Good lord if just 1 person did something
At 1st this was a great app! 50% is definitely figured differently at this company. If I work at 12 hr shift (they only go 10 hrs) at 20$ an hour, 80$ is the most I get. I usually have 2 email my timesheet and now u have to wait 24 hrs after last shift before its updated. Most recently, 1 of my deductions got "mixed up in paperwork " so my account was suspended. 1st time n 800$ was paid n they realized 80$ was forgotten. So I ask 2 pay it personally and they had me send it paypal. That was dec 31st, account is still suspended after showing proof of payment several times! So I paid it twice apparently! When u call customer service they don't let u speak and MOST of the chats r copy and paste. 1 lady told me I was over my account accessibility and I hadn't even gotten anything yet that pay. HOPEFULLY my account gets figured out or I definitely am going to have someone take a closer look. I feel I'm definitely being ripped off and given the run around!
For the last 2 months or so I have been having issues regarding my "earned wages". 1st, wages are said to be available the same day, customer service says 24 hrs after last shift worked. Then, I couldn't upload my time-sheet to the app so I started emailing it like the gentlemen stated during a phone call to me about my "Review" he wanted me to change. As I did that, every person that I got through the chat was very disrespectful in regards to refreshing telling me that it was unheard of for time-sheets to be emailed. So then comes Dec. 31st when my account ( after already accessing 2 separate transactions on the new pay period ) became disabled. I called and spoke to a gentlemen from customer service who advised me there was a "missed paper that didn't make it to my employer for deduction" so I had an outstanding deduction from Dec 11th. of $80 some dollars that was added to my Jan. 12th paycheck so i couldn't access anything further. I asked if I could personally pay for it so it became active. He said yes, through paypal. He walked me through the whole process, I sent an email confirming payment and him a screenshot confirming. He said it was received and that My account would be in working order before midnight. Its now Jan. 6th and i have have talked to 30 ppl, called several times, had to show proof AGAIN AND AGAIN, I am out $92.38 PLUS still no access and they are telling me that I didn't send payment and I have 2 wait 2 weeks for it to clear. I have been off 5 days with covid and REALLY could have used MY earned wages this week but not 1 person seems to know anything and nobody wants to fix it! I have used over $6000 without an issue, yet block access over $80 something when the policy and terms even state, they process it twice or deduct from your accessible balance. NOTHING has happened yet!
EWA has been disabled
My account was showing a zero balance from Monday of last week and is still zero, regardless of my hours. It tells me EWA has been disabled. The only info customer service will tell me is that it has been escalated and due to the “nature of my case” it can take longer than usual. Yet no one, even the supervisor, can tell me exactly what the “nature of my case” is. Only that it’s a tech issue and it has been escalated to the engineer team. And of course you cannot get a contact number for anyone who actually is involved with investigating and fixing my issue. Every time I’ve emailed, called, or chatted with customer service, they have given me the same copy and pasted “apology… we appreciate your patience… we understand you’re frustrated” message. And when I ask to speak to someone else they tell me I’ll receive a phone call from someone who can provide me with details. The call never comes. The communication between tech support and customer support is nonexistent. I’ve been asked them to compare my case with similar cases and give an estimated timeframe for repair….. crickets. Nothing. Just another email telling me they’re very sorry and blah blah blah patience and understand my frustration. They just try to rush you off the phone or end the chat as quickly as possible. Terrible customer service and terrible communication. Do not rely on this service for emergency situations. There are too many bugs and they don’t seem to really care.
Recommendation: Use if you can, but do not trust that you’ll be able to access wages when needed.

My Acct has been deactivated 3X in the last month ! And is still currently deactivated for No Apparent Reason. The first time my Har Dept and I go it all straightened out. And then outta nowhere 2 more times for no solid reason ! I then have to do all the legwork and meanwhie I got paid a s if course they took what I owed them from before my acct was suspended this last time but my acct still deactivated enough to get your money but access my current Earned Wages, though ?!?! Not to mention communication is basically non existent with their Customer Service Dept. I'm also locked out because I need to give them my new phone number. Can't even do that because when. I sent and email to Cus. See. I did exactly as they as asked me to and nothing happened. My acct was deactivated this last time because of this I feel.

