Panda Express Terrible Experience at Canton GA Panda Express: Dirty, Rude, and Disgusting

1401 Riverstone Parkway, Canton GA. I really don't like this store. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The food is always cold when I get it. The store is usually dirty with fork wrappers, sauce packets on the tables, and dirty trays everywhere. The trash is always overflowing and the floors are covered in noodles and rice. The bathrooms are even worse. The trash in the bathroom is always overflowing and the stall is disgusting. The toilets are never clean and the mirrors are cloudy and gross. The bathroom floors are always covered in something nasty and they never bother to clean it up. There is never any soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The customer service is just terrible. The employees are quite rude when you ask them for simple items such as sauce, forks, etc. I have never experienced the rudeness I receive from these Panda Express employees anywhere else. They forget most of my food or get it wrong nine times out of ten. They forget my sauces even though I have asked at the drive-thru and at the window. There is a girl that works the window sometimes (Stacey). She slams the window and is always rude to me when I ask for anything. Literally anything. I continue to ask for sauce, and I never receive any. There are two or three guys that work at the front of the store, and they are the only ones that actually treat customers with respect. They always have a smile on their face and are never rude to the customers no matter the circumstances. The young ladies working behind the counter are never paying attention. They are always chit-chatting with the other employees while there is a giant line out the door. The wait time for a single bowl is not even funny. I ordered a simple bowl with white rice and string bean chicken. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a single bowl. The management is even worse. Jenny, the manager, who sometimes takes the orders at the drive-thru, is extremely rude. She is always talking over me, and I can never finish what I'm saying before she rudely interrupts me. She never says thank you and is always rushing me to finish ordering. She tells the employees to put the food from the plates/bowls back onto the hot plate if something is incorrect in the order. Jenny has embarrassed employees who are new by screaming "Who trained this person, he doesn't know what he is doing?!?" The management at this establishment should be reviewed and replaced. I have seen the managers tell employees to pick up sauces from the ground and tables, wipe them off, and put them back in the sauce container. I can't believe this is allowed. It is disgusting! This place should be shut down! I will no longer be giving my money to this disgusting place you call a restaurant. I love Panda Express, but I DO NOT recommend going to this Panda Express.

Panda Express Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Panda Express: Missing Sauces and Rude Manager

So, I called Panda Express today to make sure that all my sauces and condiments were included in my order. In the past, I've had some issues with missing items like teriyaki sauce for chicken and sweet and sour sauce for ragoons. The last time I called, the manager advised me to call the next time I place an Uber Eats order, and they would make sure everything was included. So, this time, I made sure to call once I placed my order. The lady on the phone assured me that everything would be included. But, when the order arrived, we discovered that there was no teriyaki sauce for the three orders of teriyaki chicken that we ordered, and no sweet and sour or plum sauce that I requested.

My kids, who are five and six years old, just had their tonsils and adenoids removed on Tuesday and are finally able to eat soft chicken. Panda was their first real meal, and they were really looking forward to it. When I called to speak with a manager, Louise came to the phone. I explained what had happened and that I had called earlier to try and avoid this. But, he told me to screenshot where I asked for these items. I reminded him that I had called following instructions from another manager. But, he continued to try and tell me why it was my fault and not his. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience or try to make my order right. I tried to explain that my kids wouldn't eat the chicken without the sauce, but he talked over me the entire time. When I asked to speak with another manager, he said there was no one else. I told him I would contact corporate, and he said, "go ahead, good, goodbye."

When I called back, I got the sweet young lady that I had spoken with earlier. She tried to get Louise back on the phone, but he refused to come to the phone. He continued to argue with me through the young lady on the phone. She didn't know what to do, so I just told her it was okay and that I would send my husband to get the sauce because my kids wouldn't eat it without it. How is it that we spent $48.00 and we are wrong? My husband had to come all the way up there for items that I had previously tried to make sure would be included in our order. When he arrived, Louise wouldn't come to the register. The young lady apologized to my husband since Louise did not.

This experience was awful. I am a training and development manager by profession, and I train in customer service. There were so many things wrong with the customer service provided to me and my family today. We have been going to this Panda faithfully for almost three years, and we order from here at least three times a month. Sometimes we stop in on our way home, or we use Uber Eats. I am so disgusted with this experience that we will now go out of our way and go to the Loganville location from now on.

