Pella review: Pella window installation

This is the third letter I am writing regarding the instillation of my windows. I purchased Windows Pella from The Window Professor in April 2022 it is now October 15,2023 and my window instillation is still not complete. I have a slider that the screen does not work and instead of ordering the right parts the Window Professor thought it would be ok to take the parts off his home door and put it on my door which did not even fix the problem. I have a front door that needs a new bottom weather stripping because it was the wrong door frame and it ripped the stripping. I still have windows that the trim is not finished on. But the biggest concern is the 4 large windows that are still not right. They are quarter rounds that were not cut right. I have had a person from Pella out who told me that he takes the info back to Pella and they decide what to do to correct it. It has been long enough and I want these windows finished.
