I got two bags of dog food, but they were both split open, and the food spilled into the delivery bags. Surprisingly, the grey bags were not damaged, so it must have happened during packing. This company is a complete joke.

Order Ref PS*** was placed on April 1st, and my order was delivered. I decided to set up a monthly repeat order for the convenience. However, for an entire week, Pet Supermarket kept changing my delivery date every day without giving me a clear reason why they couldn't fulfill my order. This was quite frustrating and disappointing. I won't be shopping with them again, and I can't recommend them to others.

I highly recommend checking out the reviews on Google before making a purchase from Pet Supermarket. Let me tell you, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the delivery was a whopping 3 days late, which is already a major inconvenience. But that's not all, folks! When I finally received my package, I was shocked to find that the food inside was not only fully opened, but also old and stale. To make matters worse, the bag was more than half empty, and they had the audacity to tape it shut! Can you believe it? This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, and let me tell you, it's well-deserved. This store's actions are simply outrageous and unbelievably disgusting.

I recently bought my rats and mice from Pet Supermarket. They are the only pet store that sells the size I need. On January 14th, I purchased a mouse for my female ball python morph. Unfortunately, on the 16th, I found her dead in her tank. I immediately called the store to report the incident, but they argued with me and told me to contact corporate. So, I did as they suggested and waited to hear back. However, despite putting in a report, they never bothered to call me back. It seems like they don't take my pet's life seriously. I absolutely despise Pet Supermarket, and I personally know several people whose pets have also died under their care. It's disheartening to see that they do nothing to address these issues.

I recently bought some cat food and kitten biscuits from Pet Supermarket on the 27th October. According to their website, I was supposed to receive my order within 7 working days, which would have been on the 5th November (that's just under another week ago now). However, it's been quite a while and I still haven't received my items.

I decided to reach out to them on the 8th November (which was a Friday). I received an automatic response at 15:54pm saying that they would try to get back to me within 24 hours. Now, according to my calculations, that should have been on Saturday at 15:54pm. However, it's been a few days and I still haven't heard anything from them. On top of that, my goods have not been received either.

To be honest, this is my first time purchasing from this company and I must say, I am truly disappointed with their service. It's quite frustrating to not receive any updates or responses from them, especially when I was expecting my order to arrive by now. I was really looking forward to trying out their products for my furry friends, but this experience has left me feeling let down.

Honestly, this company is just lookin for money. They keep the males n females in the same cages so if they breed they can get more money. If an animal is sick, they take it to the back, give it a lil medicine, n if they dont recover soon, they leave em to die. The people who work there are rude, but I understand that they may be tired n or stressed. But ur at work, u dont ignore someone who hasnt done anything to u n only wants a lil help. Its not like im some Jack [censored] or "soccer mom". They dont care about their rats. Rats are most often sick n hardly taken care of. They're often extremely scared n picked up by their tails. Hamsters n rats are closely related, aswell as any other small animal. Rats need care too. In fact, from personal experience, rats do much better with kids than any other animal iv seen. They adopt cats from shelters then sell em for more than they should. These animals arnt worked with. They need to be. This company is also extremely over priced.