Panda Express Food served was rotten and the cause for my acute diarrhoea ! Going on three days

I visited the Orpy Mill outlet in Nashville on the 28th August at round 12h30 for a lunch, ordered a three side plate and as one of the side was a teppanyaki chicken which I have never order in the past was incredibly soft and drowned by the sauce I applied. Needless to sure at 22h30 the cramps set in and for three days now and many different types of meds my stomach is still not back to normal. What was a favourite of mine I will never touch again and make a noise about the health aspects of the franchise! Appalling! No feedback from there team either as reported! Seriously affected my health and need to see how I can take this further!

Desired outcome: Zero only an automated email saying you query has been achknowledged!!!

Panda Express Order of Black Pepper chicken that I purchased on last Sunday at the Panda Express on Dowlen Road in Beaumont, Texas

Ordered a 2-plate black pepper chicken plate with steam rice and veggies.

When I got home, I started to eat my food and OMG, my mouth was on fire. I called and spoke with a male supervisor. He advised me that the recipe had changed, and it may have been a little spicer. He told ne that he would put my name in a re-fix book, and I could pick up the re-fix at another time when Im in the area. Well, I went in today 8-29-23, I went to pick up my re-fix and Lord, they gave me trouble, they said a supervisor by the name of Mr. Tyler had put in the re-fix book that I would be picking up a re-fix order. To make a long story short, they wanted to give me a small entree, when my refix was for a 2-plate meal. I showed them my receipt on my cell phone, and they still would not accommodate.

me. They said Mr. Tyler would have to fix this. They called him and he told them that He would speak with me. He was in class and wasn't going to be out till 12:45.

Desired outcome: To be reimbursed for my 2 plate meal in oppose to a small entree.

Panda Express Service at Gemini Place location

I ordered my lunch online so I could pick it up and get back to work as soon as possible. My confirmation email said it would be ready by 2:00 p.m. I left work a few minutes after 2:00, sat in line waited my turn and it still wasn't ready for me when I told them I had an online pickup order. Then when it was ready, instead of apologizing for the unnecessary wait, the unpleasant girl at the window wanted to argue with me because I didn't have my phone with a confirmation email. Tell me - how would I know what was in the order with my name? Ridiculous waste of time! I should have demanded a refund, but I had already paid online & already wasted so much time already. Customer service was horrible today and with all of the other restaurant options, I will never go back to a place that treated me like a thief or a liar. Best of luck with that mess of employees! Panda Express Does not honor offers = overcharge; no refunds when unsatisfactory; no customer service

Rejects 'free item' offers as expired while still valid. This has happened three times at this location, so that's three items I had to pay for that were supposed to free over course of 3 visits.

Another location will not give samples, says food fresh and ok, and refuse refund when food is soggy.

No customer service.

Calls indefinite hold with no answer.

6 weeks and counting still trying to get help.

Desired outcomes:

Refund costs of 3 separate 3rd items ($12.50-$15-ish?)

Or free 3-item combo, to cover cost of (3) free entrees I had to pay for;

Retrain management to honor offers, discounts etc.

Pico/san vincente:

Retrain management to refund when food unsatisfactory instead of refusing service and escalating to major confrontation.

Panda Express Not receiving all the food paid for and being insulted

My parents that are ages 90 and 94 went through the drive thru at 10535 S Memorial, Bixby OK on August 8, 2023. They ordered 2 orders of shrimp. They go to this location 1-2 days a week. This particular day when they got home they found out they were only given 1 order of shrimp. The next day, August 9, 2023, they went back to the same location and told the manager what happened and the manager was very rude and told them that without a receipt he would not help them. My parents were furious and told me they will not return. They were insulted that anyone would think thry were not telling the truth! I am upset as well! I can't believe a manager would want to lose their business in the first place over an order of shrimp. Secondly why would you treat 2 elderly people that way! My parents are insulted they would lie about not receiving the 2nd order of shrimp. I personally called the store to get the area manager number with no luck. I want to file this complaint in an effort to resolve this issue so my parents can go back to this store. It can only be resolved by a manager over the management of this store. If this store has numbers that are failing I would look at their management.

Desired outcome: I would like my parents to receive coupons for more than one order to give them an incentive to go back and feel like someone at Panda cares about their business.

Panda Express Disappointed with PANDA EXPRESS's Family Meal Promotion: Not Enough Food for 4-6 People!

I just want to share my experience with PANDA EXPRESS and let everyone know that I am really upset with what happened during my last visit to the Coral Springs location. I ordered a family meal that was supposed to feed 4-6 people for only $20. I was really excited to try it again because the first time I ordered it, the food was delicious and it really fed all four of us. That was on 04/11/2020 and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to order it again on 04/17/2020.

