I received the wrong parts. They said I ordered the wrong model number. I only had one model number to search. I ordered OEM parts kit and received the non OEM of my model number. The part they said I ordered doesn’t even resemble what I actually received. I paid $49.95. Return shipping costed $19.00. No credit yet after 7 days and they won’t respond to emails. Buyer beware!

i bought a washer part from partdiscount.com. it worked good for about a month, then it just stopped working. i was pretty mad because it was a lot of money and it wasn't even working anymore. i asked them to replace it but they said no. that's not fair at all, especially since i bought the part because they said it was good quality. the shipping was free but it didn't save me any money, since i had to buy the part again from repair clinic. i don't think i'll be shopping at partdiscount.com again. it's better to spend a little more money and get a part that will actually last and come with some kind of warranty.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that there were only 2 front shock absorbers inside, but there was plenty of room for the other 2 in the box. Despite the fact that the package had not been tampered with, there were only 2 shock absorbers. I contacted PartsDiscount to let them know of my issue and to request the missing items.
