Hey ComplaintsBoard.com, I still ain't got my Pillow Cube order worth $326.51. I ordered it on 2/12. They said it would take 1-2 weeks 'cause of Covid on 3/26. I ordered it 'cause I got this awful pinched nerve in my C6/7 that's still bugging me when I sleep. If they can't fulfill my order, I want my money back so I can check out other options. I attached my order summary too. I reached out to Pillow Cube again on 5/10 and they said my order wasn't filled and it was given to the "fulfillment" team. They also said "thank you" for my patience. I contacted Pillow Cube again after 2 weeks but didn't hear back. Oh, and I paid for route package protection using the "Route" app through Pillow Cube. They gave me a tracking number, but the order timed out and Route never got it to deliver. Route said my order ain't covered 'cause they never received it. I paid $6.72 to cover the package with "Route." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a good one! Respectfully

I bought a pillow cube pillow from their website on Sunday, Oct 2. I saw ads on Instagram for a while and thought it could help me sleep better. So, I decided to give it a try. The total cost, including tax and shipping, was a little over $100. It's been a week since then, but I haven't received any shipping confirmation or updates about my order. All I got was an automated confirmation email. I tried emailing, calling, and reaching out on Instagram, but no response. I'm starting to worry that I won't get my order, especially after reading a similar review on trustpilot. The guy seems to be in the same situation as me. My order number is PC280444. I paid through PayPal, and I can show the confirmation email if necessary. I just want my money back now since I haven't received the product or any confirmation that it's been shipped.

I bought a Pillow Cube Pro 5 inch on 8/12 and paid $120.88. When the pillow arrived (after waiting a whole month), I got the wrong one. They sent me the 6 inch instead of the 5 inch. I contacted customer service, and all they suggested was to send the pillow back and once they get it, they will send me the correct 5 inch pillow. Now, this pillow is massive to ship back, and as a nurse working 6 days a week, I don't have time to mail anything. The company not only made me wait for a month for this pillow, but they also messed up and sent me the wrong one. And now they want me to wait until they receive this pillow back before they send me the right one? Seriously? Since it's their mistake, they should let me keep this pillow and send me the 5 inch Pro without any additional cost. If anything, they should send me the 5 inch Pro right away without waiting for me to send this one back. They claimed they sent a shipping label, but I keep going back and forth with them, and I haven't received any shipping label.

PillowCube got this quiz on their website to help you find the right pillow for your size. I took the quiz and bought the pillow they suggested, which costed over $100. But guess what? The pillow was way too big for me and I couldn't use it for anything else. So, I contacted the company to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size that actually fits me. And you know what they said? They told me I didn't have to return it, but I had to send them pictures of the wrecked pillow or proof that I gave it away to charity. I tried reaching out to a bunch of places, but it was hard to find one that actually needed pillows. Life got in the way, so I had to put this on hold for a while. Now, it's been months and I finally reached out to PillowCube again to continue the exchange process. According to their policy, "You can ask for an exchange or refund within 60 days of your first purchase." I followed all the steps, just like they said. But here's the thing, they didn't mention that all the requirements for the exchange had to be done within those same 60 days. I paid too much for a pillow they recommended, and all I want is a simple exchange. Their refund policy doesn't clearly explain all the requirements for an exchange, so they should give me what I want.

I ordered a 5" sidekick for $49.99 and a pillowcase for $9.98 on May 6. I didn't know this then, but ordering the pillowcase made the shipping cost double to $10, which was a bit fishy. Shipping took two weeks. I've never paid this much for shipping an online order, and I've had online orders from overseas stores arrive quicker. After about a week, I reached out to customer service to ask why I hadn't gotten my order yet. They took forever to respond, and only did so after it was delivered, saying, "Our records show it was delivered." Well, duh, it is now. The pillow itself had zero support. It's supposed to support your neck when you sleep on your side. But as soon as you lay on it, it squishes completely and doesn't keep its shape like regular memory foam. This pillow can't provide any support, let alone specialized neck support. I contacted customer service about this, and they said they use a slow shipping carrier, which is why it took so long for my pillow to arrive (maybe they should find a new carrier). They also said they wouldn't refund the high shipping costs, just the cost of the pillow. "Because of the high shipping costs," they wanted me to either send them a picture of the wrecked pillow with today's date or a donation slip showing I donated the pillow. I already feel like I paid too much for shipping. And now the product is faulty. I don't want to lose $10 AND have to use my gas money to drive and donate the item just because they send out faulty products. They even admitted that some of their pillows are too soft or too hard to be good. But they wanted to do an exchange. I just want to be done with them, but I don't want to be scammed out of $10. Also, I just wrote an online review on their website, and it hasn't shown up yet. The review was negative, but it was honest and fair. Just trying to warn others before they make a purchase. I noticed that their site only has 5 and 4 star reviews.
