Finding Honeybee Health to fill my prescription was a lifesaver! I have been on a specific migraine control medication for close to 10 years. Out of the blue, my usual pharmacy told me they could no longer get the brand I had been using. Since this medication works on your brain, I didn't really want to try a "new generic" so I reached out to Honeybee and they could get the exact medication, same brand name, I had been using for years! And, the cost was so reasonable, even without insurance! Honeybee saved me!

Getting my medication from Honeybee has been life-changing. Not only was I able to save 75 percent on a prescription my insurance wouldn't cover, I love the convenience of receiving my meds by mail. I've also received amazing customer service at every touch point with Honeybee. They even expedited a free replacement after my dog ate my meds (he's fine!). I have recommended Honeybee to all my friends and family because life is too short to wait in line at CVS only to have them tell me my meds aren't coveted by insurance.

Honeybee Health has been amazing to work with. When our employer insurance changed the cost of his prescriptions from in store pharmacy we were using went from $20 a month to $400 a month. My husband who also uses Honeybee Health for his prescriptions suggested we try them our cost when back down drastically to $70 a month. They are very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. They keep in constant contact while waiting for approval from your doctor on your prescription. We need more pharmacies like Honeybee Health.

Honeybee is the best company I've ever encountered - especially in the medical field, where lately I've been so disappointed. They have amazing integrity and customer service, expediting my medication to me free of charge when I was heading out of town, and always responding to questions kindly and quickly. I love that my orders are automated and I don't have to think about it but they keep me in the loop through timely order notifications. And the pricing can't be beat and I don't need to deal with my insurance. Very happy.

Prescription was sent to Honeybee electronically almost two weeks ago, no emails or any information received yet. PushHealth is still listing HoneyBee Health as their "recommended" pharmacy at the top of the list, even though HoneyBee is not fulfilling any of their orders in a timely manner. If PushHealth won't remove them from the list then HoneyBee should remove themselves by notifying PushHealth that they can't fulfill the orders. There is no excuse, stop accepting prescription orders that you aren't going to fill in a timely manner!

Absolutely delighted to have found Honeybee Health! They carry a wide range of generic medications, usually with multiple options at each drug and dose, and allow the patient to select the formulation based on cost and manufacturer. Prices are eminently fair, and it is beyond wonderful not to have to deal with the hassle of filing insurance claims. The have been unfailingly prompt and professional in their customer service, and discreet in their communication and shipping practices. It is also very convenient to have a source of medications outside the usual channels and medical records.

I couldn't be more pleased than my experiences with Honeybee Health. They make purchasing easy, generally give you a choice of manufacturers of a product, offer excellent prices and superior shipping. I recently had an occasion to need a rush order as I had forgotten to ask for a refill from my physician. I called and talked to one of their customer service representatives and asked her if they could rush my prescription out. They got it out that day and got to me on time so I didn't miss a dose.
I highly recommend the company and applaud their employees for their concern for their customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After calling them for a refill 12 days ago, I am still going between HH and my Dr. to straighten this out. You have to wait at least 2 hours for a callback, and they tell me I will get the medication in one or two days, not to worry, they understand., etc etc etc. I had to pay my other pharmacy $21.60, for 15 pills. So the price of their pills, are a lot more than HH. But the headache of working so hard to get my prescription kind of leaves me wondering is the savings worth it. I know this is not pandemic caused because they have done well before this situation.

Honeybee Health was pretty much the only pharmacist - on line or brick and mortar - that carried the generic medication from the manufacturer specified by our provider. Not all generics from all manufacturers are the same and we could not afford to begin trying the generics from others. Honeybee Health has literally been a life saver. Add to that their clear communication about the status of our first order and all subsequent refills. There is really never a question about when we can expect our medication to be delivered to us. Their prices are terrific too; although this was less of an issue, as we would have paid just about anything to obtain the medication we needed.

Great experience I first used Honeybee to order a generic drug I had obtained several years previously; it's a drug I rarely need. My medical insurance changed since then, and my current insurance doesn't cover this even thought it's a generic. I used Honeybee to fill the prescription. Ordering was easy, and their follow-up was excellent. I got notified that they were filling the prescription, and again that they had shipped it. Two suggestions for improvement: Honeybee could make it clearer that refills are automatic. Also, since delivery is by USPS, I wonder if Honeybee uses special packaging for temperature-sensitive meds when a customer orders during the summer or winter.

