Classic Brands Sleep Products Bed frame with remote

I purchased my bedframe from Amazon. I have tried phoning and the toll-free number doesn't work, maybe because I am in Canada. I can't find another phone number. I also sent an email with no response. My bed frame worked fine with only an issue with the USB outlets since it was new. However, not after a bit less than 3 years I can no longer adjust the bed. I have checked the electrical outlets and have replaced the battery. I don't expect warranty coverage, but it would be nice to get some help in fixing this issue. It seems others have had issues with the remote, so maybe I can purchase a new remote, if that is the problem. I am basically looking for advice form the company to repair/fix this issue.

Desired outcome: tell me how I can get my bed functioning again.

On December 29th 2022 i had received an order from Amazon of a classic Brands memory foam mattress 7" inch's. I just recently as of june 15 th noticed after i had taken the mattress cover off as instructed to clean and noticed shards of what seemed to be fiberglass. I have been experiencing a lot of health issues these past months n i can only assuming it's from the fiberglass that was hiding underneath the cover. My son who's 3 years old was climbing all over the mattress after i had removed it to wash an i noticed he started hurting an getting rashes on areas of where he had touched the mattress. The fiberglass has cover my whole house cause i had to remove it and by doin that ment taking it all the way to the front door. Now i don't have a mattress to sleep on n i have to throw away including clothing for me n my son, towels rugs and even a recliner sofa. I can't afford to go n buy these things new. Not only that but its had a huge impact on us health wise also.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund an to be reimbursed for all my loses totalling around 2,500 if possible

Classic Brands Sleep Products I purchased a mattress from "classic brands" through *** in Feb 2020

I purchased a mattress from "classic brands" through *** in Feb 2020. In Aug 2022 we were having a lot of health issues and stemming from that we found out our mattress was leaking fiberglass into our home. The fiberglass was everywhere throughout the entire house. On all of our clothing, in every room, in our A/c and even in the washer/dryer. We contacted a Biohazard company who confirmed the presence of fiberglass throughout our entire home but it was concentrated the most on our bed. The biohazard company advised to remove the contaminated mattress immediately and we did. I then contacted the company almost month ago. I requested a refund for the mattress and was told I would receive said refund by "Jim S" via a written email. That was 3 weeks ago. I have emailed multiple times regarding when I would receive said refund but he's just stringing me along without any real answer. I haven't received the refund as of today 9/28/22. We incurred alot of costs removing this fiberglass from our home, over $4500 not including the costs of the items we had to discard because we couldn't get the fiberglass out...and all I asked for was the refund on this mattress. Jim S has not sent the refund nor will he give me a straight answer as to when I would receive it He pushes the blame elsewhere but everytime I contact the company I'm told he's the only one who handles the fiberglass claims and I have to communicate with him. This company is despicable and doesn't deserve to be in business.

We bought a king size Classic Brands cool gel memory foam 12 inch mattress off of Amazon on December 24. We discovered through lots of trial and error that our entire home was contaminated with fiberglass causing health issues for my family. We had to rent a 30 yard dumpster and throw our years of sentimental belongings . Servicemaster came to clean what they could of the fiberglass, stuck to every surface you can imagine. Ceilings, windows, window screens, in the baseboards. My kids sobbed while we threw away their years of birthday gifts and dress up clothes, favorite sweaters and blankies they had made special for them since birth. Our daughter cried of her hands hurting for months while our son was using a nebulizer at least three times a day. The pain this mattress inflicted on our family cannot be described in *** characters. If you have the same issue and you need a professional company to come clean it will cost upwards of $15,000 dollars to just remove the fiberglass from the surfaces. Lodging was another $9,800. We contacted the company several times and they never responded . They forwarded me to employees that no longer belonged to the company. We had to drain every dollar of our savings on replacing a small portion of what we lost so our kids can have some sort of normalcy. Not to mention our poor animals having to spend weeks at the kennel without us, itchy as all get out. We paid $346.31 for our lives to be destroyed . Thank god we are all still here after this. I have ocd and this incident caused me great discomfort after years of cognitive behavioral therapy.

I paid over 1000$ for a queen *** and 2 full mattresses. I have noticed about 4 months ago that im5always itchy while laying in bed and my asthma and my kids asthma got worse. I took my fitted sheet off my *** and saw my *** is covered in fiberglass. It's coming through the *** cover.

