PayPal won’t open a dispute on my transaction
I’m trying to open an dispute claim on a transaction on my PayPal account due to me having a very terrible experience with the seller’s service not being as described so obviously I have contacted PayPal about my issue with this transaction but unfortunately for some odd reason PayPal won’t open a dispute claim on my transaction.

PayPal won’t refund me the remaining amount of $127.95
I open an dispute claim on a transaction and PayPal closed the dispute claim in my favor but unfortunately PayPal only give me a refund of $170.65 instead of a full refund of $298.60 like I had requested.
