I'm so mad at this company
I'm so mad at this company. I ordered a bunch of stuff from them on June 6th, but they didn't even bother to let me know what was going on with my order for like a whole month. I had to get *** involved and even then they only sent some of my stuff and not the most expensive thing (a seat) which they said was on backorder. They said they'd give me my money back for the seat, but it's been over a week and I still haven't seen a refund. It took them forever to send me anything and now they're trying to keep my money. I know Covid is a thing, but come on, they could have at least talked to me about what was going on. This is just really bad service.

I've been trying to get in touch with them to figure out what's going on, but they won't answer my calls. I just want my money back for order *** and ***. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I emailed them on June 29 and July 2, but they didn't answer. I called them many times, but they didn't answer or call me back. I told PayPal about it, and they asked if I wanted to cancel the order. Paths, Peaks & Paddles, Inc. said they didn't have the pedal drive and didn't know when they would get one. I said I wanted to cancel the order, but they didn't do it. They still haven't shipped my order, returned my calls, or answered my emails.
