PartsDiscount Horrible experience

I received the wrong parts. They said I ordered the wrong model number. I only had one model number to search. I ordered OEM parts kit and received the non OEM of my model number. The part they said I ordered doesn’t even resemble what I actually received. I paid $49.95. Return shipping costed $19.00. No credit yet after 7 days and they won’t respond to emails. Buyer beware!

Recommendation: Do not order from this company!!

PartsDiscount Disappointing experience with PartDiscount.com - No warranty, poor quality parts

i bought a washer part from partdiscount.com. it worked good for about a month, then it just stopped working. i was pretty mad because it was a lot of money and it wasn't even working anymore. i asked them to replace it but they said no. that's not fair at all, especially since i bought the part because they said it was good quality. the shipping was free but it didn't save me any money, since i had to buy the part again from repair clinic. i don't think i'll be shopping at partdiscount.com again. it's better to spend a little more money and get a part that will actually last and come with some kind of warranty.

PartsDiscount Unprofessional and Insulting Customer Service: My Experience with PartsDiscount

I gave PartsDiscount a try by ordering their products with a 2-day shipping option. Sadly, the shipment took four days before it arrived. I was disappointed and asked for my $19.95 refund, but their customer service refused my request in an impolite and insulting manner. They even called me a cheap $#*! for asking for my money back. Shocked by their unprofessionalism, I was left with no choice but to cut ties with them. To prove their unprofessionalism, I managed to take screenshots of all the messages that we had. Hence, I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Beware!

PartsDiscount Not a fan of PartsDiscount: Ordered a car part, never received it

So, I recently tried out PartsDiscount for the first time to buy a part for my car. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a rough experience. I never actually received the part that I had ordered! When I reached out to their customer service team about it, they told me that it had been delivered on May 28th at 2:45pm. But I was at home that entire day and never saw any package arrive.

Honestly, it was pretty frustrating to deal with this. Maybe you should consider using a different shipping company if this is happening to other customers too. It's just not worth the hassle when you're trying to get your car fixed up and back on the road.

On the bright side, I did end up being able to find the part I needed elsewhere for a lower price, and it arrived in just three days. So at least there was a happy ending to this story! But on the whole, I don't think I'll be returning to PartsDiscount anytime soon.

PartsDiscount Affordable Oven Parts from PartsDiscount - A Life Saver!

I was really struggling with my finances and then my oven went kaput, which was not a good thing, as I'm a huge foodie. Anyway, I turned to YouTube and, armed with knowledge, I knew the problem that needed fixing, I just didn't know where to get the parts. That's when I came across https://www.partsdiscount.com/, and I decided to give them a shot, 'cause what's the harm in trying, right?

Lo and behold, my parts arrived in a jiffy and in super fine condition. I was beyond ecstatic that my oven was back up and running without breaking my bank. I just wanted to take a moment and say my sincere thanks to PartsDiscount for the superb service. It was a huge help.

PartsDiscount Affordable and Reliable Appliance Parts: My Experience with PartsDiscount

Got a problem with your refrigerator or any appliance that needs fixing? Visit PartsDiscount (partsdiscount.com) for all your needs! I recently had an issue with my GE refrigerator, where the freezer was working perfectly fine, but my refrigerator was heating up at a rapid pace. Being the worrywart that I am, I knew I had to act fast before all my groceries went to waste.

I decided to give PartsDiscount a try, and boy oh boy was I pleasantly surprised! Not only was the defrost heater I needed reasonably priced, but I was also able to pay for overnight delivery so I could receive the part ASAP. And guess what? It arrived right to my doorstep in less than 24 hours! What's even better is that my husband and I were able to install the defrost heater with the help of a YouTube tutorial, so no need to hire a professional and pay extra money!

PartsDiscount Decent Site, 3 Stars: High Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs for Returns

This internet site was pretty easy to find my way around. I got my parts within a decent amount of time. However, I only gave it 3 stars because to return parts, there's a whopping 20% fee just to restock and on top of that, customers gotta pay for shipping. The parts I purchased didn't fit my purposes too well, but I decided to keep them anyways cuz of the pains and expenses involved in returning. Seems like most sites these days offer free returns (no costs, no fees, no nothing). I reckon next time I purchase car stuff online, I'll look for a shop that's gonna cut me a break on returns.

PartsDiscount Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with PartsDiscount.com

I recently purchased a washer door seal from PartsDiscount.com and had some issues with getting the correct size. I provided them with the model number of my washer, but the seal they sent me was about 20% larger than my old one. I reached out to their customer service team via email to request a return, but initially they claimed that they had sent the correct part. I sent them several pictures as proof, but they still gave me a hard time and made me feel foolish for requesting a return.

I was disappointed with the lack of customer support and respect from the company. They refused to cover the cost of return shipping, which was quite frustrating. I had to fight for a refund and pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket.

I want to caution other potential customers to be careful when ordering from PartsDiscount.com to ensure that you receive the correct part. If you do happen to receive the wrong one, be prepared to put in some extra effort to get your money back and pay for return shipping.

