Paces did some work on my roof 'cause Travelers said so
Paces did some work on my roof 'cause Travelers said so. I kept askin' for pics to show they done the job. Never got 'em. Finally got pics when I had my house appraised. But the pics before and after look the same. Rachel from Paces said they fixed the fireplace and replaced shingles. But there are patches on the roof that were done before they even started work. And the ridge cap ain't covered with the right shingles. Someone else put arc shingles over it. And there's damage in the back left corner of the house too. Seems like the roof was just done bad before Paces even started. Shingles are comin' loose and slidin' all over the place. Travelers only approved the repair for the slopes that were leakin'. They didn't approve any flashin' replacements 'cause that ain't covered.

um my yard. Overall, Paces Restoration Services did an okay job fixing my house after the tree fell on it. But their billing process is a mess and they need to get their act together. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they can guarantee that their billing process has improved.

Paces Restoration Services, LLC ain't good. They messed up my house when they came to fix a busted pipe on January 21. They took my stuff, messed up my backer board, and left trash all over the place. They even left poop in my bathrooms! It's been over 2 months and they still ain't finished the job they started. Don't use them, they're no good.

The painter guy gave me a paper to sign that said I owed $ZERO, and they charged me $250 per hour for the work. I was supposed to get a copy of the paper via email, but I didn't. Later, I noticed that the paint job was bad, so I contacted them to fix it. They sent someone in February who took out my vent and left my home unserviceable. They came back in March, and the same painter guy showed up and asked me to sign a paper saying the job was done. I gave them a good review just to get them out of my life, but then they charged me $1798.42, even though I had signed a paper saying I owed nothing. I called my insurance company, but they said I had to pay out of pocket. I'm a painter myself, and I know people who would have done the job for free. This has caused me a lot of stress, and now they've filed a lien against my home. It's not fair, and it's fraud and entrapment. They need to be held accountable. Where's my invoice?