However, this time it was a different story. Instead of the usual red boxes, my food was served in little black boxes that were even smaller than the red ones. And to make matters worse, the same four people who ate the previous order were the same ones who ate this time, but it didn't feed us at all. It was definitely short and NOT enough for four people.

I was really disappointed and called to request at least a credit because I don't think it's fair to provide less food for the same amount of money. That's not what a promotion is supposed to be. But the assistant manager told me that there was nothing they could do, which was really awful.

So, I just want to tell the PANDA TEAM that they shouldn't rob money from customers. I hope they can improve their service and make sure that their promotions are really worth it. I still love their food, but I hope they can do better next time.

Panda Express Disappointing Experience at Panda Express on International Speedway Blvd: Poor Service and Dirty Environment

Me and my hubby have been going to Panda Express on International Speedway Blvd for years now, but we've noticed that it's been going downhill lately. Yesterday was the worst experience we've had so far. Even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant, all the tables were dirty. I had to clean our table myself just to have a decent spot to eat. The girl who took our order didn't seem to care that I'm allergic to stir-fried rice, and they were out of both brown and white rice. The floor was also really dirty, and instead of sweeping it first, the same girl just mopped it. Another guy came out and just dusted off the tables instead of wiping them down properly with sanitizer. It was just pure laziness.

After we left, we noticed how dirty the parking lot and the surrounding area were. There was garbage everywhere. It's really a shame that the management doesn't care enough to train their employees better. You're not just representing yourself, but also the company and the city of Daytona Beach. It's important to have integrity and take pride in your work. Hopefully, they can get their act together and improve the cleanliness and service at this location.

Panda Express Poor Customer Service Experience at Panda Express with Employee Ashley

I went to Panda Express the other day and had a really bad experience with one of the employees, Ashley. She was not very friendly and seemed to be more interested in talking to her coworkers than helping me with my order. When I finally got her attention, she took my payment and walked away with an attitude. I was really taken aback by her behavior.

To make matters worse, when I got my plate of food, I noticed that Ashley had taken some of the food off my plate. When I asked her why she did that, she told me that she had already given me enough food and that it was supposed to be 1 and 1/2 breast per portion. I was really upset because I felt like she was being rude and disrespectful to me as a customer.

When I asked her about the portion size, she gave me a huge attitude and acted like I was bothering her. She even went so far as to say that I shouldn't be talking to her like she was Miss Beauty Queen. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was being.

When it was time to pay, Ashley walked away without saying anything to me. I was really disappointed with the way she treated me and felt like she didn't appreciate my business. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness. If employees can't understand that, then they shouldn't be working in customer service.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Panda Express. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about what happened and will be sharing my experience on social media. I hope that the management at Panda Express takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer service at their restaurants.

Panda Express Poor Customer Service at Panda Express in Savannah: A Disappointing Experience

The Panda Express in Savannah is not the best place to go if you want to be treated with respect. The employees there are not very friendly and they don't seem to care about their customers. When I went there, I ordered my food and paid for it, but I didn't get any explanation about how long it would take for my food to be ready. I just stood there waiting for my food, but the employees were too busy attending to other customers to pay any attention to me. I felt ignored and disrespected.

After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for a refund. The employees who were helping me had a bad attitude and they didn't seem to care about my concerns. They told me that I would get my refund on my card, but they didn't tell me how long it would take for the refund to appear. I waited for three months, but I still didn't get my refund. When I called the 1-800 number, they told me that I should have made a complaint for my refund. I was not told that I needed to make a formal complaint for my refund, and I was very disappointed with the way that I was treated.

I don't think that it's fair for Panda Express to treat their customers this way. They should be more respectful and attentive to their customers' needs. It doesn't matter if it's a small amount of money or a large amount of money, customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. I hope that Panda Express will take my feedback seriously and make some changes to improve their customer service.

Panda Express Disappointing Experience at Panda Express: Hair in My Food and Poor Customer Service

I recently went to Panda Express at Desert Ridge mall in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday, April 17th, 2023 at 8:30 pm at night. I was excited to try their famous orange chicken meal. However, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. I found hair in my food, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, the store had already closed.

The following day, I spoke with Isabell and explained my situation. I asked for my meal to be made over, but she insisted that she needed the receipt. I explained that my credit card was my proof of purchase, but she still insisted on the receipt only. I was later provided with a phone number for Krystal, the general manager, but she has not even bothered to call me back.