I bought a mattress manufactured by classic brands, through *** I have never removed the cover. My bedroom is covered in Fiber glass. For months I have been breathing in fiber glass cause me to excessively sneeze and cough and has been causing my throat to be swollen. I have contacted classic brands multiple times by email and phone and have not received a response back.The mattress was purchased May 2022 for $392.85 dollar.

Classic Brands Sleep Products Purchased classic brand king size adjustable bed frame July 31,2020

Purchased classic brand king size adjustable bed frame July 31,2020. Was told replacement remote would be sent 5 times since then. Have not received. Received king size adjustable bed frame on July 31. Upon set up the remote didn't work. Tried new batteries, Still didn't work. Contacted Classic Brands and was told to sinc the remote to the bed. Told them we tried that and it didn't work. Told them that my son has the same bed and he came and sinced his remote and it worked. Jim from classic brands said that they would send out a replacement remote. I was in contact with JIm and Gayle a few times each and was told that the remote would be shipped out soon. It is now October 9,2020 and I still have not received a promised replacement remote. I paid $700 bed frame that I cannot use as intended because of a bad remote. I feel like I have been given the run around because when you look at the recent reviews on their facebook page I see people that have requested replacement remotes recently have already received them and I am still waiting for mine. I have also since learned that 3 shippment of remotes have gone out since I requested my replacement on August 1,2020. I have sent Gayle my receipt of purchase and my warranty info. Also contacted CEO Scott *** on facebook who said " I apologize for the issue in getting the remote. I know we finally received the remotes last week so I will make sure your order ships out. If you have any other issues please contact me directly at ***@classicbrands.org." Still nothing.

I have a full-sized Adjustable Comfort bed. The front motor stopped working. The motor fell apart at the top and will not reconnect. Therefore, I can't rehabilitate the motor. I will likely need a replacement. I'd attached pictures.I've emailed them three times, but they have failed to respond. I would like them to tell me where I can purchase a new motor. I cannot find the right type of motor through searches.I'm willing to pay for this item; I just need the correct item.

I purchased a mattress through Amazon for a Classic Brands mattress. The mattress had problems that was covered under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted Amazon, they referred me to Classic Brands to file a warranty claim, in which I did. I sent Classic Brands all required info to include pictures of the Mattress. They emailed me and told me warranty claim was accepted and approved but they were currently out of stock on the mattress and was expecting shipment of mattress in 2-3 weeks. I waited for correspondence from them for over a month and a half and still havent received the mattress. I have all emails from Classic brands and can forward them to you. I just want my mattress that was approved through warranty.

Product/Customer Service Complaint Been waiting months for tracking number. I've been waiting for a tracking number for approximately 6 months. I was told I will receive a tracking number numerous times. I've been told this for months. I still have not received a tracking number. The adjustable bed frame has given me problems from day 1. I've had to call about various problems since receiving it. I spoke with customer service on Monday November 23. I was told again that I would receive a tracking number later that day or Tuesday November 24 morning. I spoke with *** in customer service twice on November 25. He told me for the 3rd time this week that I will receive the tracking number by the end of the day. I informed him that I will be calling in November 26 am if I don't have it. He acknowledged. I called again on November 26 as I did not receive a tracking number and was told by the answering service that they were closed for today. I've submitted online request form, emailed and called for months. *** is the only person to have responded. It's been months now and still haven't received any replacement. My bed is broken. The only confirmation that I have is being told that I will receive a tracking number. I've been told this for months. *** from customer service has told me 3 different days this week. No tracking number and no response from anyone at Classic Brands LLC. All I want is for my bed to work. This has been an issue since the original purchase. I was told I will receive a replacement and that's all I want. I haven't slept good in months.

My husband bought a Cool Gel mattress from Walmart in 2018, the brand is Classic Brands. Over the years, my husband son and I have experienced respiratory issues without a seeming cause. Jump to yesterday, we took off the mattress cover because the tag does not specifically say you cannot, and also doesn't mention Fiberglass. To our dismay, there is now fiberglass all over the room, walls, clothing, electronics and more. Our whole closet is full of fiberglass, and we are not sure what's even salvageable. I am cut up, my throat hurts, my eyes are irritated, and we have found that it has been leaking for a while now, without the cover even off. We have tried contacting the company, just for the automated system to hang up. We are probably about 500-1000 dollars in the hole right now, without even going through our closet yet. I am deeply disturbed and worried about my health, and my families health.

