I'm living in Germany and have been defrauded by the company called Pegasus airlines (flypgs.com) which is a (fraudulent) airline company located in Turkey. I learned from my bank that they made multiple transactions from my credit card. I tried to contact them by e-mail/phone but couldn't get my money back. After searching the internet about the company, I realized that it was too late for me. Since there are already many people like me who has already lost lots of money to this company and couldn't get their money back. If you are reading this, please stay away from Pegasus Airlines. It's been more than 5 months and I still don't have any answer for them.

For other Pegasus Airlines scams, please check http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/pegasus.htm . At least %50 of the poeple in that page have lost their money without getting any service from this company. What Pegasus airlines usually does is cancelling the flight few days before the flight date and ignoring emails & phone calls from angry customers (like us). Don't bother, you cannot get any refund from them. So, be careful! The strange thing is, even though there are many people who have lost their money to Pegasus Airlines without any service, I'm one of the few people who is compaining about this company on multiple web sites. Please help yourself and let the world know about those scammer companies.

They never aswer complaints letters. I wrote to them two weeks ago with my complaint and they never responded. It comes to something when their guest relations can't even respond to a complaint email and when I chased it up, what did I get?... an automated acknowledgement which was the same one as the one I received straight after sending my complaint email! They are a disgrace and I'll never fly with them again!

Dear Cathy.
Sorry to hear about your unpleasant situation.
As time goes by I am getting more and more convinced that I've just had real luck.
I have wondered many times what made them refund the money having in mind that I've only called them 2 times on the phone shouting like mad.This approach could not be called diplomatic and usually does not lead to a good result.I was just mad and because of too much pressure I've had toothache for a week during our stay in Turkey for the auto show.I was all the time on medicine.When I came back home I have visited my dentist and guess what- she told me there was nothing to do with my teeth, just a matter of tension and nerves.This is the worst thing of all - that having similar problems we harm our health and psyhic. We cause them injuries which could never be healed completely.
As for our travel I have paid for me and my husband and for another couple of our friends and business partners.When I was informed at the last moment that the flight was cancelled you know as a person with dignity I could not but return the money to our friends.After all it was me to choose Pegasus and it was my responsibility to bear the total loss.
Here I copy the line of my monthly credit card report that proves the money was really refunded and I am not making a fake advertising of the company:

My advise to you is to try one more time.To tell them you know they could be also correct because you have an example for that. If it doesn't work do shout at them, it helps in a way although you may laugh at what I say but it helps really.
If no success, you'd better not allow the situation brake your health for...nothing or for something not as much significant as health and family.

Sorry to hear that you have also fallen victim to this awful company. We were scammed out of £600 by Pegasus, plus we spent over £60 on plane calls trying to retrieve this money to no avail! How long until this awful company is shut down! Good luck in your quest for your refund! Cathy Guenier

In the name of justice I come back to inform everybody that PEGASUS AIRLINES RETURNED THE MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.Honestly I didn't believe this could happen but it really did.I have made 1-2 phone calls all the time talking with a guy.I don't know his name to thank him.But I thank the company for being finally correct.I wish them successful business and to manage the company better and have more satisfied customers.

Hi, there.
We live in Sofia, Bulgaria and have been attracted to fly by Pegasus Airlines for the auto show Automechanika held in Istanbul from 7th to 10th April.We have prepaid 4 tickets 2 months before the flight. 1 day before we leave for Istanbul /!/ a guy has phoned on my mobile registered in their online system and has informed me that our flight from Istanbul to Sofia on 10th of April has been cancelled. Please note- one day before our flight and 2 hours before the end of the working day in our country! The most stupid thing was that the guy stated all the time that he has tried to contact me on the same phone on 30th March and I haven't replied which was a complete foolish lie having in mind that the same cell number is a business number used intensely every day and all calls are being strictly answered. I am ready to get and scan here a detailed receipt from the mobile company to prove that nobody has called to inform us in time about the change. This has changed our schedule and has put us in great difficulty and shame in front of our business partners waiting to meet us in Istanbul with itinerary agreed 2 months ago!Maybe they will refuse to return the money to us. Maybe they will continue with their absurd lies. But we will surely not let them have a moment of peace. Especially having in mind that we are neighbour countries with Turkey and the news are spread with the speed of the wind...

I truly agree with temp0086. That company is %100 scammer. I've lost 200€ to them 2 years ago.