I would not recommend this pay active to anybody they are very rude customer service when somebody won't even knowledge you're there trying to talk to him on the chat you just ignore you not one person can figure anything out they just keep passing you around because I don't know what they're doing they took deductions from my check and they said that they didn't but they did and it's been escalated like three or four times and I've talked to so many people and every person said something different so my next step is I'm bringing my attorney in they can handle it because I'm not doing this

It isn't often that disputes and complaints regarding online banking services, particularly debit cards, can be turned around and actually become a good experience. That's what happened to me in the past 48 hours.
My issues involved logging in, and linking with banks/debit cards. I had been trying for a couple of months to do this but, for some reason, it wasn't getting done. I decided to give it one last try.
I contacted Customer Service, and the person who answered, Ms. Sandra Rodriguez, did a masterful job of helping to fix the situation. She was assisted by Mr. Arshad Ali Khan in PayActiv's IAT department. Both went the extra mile to get this problem resolved, and I feel that I made a couple of friends in the process.

Having the same issues as most of you they're not updating our blaming it on Employer chat line and conversation with unanswered questions. After making a review I get several phone calls and all the sudden I have $25 available from ours being updated what did my employer update an hour and a half of my time from almost a two week pay. It's a joke they can give her $25 it just made me more irate and confirmed that they are the problem not the employer
I have only taken money out of this pay period 2 times yesterday 10/12/22 they deducted $9 in increments of 2.99 and 1.99. today 10/13/22 they have deducted an additional 17.95 out of my bank account making me negative. When I reached out they gave me a bunch of mumbo jumbo on policy's. I have had issues with them previously but brushed it off. I will never be using this company again in life because it is just a corporation trying to nickel and dime their customers.
The system doesn't update correctly and they blame the costumer. So, I needed my hours updated on Friday and their policy is 24 hours. I waited until Sunday and I was not able to due to it being a new payperiod. But per the agent I talked about the system was glitches and wasn't updating hours and there was nothing to be done. The agents don't respond, have different answers, or are rude. They are dealing with your money. They should all be on the same page. They now charge 2.99 every time you gain access to your money. I tried reaching out multiple ways not just agents and nobody got back to me. Please do yourself a favor and don't do it. I had my account deleted so they couldn't keep being shady.

At first I felt like pay activ was a great service. At first I thought they were a "God Send" Unfortunately they do have a shady, dishonest side. When you sign up for the service, they do not tell you about the $1000 cap access per pay period and when once you realize that you're having trouble accessing your already earned money, you reach out to them. They then shift the blame to your employer claiming they are the ones responsible for adding a cap to your money. So I spoke with my HR department and they said that Payactiv puts a $1000 cap per pay period unless you sign up to have your paycheck direct deposited on to the pay activ card. #1 This is not a loan, this is money I've already earned, so why is there a cap at all? #2 Why were they dishonest in the first place? Why shift the blame to my HR department if your company has nothing to hide?

I'm not able to log in it keeps saying loading and then never connects and I'm in my 5g data and Wi-Fi so this website is Jenkee plus they say I owe them more than I actually pier them they can't tell because they never updated their systems support to be a bright for the future but I don't see how there no numbers to call them and the messages box takes way too long for them to respond to your needs I have recommended five family members but now I'm going to tell them not to do it
I wish i can give zero stars for this company but they are the absolute worst. they don't update my earnings and hours still since June i have to keep calling in for them to do it or open up a chat with them which their website closes out or you get representative's like *** who leaves you on hold in the chat not responding and don't want to help you just period. Especially *** he's very rude. I took a screen shot of each chat and wish it was a way to post them but i did give them to my employer who uses this company and he was surprised. You are Right so right they keep passing you on. They don't know what they're doing. They're very rude. I've had just today two of them close the chat on me. Two of them just sat there not set anything ignored me. Yeah I get where you're coming from. Every time I talk to my other do this every time about my earnings they told me that you got to wait till the gets detected from your check so you can get any more but it showed that I got to use it back to back in May but you got and it was after my page act. I didn't get one yet and you got to wait till it gets deducted before you can get more in each person you talk to tells you something different. I have to go through this every time it's money that you work for you earn but you can't access it but once every other week. How was that fair? But yeah I get where you're coming from. I would put zero stars if I could. I would not recommend this to anybody. If you look at all the reviews, they're the same reviews that every person is complaining about the same thing and they're not doing anything to fix it

