Was harrassed and intimdated by an employee. Refused to provide his security number and after a month Paladin has repeatedly refused to provide his security number as well. This is Criminal Offence under the Private Securities Act. Refuse to answer emails, in fact there is no possibility to even email the Toronto office. The Phones are NEVER answered, No voice mail, and your only option is to drive there in person.

I visited Coquitlam Centre Mall in British Columbia today (16 September 2023). After finishing my purchases, I started to make my way to my car, which was waiting for me upstairs. On the way, I took a photo of my automobile. A man named Ravi approached me while wearing a Paladin security suit. One shopping bag was on top of my car while I was loading my bags inside. You can't just stand here and take pictures,' he added. Get down here You are not allowed to take photos of your parked automobile because this is private property. It was a mall parking lot and wasn’t even 2 minutes full. Anyways after that I start going downstairs with my car and in a open head BMW a couple were sitting and he said nothing to them. I was wondering if he really tryna become racist. I have my receipts and my friend was with me and there must be security camers that records the time. I need this to be considered seriously.