I saved the meal so that a manager could conduct an investigation as to why hair was part of my orange chicken meal. Today is Saturday, April 22nd, and I will be throwing out the completely filled plate of orange chicken, half fried rice, and half white rice.

I am not sure why protective gear is not required, and maybe just maybe, hair would not have been in my food. Someone should conduct a root cause analysis. This is not sanitary, and I am very disappointed in the lack of service and the hair in my food.

When I asked Isabell if this is best practices for a customer to see hair in the food, she offered no comment. Something crazy is going on at this store, and I hope they take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Hair in food is a serious issue, and customers should be aware of this.

Panda Express Disappointing Experience at Colorado Springs Panda Express: Delayed Opening and Lack of Communication

I gotta say, my experience at the Panda Express in Colorado Springs, Southgate was a real bummer. I was all set to grab some delicious Chinese food for my daughter's birthday lunch, but when I got there, the place was still locked up tight even though it was already 15 minutes past their scheduled opening time. I mean, I get it, things happen and sometimes you're not quite ready to open on time, but come on, it's not that hard to at least let your customers know what's going on. I waited patiently outside for a while, but when nobody came out to say anything, I decided to knock on the door and see if I could get some kind of update. But nope, still nothing. I was starting to get pretty frustrated at this point, especially since I had a limited amount of time to get my daughter's lunch and I had specifically chosen this location because it opens at 10:30 and is usually pretty quick.

In the end, I had to go somewhere else to get food that wasn't as good as Panda Express, but at least it was fast enough that I could still make it to my daughter's school in time for her birthday lunch. But honestly, the whole experience really put a damper on what should have been a special treat for her. I know that things don't always go according to plan, but it really wouldn't have taken much for someone from the restaurant to come out and let us know what was going on. Instead, they just left us hanging for over 15 minutes, which is just not cool. Needless to say, I won't be going back to that location anytime soon.

Panda Express Terrible Experience at Panda Express on 23rd Street: Bad Attitude, Rubber Lo Mein, and Wasted Money

I went to Panda Express on 23rd Street on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30-1:45 to get some carry-out. I can't believe I'm taking the time to write a review, but if you want good food, go to the one on the beach. I was a waitress for 42 years, and the young girl who waited on me had a terrible attitude. The lo mein was like rubber, and I wasted $20 on food that we ended up throwing away. Just two weeks ago, I went to the Panda on the beach, and they were always professional and polite, and the food was always fresh. I will never go back to the 23rd Street location.

I have complained about restaurant food three or four times in my life, and it has to be horrible for me to complain. I usually stand up for help no matter how bad they are, but this girl was worse than horrible. She was actually mean. When something is really low and things are missing, the beach location will say, "We will make a fresh batch if you don't mind waiting." Not the 23rd Street location. The chicken was so tough, and there was no pineapple or onions, not a single one. I can see now why everyone here at St. Andrews drives to the one on the beach.

Manager, you better take note of what's going on there. The corporate office is going to get a letter. I do not go to get something to eat to get insulted and then have to throw my food away. I do have my receipt, and I can give it to you by phone. I don't know how to get it from my phone to my computer, though.

Panda Express Disappointing Experience with Panda Express in Eagle River, AK: Half-Eaten Meal Sold as New

My wife and I recently had a disappointing experience with Panda Express at the location on *** Old Glenn Hwy, Eagle River, AK ***. My wife ordered food and when she got home, she found that the meal was half eaten. I was surprised and showed her the meal. She was shocked and said that it looked like someone had thrown the meal in the trash and then sold it to her.

I immediately contacted Panda Express and spoke to the on-duty manager. She said that they must have put the wrong food in our order and that she had looked at the video and saw what happened. I asked for a replacement and drove 35 miles back to the Panda Express (round trip 70 miles or so). It was frustrating to have to make such a long trip, especially since we have another Panda Express location just 10 miles from our home. However, since my wife was in Anchorage, she stopped at the one on the way home.

When I arrived, the manager told me that she wouldn't replace our meal. I was disappointed and frustrated. I felt completely insulted by the lack of attention to a simple thing like "toss the trash in the can" and not reselling it. I asked her to give me the replacement, and she finally agreed. It was not a good way to welcome a current customer.