Some how money got sent to payactiv from my sons check. He never signed up for it. They took 2 withdrawals on May 1st. By May 18th we finally got a phone call back from them. May 19th more communication. May 20th sent 2 codes to get refund and said it was a fraud issue. Went to Walmart both codes are declined. Spent 3 hours at Walmart playing phone tag with them to get the issue fixed. Was told fraud department left for the day to call back. May 21st... same issue IT and fraud department not available to help. Last of 5 calls on the 21st told us they couldn't send any messages out to people today because the system was updating. This is a Friday. We were told we need to call back on Monday afternoon to see if anyone can help then. We will see... so far 20 days, 22 phone calls totaling over 2 hours talking with them to get a code that works at Walmart.

This business isa sham. They say, "your money when you need it", but it's at their convenience. Every pay period I am constantly emailing and trying to get the money that I've earned through their earned wages access only to be met with a brick wall. I have to provide a picture of my paystub when they, payactiv, have sent me a notice saying I got paid. Deductions are showing but I have to wait until my employer posts my paystub. No problem. Then it is another 24-48 hours before I can access MY EARNED WAGES. I was paid yesterday and they still have not m those wages available to me. They said they needed more information from my paystub. When I asked them what information they were lacking I got no response. They made available to me only $70 which is not 50% of my earned wages. I am sick of this business and wish I had never been offered their services

Yeah it's a garbage company. Nobody knows what they're doing. Nobody wants to do their job. You got rude employees. They close the chat on you or they just don't answer you and then they escalated and then you got to wait 24 to 48 hours and then they do it again. You got to wait 24 to 48 hours. It's never ending cycle so you're not getting the money you earn. It's on their time when they want to but if you look at every review everybody is complaining about the same thing. You think they would do better but they're not. Every review i see is about the same thing. You shouldn't have to fight for that money that you earned. You shouldn't have to send an numerous paycheck of the same pay stub more than once. The issues should have got taken care of with the first person. Know they passed you on and then they pass you on. I would not recommend this to anybody and I just emailed them and I told them I am contacting my attorney you should not have to fight for your money every single week I was told that you had to wait until they were paid back before you can get any more. It depends on when the employees want to do their jobs as to when you can get access to your money early.
You're right, it depends on when that employee wants to do their job so you get punished in the meantime because their ends not doing it. Then they tell you what you're employer and then you talk to them. Everything is good. They took it out. It shows it on your pay stub. Don't understand why it takes forever and you have to fight with them

I left a domestic abuse situation when COVID started in April . Trying to start over again as a single mom and only one income with extra expenses of the child being home full time, working from home and not qualifying for any type of state assistance is stressful, add on to that, the loss of income as my ex stopped making his child support pymts and pulling out your entire 401k to hire an attorney to get and order of protection and take your ex back to court.. you could easily say PayActiv has fed my son and our pets SEVERAL times during these very trying months of 2020! I am so grateful the service has been offered through me employer! I really don't know what we would have done without it! I am so thankful it's affordable and I'm not digging myself deeper into debt with outrageous high interest and fees like the paycheck advance places. Thank you PayActiv.

They are terrible . Their workers never want to do their jobs. And they steal money . They'll tell you you owe money when you really don't . It switch from me owing 113 to magically being 43 . They just try to rush you off the phone . And they don't follow their own terms and agreements ,to be honest they tell you they'll deduct what you owe from that weeks check then turn around and hold access to your money to try and take more . They are rude and completely disrespectful. They have no sense of human decency. I had to call them 18 times yesterday, send time stamps , adp account information , text messages , and work stubs and still haven't gotten anything resolved . They all want to try and rush you off the phone or put you on never ending hold that lasts longer than the initial call would've took if they just did their job . Our Company is unable to sign into the PROVIDER PORTAL. Not as an employee but AS THE COMPANY we are unable to access the account. It continues to just spin and only allow access to an employee profile.
I have emailed, texted, did chat messaging, and also called the customer support line numerous times. When I was chatting, the rep said to call the number for assistance, when I called, they directed me to email support. When I have been transferred by PayActiv to another support rep, they hung up on me TWICE.
They keep saying a rep is going to call me back, yet no one does. In response to my emails I get the following:
"We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that your issues has been resolved successfully."
WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT? NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED SUCCESSFULLY. I have never experienced such a run around from customer service. Your company should not be handling or have access to anyone's money.

