Don't go to TH! They put me in a bad neighborhood where the door didn't lock right, I got talked to bad in 10 minutes, the apartment smelled like weed, and there was a homeless camp behind the building. A neighbor followed me to my car and people were standing around in the corners of the complex, probably selling drugs. My packages were stolen and the complex was 40 mins away from my work. When I called them, they were rude and said the building was top tier (even though Google says it's 2/5 stars with horror stories). My coworker was also put in an unsafe neighborhood where there was a shooting/homicide outside her complex. TH offered to put me in a hotel and said I wouldn't have to pay, but I was charged for 4 days. They also wouldn't let me stay longer than 2 days, so I was worried about being homeless. They found me a new apartment, but only because they worked with another company. I recommend the second company, they put me in a safe, clean, and well-furnished apartment.

Travelers Haven was a bad experience for me. They don't give enough attention to customers and don't follow up on the services they offer. They act as a middleman between you and the leasing offices in different states. At first, they seem good, but after you're hooked, they leave you hanging. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially those looking for corporate apartment rentals. Here's what happened to me: 1. I arranged to rent a corporate unit in *** for a government job. When I arrived, the 1BR unit was locked, and I couldn't get in because Travelers Haven hadn't made the right arrangements with the leasing office. I had to find a hotel room late at night. Thanks, Travelers Haven. 2. Corporate rentals come with kitchen utensils and equipment, but I got a broken toaster. They promised to replace it, but they never did. Thanks, Travelers Haven. 3. They didn't extend my lease with the leasing office, so I had to leave early, even though I asked for an extension. The leasing office gave the unit to someone else because Travelers Haven didn't respond. Thanks, Travelers Haven. 4. I had to remind them to give me my deposit back a month and a half after I left. They probably wouldn't have given it back if I hadn't asked. Thanks, Travelers Haven. 5. They charged me over $600 for cleaning and carpet replacement after I lived in a small 1BR unit for only 2 months, working 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday. Thanks, Travelers Haven. 6. The leasing office and the apartment complex maintenance staff warned me about Travelers Haven. Stay away!

Travelers Haven was a total nightmare for me. Their customer service is terrible and I can't talk to anyone about my contract. I paid over $20,000 for an apartment I never used. They might be better for companies, but not for families. You can never talk to a real person, just a call center guy named ***. He always says he'll call back, but he never does. My husband and I needed temporary housing in MD/VA and Travelers Haven seemed like a good idea. They find the apartment, furnish it, and set it up for you. We signed a contract early, but then found a house a week later. We called to see if they could re-rent the apartment or lower the cost, but they wouldn't. We ended up paying over $21,000 for an apartment we never used. They still charge us for parking and pet fees, even though we never had pets or cars there. They don't care about their clients once the contract is signed. This company is so unethical.

Travelers Haven is a pleasure to work with and their staff are always helpful and polite!

They have made our jobs easy and fun on a daily basis and the way they truly care about each and every one of their clients is so amazing to see! I'm only giving this company 5 stars because of Anthony P! Anthony is the absolute best at what he does! I was, unfortunately, assigned to him midway my assignment, but I'm very grateful to have had him for the remainder of the duration that I was a Traveler's Haven resident. Anthony updated me on every issue that I had (and there were a few), he always communicated with me, and made sure that I was comfortable during my stay. Anthony P. Is AMAZING!

Travelers Haven was great to work with and help getting me into a corporate apartment. They were very communicative through the process, and though I was nervous (having not used a service like this before), they did a great job arranging for the apartment and all the utilities, etc., and the apartment was 100% ready when I showed up at the time/day specified. Everything is working great, and it has been great being able to get right to work without the hassle of dealing with all the contracts, furniture, and especially all the box unpacking ;) Thanks Travelers!

This business is engaged in deceptive business practices, commits fraud and habitually lies about everything and falsifies documents and tries to collect debts from its clients that's not owed by them. Basically, they attempt to extort money from their clients. They claim they are rated A+ by ComplaintsBoard.com, which most likely is false since many of their clients have given them the worst reviews. I signed an Occupancy/Sublease Agreement with Travelers Haven LLC, [ Travelers ] for the lease of a fully furnished corporate apartment / housing unit with all utilities included for a period of one month based on the premise that it would be in move-in condition upon taking possession of it, which it was not. I had prepaid a prorated amount for more than half of the total lease amount as a condition for move-in, but on the moving-in date of the contract, I discovered the unit was not in move-in condition and was dirty with stains on the carpets, walls, appliances, toilet . . . etc. The furnishing was not fully in place and the Phone, Internet and TV services were not connected and the location of the unit was a dead zone for wireless mobile phone communication. The construction and location of the unit would prevent any cell phone communication. Hence, I rejected the unit and never took possession of it and immediately informed Travelers in writing that they were in breach of their own contract and the unit was not acceptable to me. I never stayed at the unit and never obtained the keys to the unit. I left and moved into a hotel since I had no other place to stay while on a long-term business assignment in California. I have a receipt from Travelers for the prorated amount paid upfront for a corporate unit that I never stayed in, but Travelers has turned this transaction into a fraudulent collection attempt by their collection company, Wakefield & Associates, Inc. by making false statements, committing fraud, and trying to extort money from me by pressure, intimidation, making threats and collection attempts and refusing to accept that they breached their own contract by not fulfilling its terms and conditions on the move-in date of the contract. After providing the collection company with the legal, credible and irrefutable evidence that I didn't owe any money to Travelers, they closed their file and sent it back to their client, Travelers. In fact, Travelers owes me financial damages by not having their corporate unit in the move-in condition and leaving me with no other choice but to go to stay at a hotel on a long-term business assignment and incur lots of extra lodging expenses out of my own pocket. I don't recommend this company to anyone under any conditions. They have no ethical or moral or professional values in conducting their business.

I talked to this company (Alec E) to get a short term furnished unit for thirty days for my son who works for CBP. We agreed on a price and a lease. Later that day they kept sending new leases and when I questioned him, the agent said he had made a mistake and the price would be higher. This was for a months lease. I said we could not do that price and he apologized for the mistake so we went out separate ways. The next morning I noticed they had taken the higher amount of $5,745.08 out of my checking acct with no authorization. I begged for the money to be returned so they said they would do a refund but it would take ten days. They robbed my money from me and I still have no idea if I will get it back. This company is terribly unethical. I have incurred charges based on their errors. Bait and switch is unacceptable in this business as people need a place to live and may be forced to take the higher price. I believe they did this to force me to pay more.
