Dermadoctor is a real good skincare brand made by a Dermatologist - and it's just awesome! I went straight to the best sellers tab and bought a few products to try and they were way better than I thought they would be! I'm definitely gonna come back for more soon!

So, I was looking for some skincare products and stumbled upon DERMAdoctor's website. I decided to order a bottle of Kakadu C Evening Oil for $37 plus tax. When it arrived, I was pretty disappointed to see that the bottle was leaking and only 1/3 full of oil. I mean, come on, that's not what I paid for!

I immediately contacted customer service via email, but to my dismay, I didn't receive any response. I was really upset because I felt like I was ripped off. I mean, I paid good money for this product and it arrived damaged. The least they could do is replace it and not make me pay for shipping to send the damaged one back.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with DERMAdoctor. The product itself might be good, but the customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you're willing to take the risk of receiving a damaged product and not getting any help from customer service.

So, I bought Gorilla Warfare from DERMAdoctor and it made my skin go all red. I reckon it's 'cos I'm allergic to something in it. The company says you can get a refund if you ask for an RMA number within 30 days. I tried calling them, but only got an answer machine. I also sent an email to the refund address they gave, and used the "Contact Us" chat to ask for an RMA number. But I ain't heard nothing back from them. I reckon they're just saying they give refunds to make themselves look good, but they don't actually do it.