This is the email message I sent to Classic Brand on 10/3/22 because they do not take warranty complaints over the phone. I have called this company several and all their agents are unable to take my call I purchased a Classic Brand Comfort Upholstery Adjustable Bed Base with Massage and Wireless remote on April 28th. The bed has stopped working. I have unplugged and reset the bed several times and it is not working. I am requesting a replacement bed. I purchased it through Amazon. My order # XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX. I have property as well as health damage due to a fiberglass mattress made and sold by Classic Brands. The mattress itself is 2 years old and has a 10-year warranty that the manufacturer has failed to honor because there is no way to contact them that they seem to respond to. I have tried emailing and calling every day for over a week as well as messaging on Facebook and no one has contacted me back or ever answered the phone. This has caused me two years of constant health issues that we kept treating as allergies and could never understand why no matter what medications we tried there was never any relief. It has also caused me over $1,000 in damages, just that I've found so far as I am still in the process of cleaning everything. I have lost all of my blankets and sheets, I have lost all of my clothes, I have had to replace the mattress and the frame, I am having to replace all of the carpet in my bedroom, all the fabric drawers that I kept my clothes and other things in have to be replaced, and I'm now also having to make appointments for my snakes to get checked out to make sure they don't have permanent respiratory damage due to inhalation.

Classic Brands Sleep Products After purchasing two adjustable bed frames (both queen), both controllers and remotes are not working and getting answers has been impossible

After purchasing two adjustable bed frames (both queen), both controllers and remotes are not working and getting answers has been impossible. We purchased our first bed and had to replace the remote and control box without issue and had been pleased so we ordered another bed with the same options for my immobile and disabled mother as she needed something adjustable for medical issues (May .) Two months later the same thing occurred and we were walked through a reset which was not a problem. In August, both remotes stopped working and we tried a reset, new batteries and all else as advised in the past. On 8/4 we emailed the company and have received very little communication about what options we had. They did ask for pictures of the remote and then sent control boxes which don't even work with our connections on the beds when I asked for new remotes. They then requested pictures of the connections and I have not heard anything since I sent those pictures. Our bed is stuck in a slight incline and my mothers bed doesn't work at all, making it difficult to get her in/out and making her uncomfortable. The last phone call and 2 emails have been totally disregarded - even when letting them know this is for a disabled person. I understand COVID was playing a part in delays but we are in need of a solution at this point or at least communication and I've relayed that to them to no avail. There is no option on their site to even purchase a new control box or remotes. They advertise on their site that they are here to help, but they're not providing this service at all.

The center legs on the Classic Brands bed frame gave out pretty quickly (less than 2 months, purchased middle of July 2022) resulting in the center of my mattress caving in somewhat. The center legs have a curved bottom which makes it, so they easily slant even when all the bolts are in tight. I could move these legs accidentally by simply pushing the bed frame a few inches to the left or right. Truly amazing how poorly designed these legs were, a simple flat bottom on these legs would likely be cheaper and fix this issue that I see many others have after looking at more reviews of the product. Another design fix would be an additional bolt on the metal bar that hold the center legs in order to remove the possible axis of rotation. After reaching out to their "support" team I was informed they could send the replacement part at a cost of $100 (not including a $3 credit card processing fee as an additional slap in the face) to me. This is insane and does NOTHING to fix the underlying issue of the poor design. Either a full refund or a replacement bed frame (or compatible part) from a better designed model is due.

I bought a posture cloud adjustable bed in March with a 3-year warranty. After 18 months the massage units quit working. Classic Brands told me that parts were on back order. I received them 3 months later. 6 months after warranty expired the units broke again. I contacted them again and got very little help. I sent the tag on the bed as requested and 3 weeks they sent me 2 motors that don't work on this bed, and I had to pay 50 dollars for the items. I spoke to them on 9/29/22 and was told the correct items were no longer available and refused to refund my money because they sent the part according to the tag, I sent them. How is this my fault? So bottom line, I have owned the bed 3 1/2 years, can no longer get spare parts, and they refuse to assist me in any way! .