PartsDiscount PartsDiscount Fails to Deliver: Poor Customer Service and Missing Items

I recently decided to purchase some new shock absorbers for my 1980 Ford F100 pickup truck from PartsDiscount. The website, partsdiscount.com, had a wide variety of options and I found the perfect set for my vehicle at a reasonable price of $157.57.

I eagerly awaited the arrival of my package, but was saddened when it arrived late. Upon opening the box, I noticed that there were only 2 front shock absorbers inside, but there was plenty of room for the other 2 in the box. Despite the fact that the package had not been tampered with, there were only 2 shock absorbers. I contacted PartsDiscount to let them know of my issue and to request the missing items.

To my surprise, the company was unresponsive and unhelpful. They even closed my account and then told me that the issue was resolved and that they couldn't do anything else to help me. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service I received from PartsDiscount.

I strongly urge anyone who is considering purchasing car parts to not waste their time and money with PartsDiscount. There are plenty of other reputable part sites available that you can purchase from without getting ripped off or dealing with unresponsive customer service. All I wanted was my parts, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to receive them from PartsDiscount.

PartsDiscount Unreliable Products and Poor Customer Service - My Experience with PartsDiscount

I purchased a replacement harness for my trusty ice maker on the PartsDiscount website, and was left disappointed with my purchase. I was happy to find that the part number that I needed matched the number inside my refrigerator, and decided to pay the extra fee to have my item shipped express - I was eager to have my appliance up and running again as soon as possible.

However, when my package finally arrived just 2 short days later, I was taken aback by the quality of the product I had received. The end of the harness that was supposed to plug into my refrigerator's port was woefully inadequate - the wings were far too short and made out of flimsy plastic. When I tried to plug it in, the end simply fell out, leaving me with no connection to fix my ice maker.

I immediately sent an email detailing my issue in the hopes that I would receive a prompt response from PartsDiscount customer service. Unfortunately, they never even took the time to reply to my complaint. I was left feeling angry and frustrated by the whole ordeal - not only did I waste my time and money on a faulty product, but the company also showed a lack of courtesy and respect to their customers.

To make matters worse, I later found out that in order to return the item for a refund, I would have to pay an additional 20% restocking fee on top of the postage costs. Given the poor quality of the product and the unacceptable customer service, I was left with little faith that I would even receive a refund as promised.

Overall, I had a terribly negative experience with PartsDiscount and will never be using their services again. It's a shame that a seemingly legitimate company would show such disregard for the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers.

PartsDiscount Not Satisfied with PartsDiscount's Customer Service and Shipping Policy During COVID-19

I had a recent experience with PartsDiscount and I wanted to share my thoughts. I must say that I am not completely satisfied with my order. I paid for expedited shipping but received my parts with the normal shipping, which was much slower. It seemed that the company kept my extra money and I was not happy about it.

When I contacted them to ask why the shipping time was taking longer than expected, they blamed it on COVID-19 and their attitude was not very helpful. Their response was less than professional, and I felt like they didn't really care about my concerns.

They said that USPS was behind because of the virus and that's why my order was delayed. They also pointed out that they don't guarantee shipping times, which I should have researched before making my order. They also directed me to their shipping policy to further explain their position.

Furthermore, when I told them that other companies can deliver on time, they had a very unprofessional response and even insulted me, which made me question their customer service skills.

Overall, my experience with PartsDiscount was not great. I was disappointed with their customer service and would caution others to do their research beforehand. While COVID-19 may have played a factor, I do think that the company could have handled my concerns in a more professional manner.

I ordered a dryer repair kit, which the company sent to the wrong address. .

They have no working telephone number,

took long to respond to my emails.

were rude, and never addressed the issue.

Finally, after three weeks, they did issue a refund, but charged a 20% restocking fee, when the whole mistake had been theirs!

PartsDiscount PartsDiscount: Cheap Prices, But Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service

So, I was anxious to get some car parts, and I found this site called PartsDiscount. Checked it out, and thought to myself "Wow, cheap prices, this is what I'm looking for!" So I ordered and even paid extra for 2-day delivery. It seemed to go smoothly, but imagine my disappointment when I still hadn't received anything 4 days later! I mean, what's the deal with that? I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this is not good business practice. And worst of all, I've received no response from the company!

Honestly, I don't know what's going on over there, but this kind of thing really makes me reconsider shopping with them again. I mean, if they can't handle a simple transaction like mine, what's going to happen if I really need customer service?

I think it's important for a company to have good communication with their customers. If there's an issue, at least let me know! I don't want to be left in the dark. And if you're going to charge extra for speedy delivery, you better make sure you can deliver on that promise.

In conclusion, I hope this was just a fluke and that PartsDiscount can improve their customer service. But as for me, I don't think I'll be taking any more chances with them.

I had cancelled this order days prior to arrival. When it had arrived on Jan. 24th it was returned on Jan. 25th with a note saying it wasn't the part that was needed. I never took it out the box. Today is March 7th and I still have not received my refund of 59.95. There is no phone number to call to talk to someone and nobody responds to emails.

I ordered a spindle for a washing machine. The part was 1/8 inch too long. They would not tell me if they would take part back or not. Won’t communicate with me. Order from Amazon if you can. They guarantee parts.
