Petstory Delevery failed, poor/no service

After ordering a moving fish, i checked track and trace (CJPPKL2040102984): Delevered at 14 april 2021, 12.19.22 hours. Message was: not home service intervention delevery at parcelshop.
21 april 2021: Via contactform at online shop, named track&trace number and message. Asked for more info about wich parcelshop. Included my phonenumber.
21 april 2021 Reaction Petstory: Contact nearest postoffice.
Me 22 april 2021: please give me more info about which location. This must be available via track and trace system?
No reaction.
Me 25 april 2021 resend my last e-mail with request for refunding my money if not possible.
Petstory 25 april 2021: same reaction as 21 april 2021.
I gave up. No product received, no return of money.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back.

Petstory Pet Grooming: De-shedding Tool

Please note this company changed their name from Suzhou Hug Pet to Suzhou Kudi Trade right after my transaction.

Invoice: PI2-140721-1
Date: 2014-07-21
De-shedding DRW046 @4.16x1020 = $4, 243.20
Toothbrush TB203 @0.39x2100 = $819.00

Total Invoice amount $5, 062.20- 9.10 discount = $5, 053.00

The problems was the de-shedding tool of 1020 pcs.
All of them had patches - some corrected ok but about half of them were so obvious that I was unable to sell. Even the ok corrections, it was far different from the original sample they've sent to me.

Anyway after tons of request and my persistence, they agreed to send us a replacement of 452-pc out of 1020.
They admitted the mold broke and produced the patch so they recreated a new mold but still unable to create the product like the original sample.
So we agreed to get some other products we've placed for the 2nd order and they also agreed to ship them to me.
Finally I got the replacement on May this year - 10 months later.

Anyway I got what we agreed so I trusted them once again and decided to order their product from other vendor.
Then I heard they were told that on the 1st order I complained although there were no defectives and they did replace all 1020 items!
So the new vendor was worried if I will be complaining again.

This supplier not only didn't admit their defective products but pointing on me as if I am the difficult customer who claimed 100% replacement on top of the original goods.

I hereby complaining:
1) I want them to admit their defects
2) If they tell to others that they replaced 100% of product, they need to send me the remaining 568-pc worth of compensation.
3) They owe me an apology to damage my image to other vendor, they will most likely keep doing so if I don't do anything.
They will keep telling their lie saying never produced 1000 defective products, I am the only difficult customer.