I purchased a Cool Gel mattress (~$330) via Amazon in 2020. A few weeks ago, I noticed sparkly residue on my bed frame and on the outside of the mattress which I learned to be fiberglass. I did not remove the cover like the law tag advises yet there are tiny slivers of fiberglass on the carpet and surrounding furniture. I reached out to the company both by phone and email - a refund was promised by Jim S on 9/22 when he asked me to confirm my mailing address. It's been 10 plus days, and I have not received a refund. I have reached out a few times about an ETA and my emails have gone unanswered. Calling Classic Brand's customer service line is useless as they prompt you to email. It is frustrating to see how many times Classic Brands dodges their customers. Truthfully, I feel I am owed the damages to my bed frame which I will now have to throw out. At the very least the company and Jim S should follow through with their promise to refund.

Classic Brands Sleep Products Purchased a mattress and box spring set from Sleepy's mattress store on 11/3, order number ***

Purchased a mattress and box spring set from Sleepy's mattress store on 11/3, order number ***. Mattress and box spring came with a 20-year warranty from Classic Brands. Mattress and box spring have started to sag severely and deteriorate. Contacted Classic Brands on 1/29/2022 to initiate a warranty claim. Representative Gayle R. responded and stated that the warranty was no longer valid since Sleepy's is out of business. I argued that the warranty I have is not a Sleepy's warranty, rather a warranty directly from Classic Brands. Gayle agreed to start the process for a warranty claim and had us take several pictures of the defects, paperwork, and law tags, all of which we provided to her promptly. Gayle then asked for more pictures, which we provided. After a few days, Gayle informed us that our warranty claim would not be accepted, again, because Sleepy's is out of business. When I again argued that the warranty I have is not a Sleepy's warranty, but a Classic Brands warranty, she argued that it is still invalid. No where on the Classic Brands warranty does it indicate that Sleepy's was the warrantor or that it would be invalid if Sleepy's went out of business. I asked to speak to Gayle's supervisor to further debate and attempt to resolve the issue; however, she declined. We have since called and emailed Classic Brands several times; however, we are not getting a response. Classic Brands has made it clear that they do not intend to honor the warranty they sold me with my mattress and box spring set. I am asking the ComplaintsBoard.com to please help us resolve this issue with Classic Brands so we can obtain a replacement mattress and box spring, as per the contractual warranty they agreed to. Order receipt and warranty paperwork, attached.

Classic Brands Sleep Products Adjustable base is still under warranty

Adjustable base is still under warranty. Not working I've been in contact for 4-5 months regarding replacement parts. Base is still not working! We purchased a adjustable base due to back issues in May. Upon arrival unit malfunctioned. We were sent a new control box and remote. We change out control box and unit functioned for approximately 6 months. Contacted the company In April 14 because bed frame would not recline stuck at 90 degree an gle. My husband had to crawl under bed and manually disassemble motor so bed would recline. Reached out to company and spoke with Jim *** regarding issue. Told initially If I didn't have receipt there was nothing that could be done by initial customer service rep. I explained that they should have a record of my purchase or that I owned the unit from my initial contact regarding new base not working upon arrival. I ask to be transferred to a manager. Jim *** stated he was no longer over that department but would make sure to have a remote and an updated control box sent to me. He decided on a replacement part but did state the base we have had been d/c. That was April it took until July for us to receive anything after many calls and emails from me to the company. The replacement controls box and remote did not resolve our issue. So I contacted the company again and reached Gayle Ramsdell who promised she would be shipping out a new power source overnight. It's August. Still no parts or communication after many emails and phone calls. I've feel I have been extremely patient in light of COVID and it's impact on businesses We have been promised that the parts were on the waybor are being overnighted by Gayle Ramsdell customer Relations and request To be contacted and NO one from this company has let there word of actually honoring their warranty.

