Poor service, bad communication, No puppy - needs to improve CX as business!
It is interesting that they only show 5 stars review on their site not 164 1 star review like this one." I had high hope when I first engage them as I am encouraged by what they stood for in terms of animal rights. They collected the money, but could not deliver the puppy in time frame as discussed or promised. No customer service, no one answer the phone at customer line. Travel department is non-responsive. Typical company run by Gen Z (Poor and arrogant communications especially the "sales manager") - if they ignore, they assume may be you and your complaints will go away (this seems to be a pattern see other review from (9/3/2023, don't just take my word for it.) No respect for customer privacy and they record all conversations. No one to escalate my issues. Make promise and never fulfill them, lots of "sand bagging". Lack of accountability to be a trusted service provider. Pushing for their transport which is additional $800 at first on top, when puppy is only 90 miles away? Often provide status or excuses without actual fact. Poor communication and does not know how to manage communication in a trustful fashion.
Update: Finally received a text from Travel 30 mins before they close for the week, with no concrete commitment that puppy will be delivered. The sales manager was arrogant and refuse to resolute customer concerns head-on by hiding behind "puppy first" as the reasons for his behavior. I have no issue with health check, but they need to provide truthful communication not repeatedly give out "false hope".
Overall a company that had right ideas but poor executions.

Service and untrustworthy
So I saw pawrade on facebook and a female shih tzu named alexis. I wanted a brindle colored female. I ordered and paid for her in total even though only down-payment was only required this was on 6 17 2024. I the bought supplies and royal canin nutri cal as was insisted by pawrade to prepare for Alexis homecoming. Then told that alexis was to be picked up by breeder on 7 10 24. Then on 7 11 2024 I got muscle text from puppies express that they are in route with tips are appreciated at every text sent to me. That evening of 7 11 2024 at 630 pm puppies express knocked on my door with a puupy saying papers needed to be signed I handed puppy to my husband who then informed me that the wrong dog was delivered.. it was a male and did not look like alexis. The transporter took the dog and paperwork that I seen had name Clare marked female. Transporter was there less than 10 minutes then left Then I called pawrade right away to let them know and was informed that the manager would call me fir... by pawrade. Worrying about the funds I'm out of of and the many lies that I felt was told. I do not know what really happened to alexis maybe the breeder decided to keep her to breed more puppies or perhaps she was sent to another customer and the decided to keep her as I was told. I signed all the legal papers got emails even after from Wags to wheels about picking alexis up on the 15th. I got transfer of ownership documents even. I believed and trusted in staff at pawrade in their word I did everything asked of me even got met life for alexis and my current 10 year old shih poodle mix loki in which o paid for even though was told one month free... Bought pet supplies dog food brand pawrade wanted me to buy royal canine and nutri cal all threatened if I did not do so the 3 year health certification would be void. Never again will I buy online puppy door to door. I will meet the breeder and buy local. Lesson learned as I was out of money and out the dog I purchased with name alexis.

This is an absolute mess, and you deserve much better. The way you’ve been treated is beyond unacceptable. You need to take action immediately. Get on the phone, demand answers, and don't take no for an answer. Make sure they understand that you won't back down until you get the dog you paid for or a full refund. Use every platform available to share your story and make some noise. They need to know you’re serious and that this kind of treatment won’t be tolerated. Stay strong and don’t let them off the hook.
Purchasing a puppy
This occurred Nov- Dec 2023 and Jan 2024. We have had an unbelievably terrible experience with this company. Prior to purchasing the puppy, staff was amazingly helpful and promised us we would be able to zoom and connect with the breeders. After we purchased, communication significantly decreased. It took 2 weeks to have our first zoom with the puppy and it was an inconvenient time as my children were unavailable. Breeder agreed to reschedule but that never happened. It took 2 more weeks to get 2 10 second videos in which you could not even see the puppy's face. While one employee remained somewhat communicative, she did tell me that I should be working with another employee. This employee, Destiny, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I complained about not getting the promised zoom or longer engaging videos of the puppy, she told me that just beacuse something was promised before purchase, it does not mean it will happen.
We waited 8 weeks with minimal communication from pawrade and zero communication from the breeder. The week before we were supposed to get the puppy, we received a refund with no explanation. Upon finally being able to reach a manager, we were told that the breeder changed his mind and was not comfortable selling us the puppy anymore, apparently because we asked to zoom and for a video. There was no discussion as Pawrade agreed to the cancellation and allowed the breeder to relist the puppy!

