knowing the cost. You also have no way for customers to compare cost, know the brand or have any say in what you are providing in terms of vitamins although you offer and use that as a selling point on your commercials. This is somewhat deceptive and not allowing customers to know the cost of their prescriptions until they upload credit cards is also deceptive. You are big enough to be able to offer better services to customers. Every online pharmacy will let you know the cost before you order something. I've been using Pill Pack for two months and I am so frustrated because my medications are life and death not an option and all of these mistakes cause problems with my health because i cant get my medications on time. I want to know who regulates you and who else to file a complaint with besides filing a complaint to my congress persons . Which is going to be my next step.

They missed an automatic refill of my omnipod insulin delivery system and refused to expedite. Had to go to emergency room to fullfill insulin delivery for 3 days. Careless and indifferent institution