Classic Brands Sleep Products I received a bed frame from this company

I received a bed frame from this company. It broke in an hour and they keep lying to me about sending the parts. I purchased an electronic bed frame from Classic brands. It worked briefly but no longer worked when I tried it again about an hour later. I called Classic Brands the next day (September 9th I believe), and I was told a new remote and a new power supply would be sent to me in two weeks. I was told I would receive a shipping number within the week, but hadn't gotten one almost two weeks later. I called and emailed MANY times each day, and either never got an answer or was told the person I was talking to couldn't help me because I didn't even have a reference number (because I wasn't given one). Every day that I called for several weeks after, I would get told that they "just switched to a new system and are having a lot of trouble with it." It has been exactly two months now, and every time I call they tell me "the parts will be sent out by the end of this week." EVERY TIME FOR TWO MONTHS. I went to check their reviews online, and almost all of the recent complaints are talking about this exact issue- how Classic Brands keeps lying to customers and stringing them along. Some of them have been waiting for as long as 5 months. One person suggested that I contact the ComplaintsBoard.com, agreeing that we should not be lied to over and over again by this company, so here I am. Purchased a " Classic Brands Cool Gel Ventilated Memory Foam 10-Inch Mattress Bed-in-a-Box, Queen" off of Amazon for $303.27 on January 23. After having the mattress for only 4 months I removed the mattress cover AS INSTRUCTED ON THE COVER to wash it (again following the correct washing instructions, ex. Cold water, tumbled dry low). That night I put the cover back on the mattress and my boyfriend and I became itchy all over. We turned on flash lights onto the bed and noticed fiber glass all over our bed, bedding, dresser, clothes, every belonging in the bedroom, my DOG and his bed. It took us hours in the middle of the night to get ourselves mostly completely cleaned. It then took weeks for us to remove all of the fiber glass and about 200$ on cleaning supplies and proper cleaning gear to make sure we didn't inhale the fiberglass of get it on our bodies again. We had to throw out the mattress, all of our bedding, some of our clothes and personal belongings. We were unable to sleep in our bedroom for the entire month we were cleaning it until we felt it was safe enough to return. I reached out the Amazon who told me it was too late after the purchase to get a refund from them and I had to reach out to Classic Brands. So I then did that and spoke with someone who told me they would email me a warranty form, and they never did that. So I had to call again and this woman emailed it to me while I was on the phone and told me all the pictures of the mattress I would need to include. Well considering the mattress was covered in and shedding fiberglass everywhere we had thrown it out so I am unable to provide the photos they need in order to get the warranty refund. I have photos of the fiber glass all over our bedroom and belongings and the dogs bed. I have read other complaints where people have had a similar fiberglass issue.

On March 17th, 2022 I ordered a Queen size 10 inch cool gel memory foam mattress, part number ***, for $302.05, plus tax of $18.12 for a total of $320.17. Order number *** to be delivered to my home in East York, Pennsylvania. I noticed that it was shipping to one Katie ***, in Noble, Oklahoma on the tracking with ***, *** . I called but was told nothing could be done until it was delivered, or attempted delivered. So I waited patiently, and whoever the mattress went to refused it on March 24th, 2022, and it was returned to sender. A redirect would not be authorized. This mattress was delivered to Columbia, MD's dock on March 29th, 2022. A replacement mattress, shipped on March 25th, tracking ***, suffered the same fate of being shipped for Katie ***, in Noble, Oklahoma. I was able to get it intercepted in Oklahoma City on April 1st, 2022, and have an address change applied for the correct address for me in East York, Pennsylvania, with an assured delivery date of April 5th and no later. The package arrived in New Stanton, PA on April 3rd, 2022. It is now April 7th and the package has not been scanned again, moved, and cannot be located by the carrier, ***. I have left several messages, been hung up on, or flat out told it can't be fixed by the front desk at Classic Brands customer service number. I can not reach the Columbia shipping staff, as selecting that option on the phone menu immediately disconnects the call. I moved into my new apartment recently and the mattress was -initially- supposed to arrive my first day there. I have a spinal disorder, and I've been sleeping on the floor for 19 days and am in immense pain, and my doctor is recommending a surgical procedure to mend it. I would like Classic Brands to finish what they started and get the mattress I ordered to me, at the correct address, as expediently as possible.

Classic Brands Sleep Products Both motors malfunctioned on my bed within a week apart