If I would have gone through my insurance for the drug I am on long term it would have cost me $250.00 a month. Doing some research I found the same drug on Honey Bee Health for $250.00 for a three month supply. After giving the OK to fill the script, the pharmacist notify me the next day that he found it even cheaper through another company they use frequently, $225.00 for a three month supply. Finally, someone looking out for the American people with drug prices, unlike the Government who insist they are. I cannot thank the pharmacist enough for going the extra mile for me. Best pharmacy ever! You can pick the generic manufacturer that works best for you! I discovered over years of feeling not so great that generics were all different so I tried most of them and discovered which ones I liked best and it changed my life. Recently I moved to a new state and had a lot of trouble finding my favorite genetics locally so I discovered honeybee pharmacy online and they had the ones I needed and don't just give you whatever is cheapest like local pharmacy. I paid only a very low price for a 3 month supply and it was shipped to me a few days later, my insurance won't even do 3 month supplies and the cost of my co pay just for 1 month is a lot more expensive than honeybee! I'm just so grateful for this pharmacy thank you!

The customer service at Honeybee Health is incredible. I had an issue with the shipping carrier (not their fault at all!) and they responded to my message in a few minutes, and even reached out to my provider to get a new prescription on my behalf. The replacement medication arrived the next business day. I was blown away by their professionalism, and will definitely use them again. I have never had this good of service at any "traditional" pharmacy. They also packaged things nicely and included extra information in the package which I genuinely appreciate. They seem to really care about their customers and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Their staff was reassuring and helpful, and I highly recommend ordering from them.

First, I'm forever grateful that this pharmacy gave me peace of mind and I've obtained medicine that was difficult to get elsewhere. Thank you! However, it took almost 3-4 weeks for my first prescription which thankfully wasn't needed immediately I have since gotten a second prescription(refill) and I received it in a very timely fashion this medicine isn't expensive but yet this pharmacy chose to charge almost $5 a pill Little price gouging? I would be happy to pay for shipping but the script was about the size of a deck of cards. Walmart was charging 2.80 a pill. Again I feel this pharmacy was doing some price gouging If I'm desperate, I will possibly use them again but if I have other options available... my family is priceless so will do whatever is necessary! When I first ordered from Honeybee in 2019 it was smooth sailing. I've only used them for one prescription as the savings were substantial versus my local pharmacy. The subsequent times have been less than 100% satisfactory however. One my second purchase in 2020, the price had gone up markedly but was still less than my local pharmacy. The explanation was "market rates". I had no idea medicine was a fluctuating commodity, particularly for a generic. On my most recent purchase, a pre-shipment follow up on my order via their website showed that they were in the process of shipping a competing generic at a much higher price than the one that was ordered. I immediately contacted them to let them know the order was incorrect (I had a copy of my original order as proof). They corrected it, but when I asked for an explanation in a reply email as to how this could have happened, no response at all. So, if I hadn't caught their error I might have been shipped a different product at a higher price and subjected to the inconvenience of returning it. Had the medicine been vital to my health, that could have been bad.

I bought some medicine from Honeybee Health and it was made by Accord Healthcare. Let me tell you, it didn't work at all. Accord Healthcare only got two stars from other customers. I got Tadalafil 5 mg and it didn't do anything for me. Don't waste your money on this stuff.

I ordered my meds from HoneyBee Pharmacy on August 27. They told me the cost and I paid it all. They said they'd send it once I paid. But, I haven't heard from them since. I emailed them, but they didn't reply. I tried calling them, but the number doesn't work anymore. This is really frustrating. Please check this out. It's not cool to have a phone number that doesn't work. Thanks.

I spent so much money on a medicine (***) from Honeybee Health, but it didn't work. They got it from a company called ***, which they knew was no good. I called to complain and they sent me a different medicine, but that didn't work either. I kept buying from them because I didn't know any better. Now they erased my order history from their website, probably to protect themselves. I have to check my credit card to see how much money I lost.
