The marketing images are vastly different than the pet-bed I received today It is just a thin wad of stuffing with a limp bolster surround. I am advised to allow the materials some time to 'fluff up" before considering a return. Returning is a joke: It must be shipped to Somewhere, China and received, inspected, etc. w/in 30 days, or no refund will be given. The shipping adds about $40.

Customer service is very polite and quickly attained. They even offered me 15% refund to simply keep it. Best plan: buy local.

Perhaps the company can identify what to expect on arrival - the bed has no firm elementsc and the time-frame of the return policy could be explained.

We ordered two beds, they finally delivered after one month. One of the beds is severely over stuffed to the point the dog rolls off of it and it has a horrible musty smell that will not go away. After emailing Joyce at MFF Customer Service (which is HORRIBLE), they asked us to 1) keep it for a 15% discount, 2) donate it, 3) return it to CHINA from the US at a cost far above the cost of the bed.
