Paddle.com Market Limited review: $29.91 recurring charge

My PayPal account was somehow set up for a $29.91recurring charges on July 14, 2022. I signed up to Restoro Limited on the same date for two years of service and paid the full price (over $600) at that time. I did not sign up for monthly payments! I contacted PayPal/Synchrony and cancelled the automatic payments.

The payment request was sent to PayPal and NOT my email. The transaction number (ID) is 639716352E656860D.

Please investigate this transaction and confirm my suspicion that this charge is in error and has been resolved.
