Landed in Perth 905pm, we didn’t get off the plane until 948pm.

We were told the bridge couldn’t connect so the technician was coming to fix and would only take 10 minutes. Second update we were getting stairs but this never happened, third or fourth update we were told to all be seated, with seat belts fastened as the aircraft was going to move to connect to stairs. After 4 minutes the bridge was now connected, the aircraft didn’t move.

I understand this isn’t a Qantas issue as the service was exceptional.

Being stuck on a plane for over 40 minutes while passengers are standing up with baggage, doesn’t feel comfortable.

My family also lost $80 as they ordered dinner for when I landed.