Absolutely horrible company to work with. I have been a customer of PayActiv for 5 years and for they have little to no accountability when updating records in a timely manner. for years 2-4 I had to send them screenshots of my work hours on a regular basis because they couldn't be bothered enough to check their own records to make sure my hours matched with what my actual worked hours were. Then, on 8/27/22 I reached out to their chat service to update my phone number, since they started 2FA without notifying me. The representative I chatted with said it was going to take 2 hour or less. Waited 3 hours, still no change. Waited till the next day, still no change. Finally had to call in to actually change my phone number and for some reason, they said it was still going to take an hour to update, so I am writing this review while the hour passes. To be honest, I still don't expect my issue to be resolved. PayActiv is the worst company in its category.

I have been using payactiv for over a year and has been having issues with them since day 1. My account is not properly notated because I have to explain the same issue each time I speak with a representative. I repay my loan through payroll deduction and they still seem to get that wrong when I call to verify that repayment has been made. Normally, I repay the loan on the 15th of each month and take out the same loan amount on the 15th of each month. Now, my account is deactivated (I did not request nor did my payroll manager requested that it be deactivated) and I have been speaking with the Director of Account Management, Jay Huston, and he does not respond in a timely manner nor keep you updated on the "next steps". I would not recommend this organization to NONE OF MY COLLEAGUES because you get second class customer service and the representative are very poor with "follow up" and "notating your account". This company is not professionally run and I am going to reach out to their investors and let them know to be wary of doing business with them because I do not feel they will get a good return on their investment.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! Firstly, they didn't have my right employee ID on file. I had to talk to multiple customer service representatives to get this issue fixed. Eventually, I had a representative give me an email to send a paystub of my employee ID to them so that they could fix this issue. The representative gave me an invalid email, so I had to call again & speak to a different representative.
Secondly, I added a bank account to my Payactiv account. I received a text message that my bank account was verified & added to my account. However, when I tried to transfer money it told me that I don't have a bank account. So I had to call again. They told me to delete my bank account, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, and add my bank account again. So I did this. The same issue came up again. So, I called AGAIN. This time, I was told they are going to transfer a penny to my account by 6 PM the next day, and that by then I should be able to transfer money to my bank account. Well, I waited, and the next day, surprise surprise, the same issue came up where it claimed I had not added a valid bank account. I give up on this company!

Instantly a red flag goes off because how could info i.never gave you be used to cancel. I request to speak to a supervisor, denied I call in and now a different rep says he he has to transfer my info to crucial accounts or something of the sort to cancel it but it can take up to an hour he thinks. I request a supervisor again he puts me on hold and says no one is available but he will have them call.me back smh so now I'm.still chatting the other rep tells me the system is completely down so no one can cancel my account. I'm.so confused at this point the account has be open more time me speaking with customer service than me actually using it. I have spent over 2 hours today dealing with Proactiv, which included 20 minutes setting up my account on their app and over 2 hours trying to work with their support team to close it down after my frustration with how it all works. It took multiple attempts calling their service number before someone finally answered and then lost me transferring my call to the "card department". That department transferred me back to the first department, and the phone rang forever until it just disconnected. Finally, I resorted to chats - seven different ones, all of whom would go silent for extended periods of time. One of the chat representatives finally said he closed my account but on further look I could see that all he did was change my phone number in my profile to block me out so i couldn't see that the account is still in fact open. I knew to use a different login ID, which enabled me to see what they did. I was told to wait 10 - 12 days to receive a physical card, take it to an ATM to withdraw the remaining balance on the card, and then to call them back again to close it. I can't even imagine having to go through this all again in 12 days. The app is nothing short of frustrating...and the customer service (lack thereof) is maddening. Having this card is NOT worth a 10 discount on gas at Murphy Oil! Run away!