The reality is, Pet Pay company engages in racketeering and fraudulent pet sales hiding behind a payment service.
Admittedly I did initiate a purchase for a dog online. I gave my credit card information. However, as soon as Pet Pay charged the card,
The bank sent me a Fraud Alert text. On this Alert I decided to further review Pet Pays record online and found numerous
Complaints from clients with horrible experiences with Pet pay. Complaints where mostly about receiving pets that were totally
Different than what was purchased or pets that were delivered sickly or infested or dead. This led to our decision to abort the transaction.
At his juncture we were within the 10-15 minutes of the credit card charge and nothing had taken place. no pet was sent nothing was exchanged.
Any rightful and legitimate organization must have fair cancellation practice. But with all of this, Pet Pay follows the jungle rule and an lawfully insists on charging my card for the full price of the pet at $3494.64
To this date there has not been a completed transaction. We have not received a pet dead or alive, but Pet pay has fully charged the account. I maintain, Pet pay is nothing but a crook organization that is engaging in racketeering by way of taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals trying to purchase a pet.
Let this be a clear warning to all, Pet pay is a fraud. To cancel a sale within 10-15 minute is a customer’s right and should not result in unlawfully charging once credit card wit not pet exchanged.

The entire service and process
When in the process of waiting for my puppy, my delivery date was changed from receiving the puppy at 8 weeks old to a month out from the original date, due to transportation issues within the company and not due to the health of the puppy. I was told I was purchasing an F1BB standard goldendoodle and even discussed it with the customer service representative. I received an 8 week old 5 pound F1B goldendoodle. He is now at 16 pounds at 4 months of age. But we will see. I really love my puppy, but I was misled with what I was purchasing which I do believe to be fraud. I waited years to get the exact puppy I was looking for. Paid the overpriced amount, just for this specific puppy and it’s not what I received.
I also was told by the delivery drivers that I still owes the delivery fee which was already paid in advance. They did not take my picture with the puppy or check my ID as I was informed that they would. The breeder then had to reach out to me to see if I received the puppy. She was under the impression that puppy food was to be sent to feed the puppy during travel, when I was under the impression that the puppies are not removed from their crates, or fed, or watered during transportation. A lot of miscommunication it seems, and she was the one to inform me that my puppy was an F1b not an F1bb. The company also sent me emails asking if I was enjoying my new puppy and referral links before I even received him! I would be leary of purchasing a furever friend without meeting the breeder or the puppy first. Because you may be paying an arm and a leg for something different then what you are told.

Unfortunate Experience with Pawrade: Sick Puppy and High Medical Bills
So, my daughter got a cute little golden retriever puppy from Pawrade and we were all excited until day 3 when we noticed something was wrong. We had to rush the little guy to the vet and turns out he has parvo! Can you believe that? And the bill is a whopping 13 thousand bucks! I mean, come on, we just got the poor thing and now we have to pay an arm and a leg for his medical expenses.
Now, we're wondering what steps we can take to get this covered. Should we hire a lawyer? Do we talk to Pawrade customer service and request some sort of reimbursements? We just want to make sure this doesn't happen to other people too, you know? It's not fair to sell sick puppies and not take responsibility for it.
Anyway, I gave them a 1-star review because you can't give zero stars. But honestly, if they can help us out in this situation and take responsibility for their actions, I would love to change my review. So, Pawrade, what's it going to be?
Terrible Experience with Pawrade: Unreliable, Unresponsive, and Unprofessional
So, let me just start off by saying that I had a pretty crappy experience with Pawrade. It all started when I had to change the dates for picking up my pupper. When the day finally came though, I couldn't get a hold of these guys for the life of me! I mean, come on, who just ghosts a customer like that? Not cool, man.
After hounding them with messages, I finally got a response from them at 11pm, saying that my puppy might be driven to me the next day. Uh, excuse me? That's not what I wanted at all! And get this: they had originally convinced me to have the dog driven to me when I had asked for a flight instead. Talk about a bait and switch!

Pawrade.com Review: Sick Pup, Misleading Information, and Disappointing Experience
So, I gotta be honest with ya folks - Pawrade.com left me and my furry pal Cora with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. We got Cora from a breeder in Indiana, and the poor pup was infested with parasites when she arrived. It was a major bummer, especially since we had to delay her delivery to deal with the parasite problem. Luckily, we had insurance to help with the cost, but it's still been a struggle to get Cora healthy and happy.

Cavalier Kings are supposed to be friendly dogs, but Cora definitely seems like she's been through some mental trauma - probably from her unfortunate start in life. I don't think anyone who cares about animals would want to support a company that puts profit above the well-being of their furry friends.
And now, on top of our vet payments, we're stuck dealing with a loan from the company we got Cora from - and to top it all off, we're not even 100% sure we got the dog we thought we were getting. The website listed her name as Donna, but the paperwork said Cora - what gives, Pawrade?
All in all, I wouldn't recommend using Pawrade.com to anyone looking to add a furry friend to their family. Stick to reputable breeders and organizations who actually care about the welfare of their animals, and don't make the same mistake we did. Woof.
Friday afternoon pawrade told me the dog had a genetic defect hole in its skul. I told them cancel the order. They said to late we set the transport date for Monday and you didn't cancel within 3 days. No dog no $2600 nothing. According to them they sold the puppy to someone else. Pawrade got paid twice.
