Great prices on tires. Owner contacted several vendors and offered me beat price for a set of 4 All Terrain Tires. They also test drove the vehicle to ensure I was set up correctly. I highly recommend.

As always work was performed correctly and in a timely fashion. I have taken my car there for years even thought it's new owners it's still the same and I highly recommend Dan and the crew to get it done right.

They are an awesome group of people. I was in an unfamiliar town, had a nail in my tire and almost didn't make it to their parking lot. They got me right in, patched my tire and sent me out again. Super friendly service and great people

I just moved to the area after the pandemic and when I needed a mechanic my friend suggested Gilbert's and I am very happy with their service. They did an outstanding job and the bill was excellent. Thank you so very much and God bless.

They are very polite, I still have an issue with my brakes that they haven't been able to figure out but they found a new issue that could have caused a serious accident and fixed it before I left to keep me or someone else from being injured.

Service was fast and honest. My only complaint, I had suspension work done and the vehicle was returned to me without an alignment. Service was done on a Friday, and Gilberts is closed on Saturday, so I had to take time on Saturday to take it elsewhere for an alignment.

The folks there are excellent to do business with. All was done as promised and they go the extra mile accommodating customers with scheduling and getting you back on the road and back to life.
Their professional attitude is a very welcome addition to the business overall.

Dan and his team have worked on a couple of my vehicles over the last few months. They have done everything I've asked for and had the vehicle back on the road that day. They have even gone above and beyond to make the repairs affordable and that's something I greatly appreciate.

Dan is the man! He fixed up my van! He went over everything, explained to me exactly what was wrong without trying to sell me on anything else. I've taken my van to him a couple times now and he's done wonderful work and really did a great job. I would recommend his services 10 out of 10 times

Omg.. Fast,friendly, affordable! Wish I could have actually met the team.. Dropped off vehicle after hours. Very next morning had my quote.. Before noon it was done! Paid over phone then picked up after hours.. I have a quiet car again! Thanks sooo much Dan and team too! You guys are awesome!

Front desk lady was very nice. After traveling over 2k miles the able to get me in and out did a good job and very thankful for them being able to get me in and out same day and very affordable I just move here from California and will be bringing my other car to have them work on. Thanks guys!

I tell you what Gilberts Maxi muffler and service did an absolute amazing job on my Jeep.They They took what could be to the average man an 8 hour job & did it in 3! They were exceptionally friendly and extremely polite towards me I honestly couldn?t have brought my vehicle to a more honest and trustworthy shop!

I am very happy with my Boss snow plow purchase from Gilbert's Maxi Muffler and Service. The store was clean and organized. Dan and Cassandra were well acquainted with the equipment available and understood exactly what I wanted. The plow was installed ahead of schedule by very professional technicians. I recommend Gilbert's Maxi Muffler and Service to everyone looking for a Boss plow or just looking for exhaust repairs and automotive service. Two thumbs up for this business.

I have brought my car to Maxi Muffler in Hastings a few different times over the last several years. One of there certified mechanics Steve, is very knowledgeable and does a great job. The previous owner was NOT a good business man and way over charged for parts and labor, BUT the new owner seems to have adjusted prices and they are much more reasonable. I had spent over $1200 on repairs in one visit last year and ended up having to replace 4 parts in less then one year. The new owner did do a no charge warranty replacement on the parts that were warrantied, but still charged for labor.

I was amazed with the service offered to me as a first time customer.
The work was done in an efficient manner. Two specific things that I thought needed replacing, he assured me were in great shape at this time. (He could have changed the parts anyway, since I had requested it.) Also, I had a belt showing alot, through a tire & back tires were very bad. He assured me he would show me his inspection of the tire. He may have saved me from a tire blow out. I live alone & getting help after the fact is not always available.
I will gladly be returning for any future repairs, needed.
I would rate them with the highest star!