Both motors malfunctioned on my bed within a week apart. After numerous attempts to reach someone I was given the same bs lies fed to other consumers My wife and I purchased the adjustable bed frame in February. We had no issues with the bed until about September . First the foot motor stopped working. I tried to contact someone on a couple occasions and could not reach anyone. About a week later, the head motor stopped working. I attempted to reach someone and this time I was able to reach someone who took my name and number and someone would get in contact with me. After a few days of not hearing from anyone, I attempted to reach them again and again reached someone who again took my name and number for someone to call. Again, a few days later still no contact. Throughout the holiday season I would try to reach out and when I did, I could not reach anyone. I speculated that maybe the epidemic had the factory shut down. The new year hit and I decided to reach out again and after previous attempts, was able to get in contact with a customer service representative in regards to my head and foot motors going out over the course of a week. The representative emailed me troubleshooting techniques to attempt to rectify the problems and it did not work. She instructed me in the case it did not work to email proof of purchase and replacements would be sent. I emailed the proof and informed them they did not work. Denise replied to my email informing me the motors are currently not in stock but when they were available they would be shipped. I asked if anyone could email me when they were shipped and she told me she the order had been processed and supplied this confirmation #SOXXXXXXX. I was skeptical but relented. I then looked up their ComplaintsBoard.com history and read all the complaints from consumers who went through the same issues. Angered I wanted to do my part to make consumers knew their apparent M.O.

Classic Brands Sleep Products I'm dismayed to see Classic Brands complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com site & their lack of resolving customer complaints

I'm dismayed to see Classic Brands complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com site & their lack of resolving customer complaints. Numerous people have had the experience of trying to get them to honor their warranty only to jump through hoops. The 1st time I called re. the warranty to replace my mattress bc of sagging after about 3.5 years, I was told to email. It took time to find the receipt but I sent it & the photos. I was asked for more photos. A few weeks back, Gayle (mentioned in other complaints) told me it would be available on Monday. I thought that meant she was shipping it but after it didn't arrive, I contacted her again. In the same way they hadn't noticed I'd sent the receipt & had to resend it, I didn't see the small print saying the customer HAD TO PAY SHIPPING & that's why I hadn't received it. Then she told me, they only accept PayPal or money orders. What sort of reliable, respectable co. accepts PayPal & not credit cards. After 2+ months, numerous e-mails & a few calls with Gayle, I emailed Abbey, ***. When I called last week to speak to her, Gayle told me she was on vacation. When I called Monday, I was put through to her VM. Today, Gayle told me they're not to put those calls through (imagine not being able to speak to the manager) & then changed to the good old COVID excuse. I called another # & a man told me to hold but put on VM. This is incredibly frustrating. I'm upset with how long this process is taking. It seems Classis Brands does everything to not honor their 25 year warranty by wearing down customers, making them jump through hoops & asking for info piecemeal. I want to know why the mattress gave out after so few years when they should last at least 10 years? If the replacement mattress is also good for only 3 years, it means I will be replacing the mattress about 6 more times. The cost to ship is about $50. That means the customer who bought the mattress in good faith will pay an additional $550 over the course of the warranty.

I have been trying to get warranty parts since early Sept. 2020. It's now Dec. 28, 2020 I have been trying to get warranty parts since early Sept. 2020. I purchased through amazon.com with order number XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX on Sept 20, 2017 paid on my Visa with a total of $541.91 and a refund from Amazon of 162.90 due to them first shipping a used bed frame to me. The order was for a Classic Brands Adjustable Comfort Adjustable Bed Base with Massage, Wireless Remote and USB Ports, Queen Size. I still had a month left on my warranty. I contacted Jim with numerous emails that the unit stopped working and I was able to narrow the issue to the motor and remote control. He answered the first email and kept telling me he would send the parts but they were having FedEx issues. Every time he would always use that excuse. Then he completely started ignoring my numerous emails. I called their customer service number and got in touch with Gayle. She said parts would be shipped within two weeks. (a new head motor and a new wireless remote kit). Nothing shipped so I started emailing her and the same thing happened with her. She started to ignore my emails. Then I received this email from her on Oct. 30, 2020 after telling her I felt like I was being ignored by her over and over. ***, My sincere apologies. Product under warranty, multiple contacts made promising replacement parts (phone & e-mail); no parts supplied / no response when contacting now. I purchased a split king adjustable bed (proof of purchase attached) from *** in January . Around July I started having issues with both sections of this adjustable bed. The issue was regarding with movement of the bed sections using the remote controls, which is the only way the bed may be adjusted. I contacted *** in October , and they provided me with a customer service phone number for Classic Brands, the manufacturer of this bed. I then phoned Classic Brands on 10/26 and spoke to Gayle. Gayle was very knowledgable and friendly, and she recognized my issue and promised to send remotes and control boxes for both sections of this bed (qty. of (2) of each upon me sending her proof of purchase. I then e-mail the proof of purchase information to Gayle (attached), and followed up with a call in which she stated that she had received the proof of purchase and it was acceptable for use for this claim. Gayle then informed me that she would put in the order for the (2) remotes and (2) control boxes as we agreed, and stated that I would receive an e-mail with an order number to reference in the event I didn't get the parts or had any issues. I never received this e-mail with the order number. I have since phoned multiple times regarding this, speaking twice to Gayle directly, and multiple other customer service personnel regarding this, and was told of a systems issue that Classic Brands was having with their ordering / shipping processes, each time taking my information and informing that they would follow through on this, but nothing has happened. Now when I call, I cannot even get through to customer service. I have left a call back number each time I have called, and have yet to get a call back from anyone at Classic Brands. At the instruction of the receptionist answering my latest phone call, I e-mailed Gayle and their general customer service e-mail twice this past week asking for resolution, and have still received no response.

