The manager Casey upon highering me was told I could only worl 3 days a week because I was disabled. She said she could do that however she did not hear me tell her I can not get over heated because it could cause me to have a seizure. From April to today she had me working as a Fry cook but today I am told by another employee that I was being demoted and pay cut. This has broken hippa law. Pic n Sav owes me more the 8.50 an hour but 17.00 an hour because I was the only one able to provide a food safety degree and hold a ba degree and masters degree. I can't work in heated environments and I can not deal with direct drama from all managers and assistant managers.
Desired outcome: I want her to resign and I want the remainder of the managers to step down with a paycut
Isn't managers always supposed to make themselves available that's called a manager and if u can't do this then you should step down from management.
