To make matters worse, I discovered that the "warranty card" that came with the supercharger was blank on the return side, meaning there was no place to send it for a warranty claim. After six weeks of owning the supercharger, the drive motor completely went out. I contacted Performance Chip Tuning again, but was told that I was past the refund period and they couldn't help me. All I wanted was a replacement motor, but they refused to assist me.