Classic Brands Sleep Products I am contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com in the hopes that I can get my complaint resolved

I am contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com in the hopes that I can get my complaint resolved. In April I purchased an adjustable bed base from Walmart for $687.00. At that time I also purchased the protection plan for $58.68 for a 3-year service contract. Total price $743.68. Early on I started to experience problems with the base not responding to the remote. I tried changing the batteries several times, but that did not help. At one point I started to call Customer Service for help. The brand name for the base is Custom Brands. I spoke many times to Gayle, the Customer Service Rep (877/707-7533) to troubleshoot the problems. I had to enlist the help of a friend to crawl under the bed to follow Gayle's instructions to sync the button on the control box to the remote (which was not easy to do). After many phone calls and many attempts to 'fix? the problems, Gayle said that the problem was probably with the control box in addition to the remote and that she would order me new ones. I am a 78-year-old woman with serious health issues. I am diabetic, with chronic a-fib and heart failure. I have 2 bone-on-bone knees that need surgery but I am not a surgical candidate due to my heart conditions. I also have a torn left shoulder rotator cuff which is excruciating painful plus I have disc problems in my lower spine. I just had a CT scan done 8/6 at ***'s Hospital which revealed I have *** I cannot walk without my walker or I use a wheelchair. Right now the bed base is stuck with the head and foot both fully raised. I am forced to sleep in my bed in this awkward position (like a taco). There is no other place to sleep in my home due to my knees and back. This situation has been going on for months now. Every time I call I am told that the equipment is'on order'. This past week Gayle now tells me that the equipment I need is on a ship somewhere, with expected delivery in September! I have waited and suffered long enough. I need my bed to work properly NOW. I purchased a king size adjustable frame and it did not come with all the pieces to allow the bed to reach it's desired height. I recently purchased a king size Classic Brands adjustable bed on September 24 from Wayfair. I received the Adjustable bed base and was eager to set it up and begin getting familiar with it. I noticed that it was a bit odd that the base seemed to sit lower than the stated maximum height but was still very happy with it until I finally received the bed frame to build around it. That is where I realized that I must have received all 8 legs without all the proper pieces to allow it to be adjusted to the full height as well. I went back to the listing (all items were purchased through Wayfair). After calling Wayfair (I have a Wayfair Professional Account and my account manager is named Abraham S) and confirming that the frame is indeed made to accommodate this exact adjustable bed, but due to the fact that I did not receive all pieces to allow for the bed to sit at its highest height, I am unable to put the frame up. The adjustable frame specifies it has Leg Height Adjustments: 4", 6.5", 10.5". I am attaching a picture of the legs stating that it should be adjustable to the 3 heights. I am also attaching a copy of my invoice showing the purchase as well as all of the pictures you have requested me to send (The law tag, picture of the legs showing the length, etc.). Can you please help me by sending me the full parts necessary to allow me to enjoy my new base and frame and mattress? I just received the adjustable bed on October 2nd. My address is as follows: *** Fresno, CA XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX I keep emailing them and asking for an update to which sporadically the response from a "Jim" is either "Hi I am still waiting on the parts to ship. How long does it actually take just to get me all the legs for my King Size adjustable base that I purchased almost 3 months ago? They are still selling the adjustable beds, so how come I cannot just get the legs? 100% dissatisfied with the horrible customer service and the same canned responses of being told to just wait. I am including all documentation to support all of the requested things to validate this complaint. They have also been provided this same information. Help!
