Back on March 20 I contacted them to cancel the services due to the COVID19 pandemic. Back in March they told me my refund would be available in 5-7 business days. Today 4/6 I called and they're saying they won't refund me my money. Due to the COVID19 pandemic I won't be needing their services as you cannot have a gathering of more than 10 people. I explained this to them and they still refused.

I contacted them again and was told an additional 3-5 days. I still have not received my refund. I believe this is a scam.

I called a few weeks ago to book a party character and upon booking I asked what would happen if I had to cancel they said it wouldn't be a problem. I've tried calling them several times to try and get my deposit back and every time I do speak to someone the only option I have is to keep the reservation and change it to another day. I was never emailed terms of cancelling or refund policy. They then told me someone from their accounting dept would call me and to help and they are no help. I was told the same thing. They will not issue a refund and told me to take legal action.

I was also told the credit card provided would be used to hold the reservations as I intended to pay the full amount in cash at the party to which *** agreed. She also never e-mailed a receipt or copy of the contract.I contacted the company 1 week later to inform them we would no longer require their serviced as news of the spread of COVID-19 began to spread. I spoke to *** and he told me that a supervisor would call me back. I received a call from the supervisor (***) who informed me I would receive a refund within 2-3 business days. After checking my bank statements, I contacted the company again a week later and the assured me they would refund the charge. I contacted the company again and spoke with *** who stated a supervisor would call me. I was contacted by *** who explained the company will not be issuing a refund and can only provide a credit for a later party. After insisting on a refund *** refused and at one point during the call he placed the phone down and was not listening to me while I was speaking.