Overall, we were not happy with our experience at Panda Express. We now have a bad taste in our mouth and in our pocketbook over this stupid behavior. I took a picture of the food she sold us, and her excuse was that they were really busy. However, my wife was there and said that they were not busy at all. It was not a good experience, and we hope that Panda Express will take steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

Panda Express Disappointing Experience at Panda Express in Tigard: Burned Noodles and Rude Service

I went to Panda Express in Tigard today with my daughter and we were both disappointed with the quality of the food. The noodles tasted burned and we could smell it too. I thought maybe it was just me, but my daughter agreed that the noodles tasted awful. I went back to the counter to speak with someone and Brandon assisted me. He seemed annoyed when I told him about the burned noodles. He did replace my food, but when I asked him to put sauce over my teriyaki, he made a comment about the sauce not being burned. I had to explain to him again that it was the noodles, not the chicken or sauce. When they replaced my daughter's meal, it still had the burned smell. I told Brandon again and he grabbed it in a rude way, showing his frustration, and tossed it in the garbage. He then went back to make a new set of noodles for my daughter's meal. Although the smell wasn't as bad this time, it was still there. I think they need to clean or replace their oil or equipment because whatever they use to cook their meals in seems old and used many times. Brandon looked upset that I addressed the concerns about the food, and when we were doing dine-in, he came to our table and grabbed our food to throw it away. He walked away still looking frustrated. When I asked for his name, his attitude changed. They didn't give us a receipt because they said they were out of paper. I definitely won't be going back to this restaurant.

Panda Express Disappointing Experience at Panda Express: Burnt Rangoons, Rubbery Beef, and Poor Service in Brooklyn, NY

I went to Panda Express on 2/2/18 at store #2769 on 86th street in Bay Ridge Brooklyn NY *** and ordered some food. I was excited to try the cheese Rangoon, but unfortunately, there were none in the showcase tray. I had to wait for a batch to be cooked. After waiting for several minutes, a tray of Rangoon's were brought out, but they were burnt. I was disappointed to see that the cooking staff in the kitchen told the server that they burned and gave them to her to put in the case. I told the server that I did not want burnt food, but she asked the manager Rhona about them. Rhona instructed her to put the burnt Rangoons in the case, which I refused.

As a foodie who eats out at least 5X a week, I was not happy with the quality of food and service at Panda Express. The manager needs to be educated on how to supervise the quality of food that's being cooked in the kitchen and being served to customers. If the restaurant does not improve its quality, it will lose customers.

I was also disappointed with the angus beef, which was rubbery, and the orange chicken, which had a lot of small pieces of fried orange batter with no chicken in my order. I paid for chicken, not fried batter. As a newer restaurant in the area, I expected only the best food preparation, customer service, and quality.

Overall, I will not be going back to Panda Express. The audacity of the manager not willing to make another batch for the showcase and instructing her server to put out burnt food for other customers to buy was unacceptable. I hope that Panda Express takes this feedback seriously and improves its food quality and customer service.

Panda Express Service and greedy with mandarin teriyaki sauce

On 6/13/23 I ordered the plate meal which I use to do every week or more and they have always given me 4ea. Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce per my request, this time the young lady helping me at drive through window said she couldn't give me four sauce packs that they only give 2ea per meal she said she would give me 3 and I said I will pay extra $ for extra Mandarin sauce she turned around and came back with my order and handed it to me and I said is there 4 sauces in the bag she said No and I said I will pay extra for the extra sauce she said we cannot do that, so I said I don't want the meal handed her the bag back the invoice and said give me a credit back she got her manager she said she would have to call her manager to get approval to do credit, I said that's fine, she came back a few minutes later gave my credit slip and began getting after me saying I was not going to be hateful to her employees I was trying to explain I was not hateful that all I wanted was another sauce and was willing to pay extra but mgr she didn't hear my explanation because she closed the window and walked away, the young lady that waited on me was nice other than a little tight with the sauces, Panda Express #3353 original order493223 $10.20 Billy Minter Tulsa, Ok [protected]

Panda Express Three Entree Orange Chicken Food

Kimberly Stark, April 39, 2023 3p.m. Oak Lawn Location 95th Melveana'

[protected] I was a guest at the Oak Lawn location, when I received my food

it was cold and hard, I went back through the drive through and asked the manager to please change the food, she was yelling and screaming in my face, she switched the food and did not give me my receipt back, she said, no you can't have it, leave my store or I will call the police the police came and still did

not ask her for my receipt, I said what policy does the store have to not give

customers their receipt back after a purchase I believe I was discriminated against because I'm afro - american, why did I have to beg for my receipt after

a purchase? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

Kimberly
