Man, I gotta say, I recently tried to get some products from Perricone MD for my wife's birthday and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. The shipment was delayed, like what the heck, I was already cutting it close with the birthday deadline. But then when it finally arrived, it was missing the product I ordered! So, I saw this Perricone MD commercial on the telly and was pretty intrigued. I mean, who wouldn't be? They promised me younger looking skin in no time for only 55 bucks! I called them up and spoke to a representative, who assisted me with my order. I specifically told her that I only wanted the $55 combo and nothing else. No subcriptions, no extra purchases - just one single transaction. I gave her my card details and thought everything was sorted.

Imagine my shock when I saw that they had charged me TWICE on my account about a week later! What the heck?! I called them up immediately, demanding an explanation. The representative on the phone calmly told me that it was their standard procedure to charge customers twice to check if they have enough funds in their account - what kind of nonsense is that? I asked them what they meant by "checking" and they kept repeating that it was just a standard procedure. I was so angry that I immediately contacted them again, and this time they promised me a refund and an email confirmation. Two days later and I still haven't received either of those things. I've reported it to my bank, and I hope they can sort it out for me.

But wait, there's more. The product itself was a complete disappointment. After using it for 30 days, my skin actually looked WORSE than before. The person on the phone seemed to be in such a hurry to sell it to me that she didn't even bother explaining the actual product in detail. I feel like I've just been scammed.

Overall, I would NOT recommend Perricone MD to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their product is a waste of money.

I've been buying from Perricone MD for a few years now and have always been happy with my purchases until my recent experience. On November 25th, 2022, I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday sales and purchased $622.53 worth of products including the High Potency Classics Face Finishing and Firming Moisturizer, Essential FX Acyl Glutathione Rejuvenating Moisturizer, Signature Duo, and Perricone MD Cold Plasma + The Intensive Hydrating Complex.

The prices were great, and I was excited to receive my order, which was supposed to be delivered between December 1 and December 3 according to the confirmation email they sent me. However, when I checked the tracking number, it showed the products were delivered on Sunday, November 27th, to my office and left with a front desk. This was confusing because my office is closed on weekends and we don't have a front desk. Moreover, our entrance door requires someone to buzz us in, so there was no way the products were left inside the building as the tracking claimed. Additionally, our office security cameras confirmed that the products were not delivered as stated.

I tried reaching out to Perricone MD via email, live chat and phone calls to explain that I never received my order, but received little to no response. The only assurance I got was that they would reach out to the carrier and respond within 24 to 48 hours. After making countless attempts to get in touch with them over the span of ten days, I eventually contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge at Chase Visa.

To my astonishment, Perricone MD responded to my dispute by sending me a different carrier's confirmation that did not match the one I had on record and retroactively changed the delivery date to the 30th of November. This attempt to pressure me to drop the charge made it clear to me that I wasn't dealing with ethical customer service personnel. Unfortunately, I still have not received any real response from Perricone MD regarding the lost delivery to date.

To my dismay, after disputing my charge, Perricone MD shut down my online portal, so I no longer have access to any of my previous requests, complaints, or their responses. Additionally, my email address was wiped out from their system, and I am unsure of how they will handle my subscriptions. Since Perricone MD has failed to address the issue, I'm left with no choice but to assume they willingly mislead and conned me out of my money.

It's disappointing that Perricone MD's reputation has to suffer this way due to their unethical practices. I could have continued recommending their products to my friends and family, not to mention continued being a loyal customer, but their unprofessional handling of my issue precludes this possibility. I am in touch with some people at Amazon, and my next move is to share this ordeal with them while presenting all the documentation I have to back up my claims.

I recently experienced a very painful chemical burn on my face, caused by Perricone MD Vitamin C Ester Brightening Amine Facelift Serum that I purchased from QVC. This product has caused me so much discomfort, from swelling, itching, hives, and inflammation, to dizziness and nausea. My skin became sensitize and I can no longer spend a lot of time in the sun. The burn was so severe that even after weeks had passed, my skin was still red and inflamed. The worst part was, the areas where the burn was most severe, have depigmentation scars. I was devastated and I visited my dermatologist twice for help.

My doctor recommended multiple skin laser treatments to reduce the redness and remove the scars, but he couldn't guarantee the outcome since I had atopic dermatitis and rosacea. I was surprised to find out that the product has numerous known skin irritants in it. Fragrance/parfum, which is also found in several other Perricone's products, is one of the skin-irritating ingredients that my skin reacted to. I feel like I should have researched more and understood the ingredients before purchasing this product.

It's quite alarming that a board-certified dermatologist did not put warning labels on his skincare products, which contain harmful ingredients. The fact that this skincare line doesn't put expiration dates on their products or packaging, is also very concerning. As my dermatologist has advised, people should educate themselves on the dangerous ingredients found in Perricone MD skincare line before using it. I hope my review will spare someone from enduring what I have and keep their healthy skin free from damage.

I did get through to customer service. I will be shipping back the introductory offer for a refund ( I do like the product but am angry) as well as the shipment they say is in the mail right now. We shall see if I get a refund. Beware.

This company must be a scam. In no way is it legit. I have never received an order from any company that was EMPTY when opening the package. Nothing was in it. I called customer service and they said 'this has happened to many people lately" She said my order would be sent out first thing on Monday however, All I received on Monday was an email giving me a list of things to do for them, including providing my State. Really? You don't have that information or the tracking number? It is obvious to me that they want to make it so difficult to do that you just don't do it. Don't worry Perricone! I've already reported you as fraudulent! You won't be hearing from me again, and I will never use another junk scam product of yours again. I will also be spreading my experience to every person I meet and online!

I returned items from Perricone in February 2023. When I purchased them all of the items were on sale. When I noticed the amount charged for most of the items the discount was not deducted. They would not honor the discount so I returned the items. I returned all of the items brand new and unopened in the same box. Only one of my order numbers was refunded in February. I have been calling customer service and sending emails. Today is July 14, 2023 and they still owe me $2,019.90 . I have been extremely patient waiting for the refund. I love the Perricone Products but this is ridiculous. Heather W.

To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund under their supposed money-back guarantee, they refused to honor it and gave me some fake excuses. It seems like they only want positive reviews to keep up their image.