The worst customer service experience ever
The worst customer service experience ever. This is literally one or two people working their text help. They do not offer any help for resolution, send the same blank replies, and do not know how to handle their own services. In particular, 'Mike' will ask for your name and number, and then not respond as he waits for the text to time out. My issue was simple, hours were not updated correctly, so I sent in my timesheets to get them updated. Normally this process would be resolved in minutes and funds would be updated Not this time. The Customer Service team, who also work the emails, had no clue what to do or could understand the situation. Even after emailing in my timesheet the incompetence continued and I HAD TO explain how to read the timesheet for them to see the discrepancy, and instead of a resolution, they ignored my email. Sending in a second email with my timesheet, which was highlighted to show the hours, was ignored as well. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Someone should not have to reach out to the Complaintsboard.com to get an issue, a ISSUE PAYACTIV IS RESPONSIBLE FOR AS WELL AS IGNORANT TO RESOLVING THE ISSUE. It has reached the point I am reaching out to our HR lead to inquire about using another service. The rude nature, the lack of knowledge, and just thoughtless behavior are too much to deal with. Ignore the fake five star reviews, stay away from this horrible company.

I started working at my current employer in January this year
I started working at my current employer in January this year. We were told in training that we'd have access to set up our accounts with PayActiv after 72 hours of being employed there and would be able to access the funds for what we had worked up until then. Every single person in my training class had issues with getting access to their account. PayActiv reps told everyone of us that there was a different issue with each of our accounts. After 2 weeks, we finally got the account created. I have used PayActiv consistently since then. I worked my normal hours yesterday and went to check my PayActiv account this morning to access the funds I earned for yesterday's hours, and my account has been "deactivated". The app shows I have funds accessible (from working 8 hours yesterday) but it doesn't give the option of HOW to access the funds. Almost DAILY, I transfer funds from my Dashboard to my PayActiv debit card and haven't done anything differently. I contacted a representative via 'Chat' and was told they'd forward my complaint to an escalations team and that's pretty much it! I ended up calling the customer service dept and actually speaking with someone who told me the exact same thing. And that I'm pretty much "out of luck" because it's Saturday and their IT Dept doesn't work again until Monday. The rep couldn't tell me WHY my account was RANDOMLY suspended/deactivated. He couldn't tell me anything! I assured him SEVERAL times during the call..NOTHING has changed recently regarding my employment, my pay grade, etc..NOTHING. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I couldn't. I'm a single mother and I relied on the funds to be accessible to me today from working yesterday (LIKE THEY ALWAYS ARE)..so this is extremely upsetting. They genuinely don't care about their customers.

I've had an account since November and I've had to call them almost everyday to get the funds added to my account. Well last night I uploaded my time sheet for the pay period like usual and was emailed back saying everything was up to date but i have yet to be paid. I tried chatting online with mien *** (costumer service rep) and was left chatting with myself 4 times the 5th time i promised my account would be updated with a manual upload twice and still no Earned income credit. I decided to call and was told that i didnt get the Earned Credit because my time sheet had no clock in/clock out time. I told him the time sheet they have is the one i send in every pay period so i know for a fact it was the one they needed, he rudely began to yell saying it isnt. I told him i was emailed today and was told everything was updated, he still rudely insissted that i was wrong. I even told him that he can check my account and look at all of the time sheets ive used before to see that it is exactly the same. I even told him a supervisor had to tell a costumer service rep that i could use the same exact time sheet he was saying i couldn't. Basically, Ive had issues with Payactiv from the very beginning from not being able to log into my account with my password and having to reset my password everyday to being dissconnected ON PURPOSE by the costumer service rep. No one speaks clear english and every rep tells you to do something different. This is the most unreliable, unprofessional, unorganized business i have ever dealt with and i wouldnt reccomend anyone use there service. My Payactiv account had been working for a period of time. The latter part of September the Log In box was Grayed out for some reason. I could no longer log in to my account. Starting 30 September Payactiv people requested six screenshots of the screen showing the Log In box Grayed out. Another screenshot is attached. Numerous phone calls resulted in assurances the problem would be fixed or excuses why it hadn't been fixed, yet. I have received four emails from their Tech Support with more assurances the problem would be fixed.
Can someone get my Payactiv account working, again? Seems like seven weeks would be adequate time for someone to do something to fix my account.

Over deduction on my pay check
I borrowed 500 dollars from payactiv for pay period September 15th through the 30th and when I got paid on the 5th of October they took out 718 dollars instead of 500 dollars and so I filled a dispute on the 5th and was escalated to the finance department on the 8th and has stayed pending for 8 days and can not get any resolution and I have kids to feed and need gas to get to work and they can't give me a time line when I will get my money back and everyone I've talked to sees the over deduction. I worked for Cantex Continuing Care Network for 2 years my last day was 8/22/2023. My last paycheck was put on this card on 9/1/2023. I have been trying to get my money off to pay my bills. I login and it logs me back out. I have been calling these people at Payactiv since Friday. I'm still waiting to get my money meanwhile I'm getting late fees cause I can't pay my rent, car insurance is gonna collapse as of today because it's due today. I have been calling since Friday. I have emailed them what they ask. Call and the phone hangs up. Call and they put you on hold and hang the phone up. I used my Payactiv account to send money to my Amazon account, I linked my account and everything. Yet when I looked on my Amazon account nothing was there, so I called Amazon and they said they see nothing on there end to call Payactiv. I had made a transaction for a considerable amount. I usually get it the next day. However after the transaction, the screen said technical error. The balance was zero, so I figured it still went through. I never received it, the last eleven days following that, I've been given the runaround, generic, robotic statements telling me to wait, it's processing. Finally the tech department realized it was an error and it was escalated several times...nothing, finally I've had it and wanted just to close my account. The representative actually begged me not to and said the finance department required me to send them my bank statement, cause everything was clear on their end. I reluctantly did so in hope they will see I never received that transaction that was taken out my paycheck.

After filing a fraud complaint with them, they called several times with the same exact questions and verged on accusing me of lying. Their 'investigation' ended with them telling me that friend and family fraud happens way more than I realize and that their system was foolproof with no way to be hacked. They insist the deduction was initiated on my end despite the fact that the card the money was transferred to had never previously been used, no friend or family member was aware I had the account, it happened at 4am and that I never received a notification that money was withdrawn. There was no actual legitimate investigation.

I signed up for this service when I started with my new employer. However after many unsuccessful attempts I am unable to link my personal debit card that my account, customer service took 3 days to get back to me and informed me the problem was solved.. no further explanation. I tried to link my card again and it still failed, at this point I tried to use the Walmart feature and it would not allow me to do that either. When I finally got ahold of customer service all he could tell me is that my card is linked to another account and that is why I can’t connect it. He explained that it’s not the same card but card with “similar features or numbers”
They have no way to fix this so I just won’t be able to link my debit card to my account. Then he explained to me that the Walmart problem was being worked on still, 3 days later!
I asked what the point was of having this service if people can’t use it. You’re sposed to be able to cash out money as you need it that’s not what is happening on my end and nobody can fix this for me!

I sent in a pay stub showing my deductions and normally they say that it's will take a few hours and then it will be updating and I can use. My cat will be reset while the last four times they escalate the case so I got to wait. 24 to 48 hours then it doesn't. Then somebody else escalates it and you got to wait another 24 to 48 hours. So all that are doing is giving me the runaround and they're rude. Inconsiderate they don't ask for all of the information. They just don't want to do their job and I guess the next step is I'm going to call my attorney and they will be involved

On 5/19/2023 my check was over deducted $460 instead of the original $400 I had taken out early of my check amounting to $860 totally deducted. I contacted this company immediately and explained the issue. They stated that I needed to submit my pay stub in an email and I would be contacted. A few days went by I contacted them again and was issued a case number. I was relieved thinking this would be fixed. I contacted the company again a few days later due to not hearing anything from them. I was told that it has been escalated to their investigation and finance team and would be issued a refund soon as they accepted accountability. A week went by and no refund. I called AGAIN and also sent a total of 5 emails over the span of 1 week and was given the same response every time “please be patient”. I called Friday and was told I would hear back within 2 days so my refund could be issued as I have already waited long enough. I’d also like to mention I was over drafted in my bank account $55. Here we are 5/31 and yet again I called and was told I needed to be patient. I demanded a supervisor and was told they were busy and they would call back In an hour and a half. I requested to know the number that would call me as unknown numbers call frequently and the rep said he didn’t know because there’s “so many numbers. I explained that I did not trust his word to which he responded “why don’t you trust us” given the obvious why would I? This reps name was Abraham. I am now over drafted $150 and still have NO REFUND. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable on their behalf. I should not have to wait 2 weeks for a refund of money that took them a split second to take. I am infuriated. I would add the other 3 reps names I spoke to but I can’t remember in my frustrations of being told the same absurd statement of being patient.

Since issue is fraud, this mysterious card doesn't appear on my account, so he cldnt really help me, but to write up a fraud complaint and forwarded it to that dept. Cool. So while he is helping me, I transfered ALL AVAIL FUNDS from my paycheck over to the legit card, so I cld get gas & pay my car insurance. I specifically told him do NOT put a hold on my card or I won't have any money. He said he wasn't going to. Thankfully, I got gas while still on the phone with him, because afterwards, a hold was placed on my card. So I called back and ask unlock my card. Nope! That will take 24 to 48 hours. Funny how they can lock it in seconds, yet it takes DAYS to unlock it. UGH! I had a feeling that was going to happen, so i told him 2 or 3 times not to lock it. Thankfully, I got gas. Like God, my money is in the clouds somewhere... can't see it, can't get touch it, it's not there when i need it... I'm told it is there, but you have to wait a day or 2 to access it. Now my car insurance is going to be cancelled, and all they can say is "sorry." Well, at least they got that part right. S I should have transferred it to my bank account, instead. Payactiv over charged me $425 that was a payroll deduction. When I called to report the error they said I did owe it and hung up on me. I have requested a account transaction history 3 times and still haven't received one. Tried to dispute charges that weren't made by me. I found out it was my fianc who made the purchases so I requested for card to be unlocked. On my paychecks each one had the funds deducted from them and payactiv told me they didn't take any money out but my check stub shows otherwise...I have lots of screenshots where it shows the transactions that were not made by me and then pics of where there is nothing for those dates now that I asked them about it...they had me speak with the fraud prevention and a lady named *** who told me to give her a few days and it would be fixed and its now been 2 more weeks and her email now says it doesn't exit and when I call or chat they transfer me and hang up on me...I have all the documents needed to prove this wasn't me and I did everything per their guidelines to get my money back such as notifying them as soon as something seems weird like someone accessing my account. Yesterday, on 11/30/2022, I reported my card lost. Well I kept getting transferred and hung up on. After 3 hours, I got through to somebody and somehow one of the Customer Representatives changed my info and likened my Payactiv account with a number that wasn't EVEN mine! My employer offers Payactiv through our *** app. They Payactiv app and the actual website never works and there are no literate people there to fix it. I have $500.00 available funds to access and when I go to click on the wallet to access funds, the next screen says $0 available. I have called dozens of times and every person tells me the same thing... "well I show you have $500.00." Yes... I am not dumb, I see that also, but then I explain when I go to access it does not work so they make me do the same thing over and over, send screen shots, make me sit on hold for an eternity and then come back and say oh well we have to escalate it. Payactiv overcharged me and took an extra $204.97 out of my check. When I called about a resolution I was told I would be sent a message with the information I needed to move forward and never received it. I need the money back as a resolution. The first pay period that I owed $204.97 and PAID IT BACK was november 13-26. The second pay period I borrowed $141.98 and was charged $346.95 out of my check, so the DOUBLE CHARGED ME for the $204.97.

They will not transfer my funds to another one of my debit cards. I have recieved the refund with the two provisional credits but they will not let me have actually have my money. They gave me $500 yesterday as an Emergency fund (I picked up at walmart cash pickup CS desk) They still need to give me the rest which is *** I literally have not had money since 11/5. My utilities will be turned off today unless I pay them before 2pm today! PLEASE HELP! Signed up with them back in September as they advertise getting paid two days sooner which is possible. They also advertise as giving $100 bonus when you sign up with a new employer with 3 consecutive direct deposits over $200 or more. " Add multiple employers to earn more rewards." I've had 6 deposits from two different employers since September. I've only received one bonus thus far. I've had 5 different agents lie to me and give me the run around. The sixth agent tells me each account is only eligible for 1 bonus. Which is not what's being advertised. Then, he disconnected the chat in the middle of resolution. It is also advertised that you can use the provided account and routing number if your funds are in your account. Enough to cover a transaction. I used mine and a week later received a late fee and a return payment fee from my mortgage company because again Payactiv did not honor the agreement they set forth. I cannot receive the same information consistent or concise from anyone I speak to from this company.
My employer withheld another payment to payactiv that was not owed. After employer tried all day to correct the issue with payactiv and getting no where they advised me to contact payactiv directly as they were unable to make contact. I have been trying all day to contact them and get no answer on phone calls and chat. They took $502.99 and I would like it back as it was not owed to them. Issues: 1) New digital card approved but no card number so I could not give one when I called their help line at ***. They could not help me. I was told to call ***. That number rang and rang for a long time with no answer. I finally tried using their chat feature. 2) I tried to link another card to put money on the PAYACTIV card but kept getting "unable to verify details" yet online it said the card was entered and accepted although it did not work. 3) I could not login. Told it did not recognize me yet it did know both my login and password when I tried to change my password (which I do not really WANT to change). 4) When I tried to submit all this as feedback on the PAYACTIV site it said "invalid token provided" and would not save it. I chatted in to PAYACTIV and '***' asked how he could help. I asked him to read the information about the problem(s) that I was told to enter to start the chat. It is very annoying to have to enter that if the techs can't read it. After holding for 10 minutes with absolutely NO reply, even when I asked if he was there, I finally ended the chat. I have serious 3 issues with the PAYACTIV app after I had applied and been accepted with a new 'digital' card' and a real one to be sent. I hope this is not some kind of egregiously incompetent company. Do I need to warn people against falling for this? We have a system where we can pull money out early and I have the Pay stubs to prove I was already deducted in my previous checks. I downloaded the Payactiv app. One morning last week I kept getting messages that someone added cards to my acct. A few cards were added to my account that I didn't recognize and a bank account and someone transferred money to their card from my account. I contacted the company the via help chat Immediately to explain I had fraud on my acct and they ended my chat without even talking to me. I then called the number provided noone answered at all. It wasn't until my wife left a review that someone reached out via email then I received a call at 8pm. The fraud department said that there was no fraud and all those cards added were mine because it came from my phone. I tried to explain I have no cards ending in that number and told then that I didn't add those cards that someone is in my acct. I asked if he could see the name of the person associated to that card (because when you upload any card you have to put your name and card number etc) because he claimed he could see all the details. He said no he can't see card information or track the card information. I also saw a second phone logged into my acct in the app because it shows you all the devices that are logged in and I explained there was indeed a second device logged in that morning that wasn't mine and I had to remove it and change my password. But he kept saying he can't see that activity which is strange. I don't understand how they can't see activity on THEIR own app, doesn't make sense. He just said that they will not give me the money back. So no explanation on how those random cards ended up on my acct. I really feel like this is fraud or something is being covered up. Then I requested for my whole acct to be closed and he said it was already closed but when I log in it's still active. I would like this investigated and I'm not letting this issue go because this is unbelievably ridiculous. Please help me with this matter.

I called Payactiv and had the app deactivated and they still continued to take my earned wages to a total sum of 1500$ after it was supposed to not be active and they denied me a refund. They are dismissive ppl who won’t listen to you. I am 100% innocent and they will do nothing. My wife is about to leave me bc she thinks I was taking hundreds of dollars out behind her back for lord knows what. They are running my life and absolutely did nothing wrong. I don’t know what to do. They just keep saying I’m guilty. I’m hopeless. My life is falling apart bc it appears as if I’m keeping a secret . I have no idea how to fix this. I don’t even know how the money was taken. I’m at the end of my rope. I need help
