My card was stolen out of my work place. I called and reported it. There was a(n) UNAUTHORIZED double verification method placed on my account. This verification method was linked to my old phone number, and in order to access my account to lock it, I had to receive a "verification code" to the old number I had. 160.00 was stolen off of my account but I was the one with the problem to even look at my account and the rep. Wouldn't let me access my own account. I reported it stolen of course immediately however couldn't actually be confirmed because they wanted the stupid text to my old number to verify it! It's been over a year and a half and I finally got a response saying they'll refund the money. I called to have it placed back on my account that was already linked and the guy is refusing to even update my address that should have been already updated ((because he wants to send a check))., via the representatives who clearly stated they updated at that time a year and a half ago. They never did and I don't live at that address anymore.
