Yesterday your technician came to my house to fix a troublesome problem that occurred with my air conditioning unit. He diagnosed the problem immediately and perfectly fixed everything that was involved with the problem. He is an excellent technician and I recommend him and your company highly.

Excellent customer service from when I first made appointment, sent reminders, sent picture of technician coming, called if they could come early. The technician did a 21 point inspection, cleaned my filthy air filters, replaced a part, signed me up for annual service which was reasonable with discounts, and went over everything. Great company and staff!

I would have the technician from Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning to dinner...in such a short time on the phone he offered so much information that I couldn't help but trust him. I was so appreciative that I forgot to cancel the appointment I had made. Yet, happy to meet him in person the next morning! The technician was worth far more than the minimal house visit. Perfect Star is a top notch company. Their staff are fantastic, their promptness is greatly appreciated and service is the best. I got a whole new system with them a few years ago and they come by 2x a year to service the equipment and each tech has been so customer service oriented. You can tell the employees like working there and are invested in. Overall, they check every box.

The Perfect Star installation team arrived right on schedule. They worked well together to complete a thorough, professional, high quality installation. I was very impressed in their attention to detail, going as far as to remove all the vent covers & seal them giving us a better air flow throughout the house. They thoroughly cleaned up after jobs completion. They communicated well & took the time to explain the A/C & Heater switches optimum settings. After having my home inspected and then going over all possible issues with Perfect Stars Consultant, John, my spouse and I elected to have our old obsolete gas-fired, forced air central heater replaced with a brand new Heat Pump that warms us in winter and cools us in summer installed next week. They have the best warranty available, and the best discounts for both seniors, veterans, and for cash transactions. This new system will be all electric, and will be powered by Tesla Solar panels, and three energy-efficient Walls. Our home will become pretty darn green and off the electrical grid. NO MORE ELECTRIC BILLS!

Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning is today's lifesaver and will stay for the rest of my mortal life in the position. Why? Because he saved me from more nights and days of freezing temperatures that kept me hiding under covers most of the time. The wall heater in my home was replaced on Monday but there was a problem with the non "liberal" thermostat, also with the heater's shell that kept falling forward, plus the bottom door needed to reach the pilot light was stuck and difficult to pry open. Consequence: the heater was NOT heating and I called P.G.&E to help. The person arrived 4 mn later and after checking the thermostat declared it "unfit", not able to light the furnace, all this at 10 p.m. I had placed a call to the supplier but at that time all I could do was to leave a message. Early next day the supplier calls to inform me of a person coming to the rescue, his name *** HEALER. *** found all the loopholes in the installation of the tall wall heater and started working on fixing them, together with tank and the inadequate thermostat. Again, I cannot thank *** too much for his willingness to get to work and complete the installation job. He is a great, very intelligent person deserving all the praise, and consideration you could bestow on him. Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning
